Abstract

Sebagai wilayah perbatasan Kalimantan Barat merupakan wilayah paling rawan terhadap ancaman jika ada gejolak yang muncul antar negara yang berada di daerah perbatasan negara Malaysia dan lautan China Selatan. Maka dibutuhkan satuan Artileri Pertahanan Udara (Arhanud) untuk mewujudkan kedaulatan dan keamanan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Konsep Pembangunan Teknologi Persenjataan Batalyon Arhanud dalam Menangkal Ancaman Kalimantan Barat. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalah berdasarkan skala priortitas, kota Pontianak, Kubu Raya dan Mempawah. Merupakan objek vital dengan skala prioritas yang tinggi. Kemampuan persenjataan Hanud dan data skala prioritas wilayah di Kalbar, konsep pergelaran Hanud dalam rangka mewujudkan interoperabilitas pergelaran Denhanud 473 Paskhas memfokuskan wilayah sekitaran Landasan udara Supadio. Titik pergelaran Sistem persenjataan Yonarhanud Starstreak terdiri 3 (tiga) titik lokasi, yaitu; lokasi di PT. Holcim jalan Raya Wajok Hilir, Lokasi di kawasan PLTU RPSL Jalan Raya Wajok Hulu, serta lokasi di kawasan komplek Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Abstract

Acts of terrorism are crimes and serious violations of human rights, also the threat of violence that can cause mass casualties and destruction of vital strategic objects. This is an urgent threat that needs to be prepared by designing a bomb detector conceptual design as anticipation of the threat of terrorism in public services. This study aims to obtain operational requirements and conceptual design of bomb detectors as detection of terrorism threats in public services. This study uses a mixed-method with a systems engineering approach and a life cycle model to produce a technological design. The results of operational requirements are sensors, standards, artificial intelligence, integration capability, reliability, calibration mode, portable, and easy to maintain. The configuration design is divided into three stages, namely, 1) sensors including a camera security surveillance system vector image, metal detectors, explosive detectors, and A-jamming; 2) as a processing device, processes an order with the help of an artificial intelligence system; and 3)  a security computer (surveillance), early warning, and mobile information to provide information to related agencies, especially the anti-terror unit.

Abstract

The development of rocketry and rocket payload technology is very rapid in the industrial era 4.0. Rockets are usually used as dynamic sensors or carriers for specific missions for sensing and retrieving data from space for meteorological, military, etc. This article aims to design, realize and test a Rocket Payload Monitoring System Based on an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) Sensor to monitor the condition of the payload movement behavior. Rocket Payload is a substance carried in a Payload Test Rocket (RUM) in the form of a cylindrical payload. This research focuses on designing a Graphical User Interface (GUI) application to display data in real-time. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototyping development model. The results obtained in the form of Rocket Payload Design and GUI design can be concluded that the GUI application can visualize all sensor and camera data in real-time.

Abstract

The increasing population growth and demand for transportation energy in Indonesia, particularly from fossil fuel-powered vehicles, highlight the urgency of adopting environmentally friendly technologies. The government's focus on electric vehicles is promising, but it requires competent human resources support. The Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Energy Optimization Through Mechanization Training for Vehicle Control Systems: A PKM Approach" at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Makassar, has made a significant contribution. Through the PKM approach, students are actively engaged, enhancing their knowledge and practical skills in implementing energy-efficient technology. The outcomes include improved assembly and integration skills for control system mechanisms and the implementation of technology in personal vehicles. This training also raises environmental awareness and empowers students as agents of change. Positive evaluations from aspects of knowledge, skills, and social impact support the importance of developing competent human resources to facilitate the advancement of energy-efficient vehicle technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the diversification of sustainable local fishery products through the application of renewable energy-based technological innovations in Kelurahan Sibatua. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, this initiative actively involves the community in training, demonstration, and implementation of solar panel technology for fish cooling boxes and processing fishery products into various value-added products such as milkfish nuggets, fish balls, and crackers. The results indicate that the solar panel technology used in the cooling boxes effectively improves the quality and shelf life of fish catches while reducing operational costs that previously relied on fossil energy. Additionally, technical training and mentoring successfully enhanced the community’s skills in fish processing and the use of renewable energy technologies. Evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments showed a significant improvement in participants' competencies, from basic understanding to the application of technology and sustainable fishery product production.
