Abstract

Motivation to learn is one of the attitudes that students must have in the learning process, especially in Civics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lack of motivation to learn in Civics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic was one of the problems during the learning process. Therefore, motivation is needed as a motivating factor for students so that learning is more effective. One of the learning innovations that are suitable for motivating learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and creating an interactive learning process is by using quizizz media. Media quizizz allows students to be actively involved because learning is more fun and challenges students so that it can generate motivation to learn. Through quizizz media, students can improve competence, and teachers can pack learning creatively. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the role of media quizizz in Civics learning towards elementary school student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a literature study that produces a description that media quizzes can arouse student motivation, especially in learning Civics in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas peserta didik melalui pendekatan kontekstual dan berbasis pengalaman nyata (experiential learning). Desa Tundagan, dengan potensi alamnya yang melimpah, menjadi lokasi strategis dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar. Namun, belum ada program pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan pemanfaatan potensi lokal tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan kepedulian lingkungan peserta didik melalui pelatihan ecoprint pada siswa kelas V SDN Tundagan. Metode yang digunakan pelatihan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 7–9 Maret 2025, melibatkan 25 siswa dan diawali dengan sosialisasi konsep ecoprint, identifikasi daun di lingkungan sekitar, hingga praktik langsung membuat motif pada totebag berbahan kanvas menggunakan teknik pounding. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari siswa serta terciptanya karya orisinal yang mencerminkan kreativitas mereka, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan teknis. Kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, keterampilan artistik, serta kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Ecoprint terbukti menjadi metode yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter, seni, dan kecintaan terhadap alam. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini dapat menjadi model pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal yang edukatif dan berkelanjutan.
