Abstract

Duratu Jambi is a business unit that utilizes Instagram for sales activities. The product offered is a handmade negligee. Based on the analysis of the current system, the limitations of Duratu's system hamper the performance of the admin staff and require a system that can be used to manage all sales transactions, and generate reports. The system design is implemented based on progressive web applications that can run on multiplatform, and the system development is based on the waterfall method. The system testing method uses integrated testing. The results of this study are a new system to provide convenience in transacting and managing reports in Duratu Jambi

Abstract

The Helpdesk or Customer Service division in providing information and assistance that related to course services at Stephen Komputer Jambi is currently still using a conventional system, such as services by phone or in person. Likewise, the reservation system or course class registration is still adopting the same system. This conventional service will certainly take a lot of time and money for both the customer and the company, where telephone service will certainly take up time and allow queues to occur. Customer service has limitations in serving customers because it can only serve during working hours and a limited number of personnel. Chatbot is an application that designed to communicate with machines. The Chatbot application is expected to be able to replace the role of customer service to be able to respond to customers more quickly, be able to serve several customers simultaneously and not be fixated on working hours. This application was built using an expert system with the forward chaining method. The final result of this research is a chatbot application that can serve customers in terms of information, assistance and course class reservations at Stephen Computer Jambi. Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan Penjualan Barang (Sparepart) kendaraan bermotor saat ini perlu adanya dukungan sistem informasi teknologi bagi setiap perusahaan. Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh saat ini belum memiliki sebuah sistem khusus untuk mencatat setiap transaksi yang ada seperti pembuatan laporan, pembelian barang (sparepart), penjualan barang (sparepart) serta pendataan perawatan dan perbaikan Kendaraan (service). Penelitian ini membahas Perancangan sistem informasi Jasa Service dan persediaan barang (sparepart) didukung dengan database Microsoft Acces 2013 dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic studio 2010. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu, mempermudah, dan mempercepat serta meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kinerja bagian penjualan pada Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh dalam mengolah data jasa service, persediaan barang (sparepart) motor, Sehingga yang berhubungan transaksi bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut dapat di proses dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

This study originated from the problems that occur in the data processing system purchases and sales that are running, namely: if required information quickly, then the search takes a long time, frequent errors in inputting data purchases and sales as well as the slow creation of reports that must be given to the head office. This study aims to to design information systems purchase and sales at PT. Hok Tong Jambi uses Visual Basic 2019 so that it can be a solution to the problems that occur. The research method applied in this study is the development of waterfall method. The design of this research is started from Log in Input design, main Menu design, purchase Data Design, purchase Input design, purchase price Input Design, Sales Data Design, Sales Input design, demand data Input design, outgoing goods demand Input design,sales table Input design, purchase and sales report Filter Input design. Based on the discussion and the results of Information Systems Design purchase and sale at PT.HOK TONG JAMBI that has been done, it can be concluded that through the use of Microsoft Visual Basic simplify the process of searching and processing data purchase and sale transactions. With this purchase and sales information system, the purchase and sales transaction process can produce purchase and sales transaction reports.

Abstract

Universitas Dinamika Bangsa disingkat UNAMA, merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta terbesar di daerah Provinsi Jambi. Kampus utama terletak di pusat kota Jambi, Jln. Jendral Sudirman, Thehok dan memiliki kampus lain di Jalan M.Kukuh, Paal Lima, Kec. Kotabaru, Kota Jambi. Rata-rata ada di program studi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Dinamika Bangsa Jambi khususnya jurusan Teknik. Media informatika yang digunakan untuk diskusi adalah Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Model, Facebook dan WhatsApp dalam diskusi. Dimana moodle dan whatsapp saat ini lebih mengarah pada diskusi satu arah yang dipandu oleh dosen dalam kelompok diskusi, yang membuat beberapa mahasiswa saya merasa malu dan membuat diskusi menjadi kurang hidup. Maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi website untuk menjadi wadah bertukar informasi dan dapat berkolaborasi antar mahasiswa dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas dan membiasakan bekerja sama dalam membuat sesuatu yang bernilai bagi lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Website PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi merupakan portal layanan yang dibangun pada tahun 2009, yang menyajikan informasi seputar pelayanan pelanggan dan informasi dalam bentuk media online yang bisa dibuka tanpa batasan waktu dan tempat. Website ini juga memberikan layanan pelanggan seperti pengecekan tagihan air bulanan pelanggan dan informasi lainnya. Peneliti menganalisis kepuasan pengguna website PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi menggunakan metode Is Success Model yang terdiri dari variabel bebas (independen) yaitu kualitas sistem (system quality), kualitas informasi (information quality), kualitas layanan (service quality), dan variabel terikat (dependen) yaitu penggunaan (use), kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction), manfaat bersih (net benefit) dengan menggunakan software SMARTPLS dengan analisis data Structul Equation Modelling (SEM). Dan hasil yang didapat yaitu dari 9 hipotesis yang diajukan, 8 diterima dan 1 ditolak. Hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu kualitas sistem (system quality) terhadap kepuasan pengguna (User satisfaction). Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga mengukur seberapa puas pelanggan terhadap fitur pengaduan online, dimana didapat sebanyak 86,6% pengguna menyatakan sangat puas dengan fitur pengaduan online pada website PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and ensure that the instruments used in a study are guaranteed to be free from multicollinearity problems and minimize the level of bias/deviation with the real conditions that occur with the research results. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed/distributed to the community/households. The data collection technique is random (random). The results of the analysis show that from the variables used, there is no multicollinearity problem between the independent variables. Given the importance of an instrument free from multicollinearity problems, the suggestion for researchers is to use the research instrument that is truly guaranteed to be free from multicollinearity disorders.

Abstract

Assyifa studio Assyifa Studio, Muara Sabak Timur District is a service provider business to organize an event that is already professional. Assyifa Studio has encountered problems with the system that is running, including frequent errors in data collection of booking schedules that cause schedule collisions between customers so that rental services often occur. the wedding organizer was booked at the same time. Because the administration is still recording bookings using tickets or notes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system that is running, in order to overcome the problems faced at Assyifa studio, by designing a wedding Organizer rental service information system design using the FCFS algorithm on Assyifa studio, to provide convenience in conducting online transactions and help book the Wedding Organizer schedule and improve services in receiving orders for Wedding Organizer services.

Abstract

YoursBeauty is one of the business ventures engaged in sales that still uses notebooks and agendas. YoursBeauty Jambi City is located at Jalan Amir Hamzah No.76, Sungai Kambang, Jambi. In the process of managing sales data and making reports using notes for sales and agenda books for sales reports. YoursBeauty Jambi City carries out promotional activities and product buying and selling transactions are carried out by requiring customers or buyers from far away to come just to find out what products are offered, besides those customers cannot place orders remotely to choose what products to buy, as well as promoting word of mouth and social media such as Instagram. Therefore, this study aims to provide solutions to problems that occur by offering sales applications using a programming language, namely PHP and MySQL database where the system development is using the waterfall method and using a unified model language system model approach using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and flowchart diagrams. Providing convenience for the store in providing the latest product information and services provided by the YoursBeauty store, the new system produces output that displays structured sales data and cost data and displays the required reports to facilitate YoursBeauty Jambi City in data processing.

Services in a web-based information system need to be measured to determine the quality level of the website for users. this research, to determine the quality of the Garuda Putih STIKES website in Jambi City in meeting the needs of satisfied users using the webqual 4.0 method. The method used in determining the quality of the White Garuda Stikes website, Jambi city, is the webqual 4.0 method which consists of four variables, namely the variableusability, information quality, interaction quality andUser Satisfaction. The research sample is 173 respondents. Random and stratified sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing statements about student perceptions of the Garuda Putih SITKES website, Jambi city. The collected data was processed with SPSS and conducted a test to determine the quality of the Garuda Putih City STIKES website, Jambi.
