Abstract

Duratu Jambi is a business unit that utilizes Instagram for sales activities. The product offered is a handmade negligee. Based on the analysis of the current system, the limitations of Duratu's system hamper the performance of the admin staff and require a system that can be used to manage all sales transactions, and generate reports. The system design is implemented based on progressive web applications that can run on multiplatform, and the system development is based on the waterfall method. The system testing method uses integrated testing. The results of this study are a new system to provide convenience in transacting and managing reports in Duratu Jambi

Abstract

The printing purchase order (PO) information system uses the WhatsApp gateway, which aims to provide PO Printing and customer invoicing services. This time, PT MIG is engaged in graphics, which already has regular customers and print routines. The problem that often occurs is the management of customer transactions, where customers make print orders using WhatsApp Messenger more often. So that the admin has difficulty recording it, because the message is deleted or forgot to write it down. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools with the Prototype model. Keywords : Prototype, PO Printing, Whatsapp Gateway.

Abstract

Dokter Tangguh Batanghari merupakan program kerja meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat secara merata di Kabupaten Batanghari. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana mengatur jadwal dokter untuk masyarakat yang membutuhkan, dan memantau kinerja dokter tangguh. Tim dokter tangguh mengalami beberapa kendala seperti mengelola jadwal kunjungan berdasarkan kecamatan dan kelurahan/desa, serta mengelola laporan kegiatannya. Untuk itu perlu dibangun aplikasi jadwal dokter tangguh Batanghari dengan metode waterfall serta menggunakan diagram UML untuk memodelkan rancangannya. Aplikasi dibangun dengan memanfaatkan framework MVC (Model-View-Controller). Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi jadwal dokter tangguh Batangari dengan pengelolaan data jadwal kunjungan dokter yang lebih mudah dan laporan kegiatan dapat disediakan tepat waktu

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mengubah industri kesehatan, termasuk pengelolaan remunerasi di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dilakukan di RSUD Raden Mattaher, yang mengeksplorasi penerapan Scrum Framework dalam pengembangan sistem informasi remunerasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keadilan, efisiensi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan remunerasi tenaga medis dan non-medis. Dengan pendekatan yang fleksibel dan kolaboratif, Scrum diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengembangan sistem ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Scrum Framework mampu mempercepat proses pengembangan sistem, mengurangi kesalahan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Temuan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi rumah sakit lain untuk mengadopsi Scrum dalam pengelolaan remunerasi, guna menciptakan manajemen yang lebih terintegrasi dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

The information system for journalists at the Jambi Ekspres Morning Daily initially used an agenda or manual system. With the development of the organizational structure, it becomes bigger and the problem becomes even bigger if a fixed and systematic information system is not used. The change from the old system to a new system, namely a computerized system, makes work faster and produces more accurate reports to support a fast-growing organization.The author here designs an application program that uses visual basic 6.0 with a new design in terms of processing news data to make a journalist professional allowance report at the editorial secretariat of the Jambi Express Daily Morning. The author hopes that the management and secretariat of the editorial secretariat of the Jambi Express Daily Morning can optimize existing facilities to implement a more efficient and effective work system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using the web-based e-Performance (e-Kinerja) application on the motivation and work discipline of Civil Servants (ASN) in Batanghari Regency. A quantitative approach was employed in this study using an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 187 civil servants across various Regional Government Organizations (OPD), and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests also indicated that the data met the requirements of normality, showed no multicollinearity, and were free from heteroscedasticity. The results revealed that the use of the e-Performance application had a positive and significant influence, both simultaneously and partially, on the motivation and work discipline of civil servants. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicated that 36.2% of the variance in motivation and 32.9% of the variance in work discipline could be explained by the use of the e-Performance variable. This application is considered effective in increasing employee expectations regarding performance incentives and strengthening data-based supervision in shaping more orderly and professional work behavior. Furthermore, e-Performance contributes to the transformation of civil servant work culture towards a more transparent, accountable, and results-oriented bureaucracy. These findings offer theoretical implications for the enhancement of technology-based performance management literature, as well as practical implications for local governments in promoting bureaucratic reform through the digitalization of personnel systems.

Abstract

Sistem informasi yang terintegrasi kini menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Raden Mattaher Jambi menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan dalam mengelola data dan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan yang semakin kompleks, seperti kesulitan dalam pelacakan data kompetensi, ketidakakuratan dalam penilaian, dan keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Permasalahan ini mengakibatkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang Sistem Informasi SDMK (Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan) berbasis web dengan menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Algoritma ini dipilih karena kemampuannya yang tinggi dalam mengolah data kompleks dan menghasilkan prediksi yang akurat. Metode penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem melalui wawancara dan observasi, perancangan sistem menggunakan model Random Forest, dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang tidak hanya meningkatkan akurasi dalam penilaian kompetensi tenaga kesehatan tetapi juga mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis data. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia di RSUD Raden Mattaher.
