Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) and Stress toward Work-Life Balance (WLB). The effect of those two variables, however, is strengthened by motivation. The goal is to provide a better understanding of the Work-Life Balance of Postgraduate students who fulfil multiple roles in their life, managing between academic, work, and family life. The survey used questionnaires for data collection in this research. A quantitative approach uses to analyze the data. The subjects of our sample were postgraduate students at a private university, with a total of 96 respondents. To analyze the data, PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique was used through the SmartPLS software. Also, to test the second and third hypotheses, a robustness test was performed to assess between items in the independent, dependent, and moderator variables. Findings. The results indicated that the Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) is not proven to have a significant effect on the Work-Life Balance of postgraduate students. This research suggests the need to see the role of motivation, and the present of motivation in individual who fulfils multiple roles in life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi optimalisasi penjualan pada Toko Buttonscarves Deli Park dengan menggunakan metode Lagrange sebagai pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan data aktual penjualan dan kendala modal sebagai dasar perhitungan. Fungsi tujuan dibentuk dari keuntungan masing-masing produk, sedangkan fungsi kendala dibentuk dari keterbatasan modal operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi penjualan optimal dapat dicapai dengan menjual 40 unit hijab, 30 unit inner, dan 20 unit aksesori, sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan maksimum sebesar Rp3.950.000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Lagrange efektif dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan bisnis berbasis data dan mendukung efisiensi operasional toko fashion. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen ritel dalam merancang strategi penjualan yang terukur dan rasional.

Abstract

Abstract: Conceptual understanding is a fundamental skill essential for students in learning mathematics. This study aims to analyze the effect of instructional media on the conceptual understanding of students with low mathematical ability. The subject matter focused on linear equations and inequalities in one variable, utilizing instructional media such as comic-based worksheets, snakes and ladders games, buffalo paper, domino cards, and word puzzles. The population consisted of 233 seventh-grade students at a public junior high school in Bandar Lampung during the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 29 students selected through purposive sampling. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, using the Mid-Semester Examination scores as the pretest. The Wilcoxon test results indicated sig. (2-tailed) = 0.00 < 0.05, showing the use of instructional media has a positive effect on the conceptual understanding of students with low mathematical ability. Abstrak: Pemahaman konsep merupakan keterampilan dasar yang penting bagi siswa dalam mempelajari matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa dengan kemampuan matematika rendah. Materi yang dikaji adalah persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel, dengan media berupa LKPD komik matematika, permainan ular tangga, kertas buffalo, kartu domino, dan puzzle kata. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 233 siswa kelas VII di salah satu SMP Negeri Bandar Lampung pada semester gasal 2024/2025, dengan sampel 29 siswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest, dengan nilai pretest diambil dari Ujian Tengah Semester. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan sig.(2-tailed) = 0,00 < 0,05, yang berarti penggunaan media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa berkemampuan matematika rendah.
