Purpose: Effectiveness is the achievement of organizational goals by efficiently using existing resources in terms of input, process, and output. The problem formulation of this research is to determine the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurial spirit (PT Esta Dana Ventura, North Maluku, and North Sulawesi) to determine the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurial spirit.Methodology:The type of research method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. This method is a form of problem-solving by identifying problems and analyzing the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurship. In this research, data was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data reduction, presentation, and conclusion are the data analysis techniques used.Findings: The research results show that based on interviews with the six women above, the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurial spirit carried out by PT Esta Dana Ventura Manado is quite effective. It is likely effective because the aim of providing business capital loans in the context of developing women's entrepreneurship by PT Esta Dana Ventura Manado has been achieved to empower and prosper members.Implication:However, there needs to be more supervision over the use of loans by members, resulting in borrowers using business capital loan funds not purely for business but for families whose money is only partially for business, resulting in delays in installment payments.

Purpose:This study analyzes factors influencing students to take the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University's Islamic Economics program. The factors that researchers will study include interest, motivation, parental status, and employment which are expected.Methodology: This study uses a questionnaire method by making a list of questions and giving them to respondents in the hope of responding to these questions.Findings:Measurement variable is done by Likert scale using the suspension method. The population in this study were undergraduate students at the Faculty of Religion Islam Department of Sharia Economics at Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University.Implication:The sampling method was carried out by accidental sampling, a sampling technique based on coincidence/incidental encounter researchers. It can be used as a sample if viewed by someone who coincidentally encountered it; it is suitable as a data source.

Purpose: This research aims to determine, implement, and use the village budget to improve the community's welfare in the Jailolo sub-district, West Halmahera Regency. Therefore, planning for the implementation and accountability of the Village Government is needed. Oversight by the West Halmahera Regency Government plays a vital role in improving community welfare through the village budget.Methodology: This research uses qualitative methods, interviews with the Village Government of the Jailolo District, and directly with the community. This research also limits research to choosing which data are relevant and which are irrelevant.Findings: The results of this study indicate that administratively the management of the Village Government is very effective in the planning, implementation, and accountability of ADD. There are still many things that need to be evaluated by the Jailolo Village Government in terms of improving community welfare through the village budget. Especially in terms of reporting, the village government consistently reports village funds to the village head every month.Implication:The government of West Halmahera Regency aims to enhance the management of village funds by implementing better supervision. It will involve obtaining reports from the Village Head, who is responsible for the funds. The objective is to ensure that village development aligns with the RPJMD and RKPD, creating a unified system in the development area.

This study aims to analyze the understanding of Muslim students about riba. The research uses descriptive qualitative research methods carried out through descriptive descriptions of words, or sentences, which are arranged carefully and systematically from collecting data to interpreting and going down to the field and interviewing respondents directly, the research used is the frequency distribution method (percentage). The sample in this study used 50 samples who were interviewed using descriptive methods and frequency distribution methods. The results showed that: the understanding of Muslim students on the definition of riba students still do not understand due to the lack of in-depth discussion and the ability of students' understanding of the definition of riba itself, regarding the difference between riba fadhl and riba nasi'ah found that students already understand the difference between riba fadhl and riba nasi'ah besides the understanding of Muslim students on six ribawi goods found the results students do not understand, and student understanding of usury jahiliyah found that Muslim students already understand.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of green finance on firm value with profitability as a mediating variable. This study has a total sample of 16 companies with a purposive sampling technique as a sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, and company financial reports for four consecutive years. The data analysis method in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), and data processing techniques using SmartPLS 4.0 software assistance. The results of this study indicate that green finance affects firm value, green finance affects profitability, profitability affects firm value, and profitability cannot mediate the effect of green finance on firm value

According to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), financial statement fraud is a disclosure of a company's financial condition that is intentionally made false, which can be done by omitting certain values in a financial report that is intended to deceive financial statement users. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of financial stability, financial targets and external pressure on fraudulent financial statements. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The data source in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports on the BEI website. The data collection method uses purposive sampling. The population in this study are all IDX Sharia Growth companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2023 period. So a sample of 14 companies was obtained. Panel data analysis model with the help of Eviews 12 software. The research results show that financial stability has a positive effect on financial report fraud. Meanwhile, financial targets and external pressure have no effect on financial report fraud.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi strktur modal pada perusahaan Sektor Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 16 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan metode data panel serta alat uji menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur aset dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal perusahaan Sektor Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif sedangkan likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal perusahaan sektor Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif.

This study investigates the influence of Dividend Yield on Stock Price Volatility in companies included in the IDX30 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. Utilizing secondary data from annual reports of IDX30 companies, panel data regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between the variables. The findings reveal that Dividend Yield positively affects Stock Price Volatility, contradicting the initial hypothesis. The results indicate that an increase in Dividend Yield leads to higher Stock Price Volatility, while a decrease in Dividend Yield results in lower Stock Price Volatility. This research provides valuable insights for investors in understanding the dynamics between dividend policies and stock price fluctuations.
