Abstract

The Helpdesk or Customer Service division in providing information and assistance that related to course services at Stephen Komputer Jambi is currently still using a conventional system, such as services by phone or in person. Likewise, the reservation system or course class registration is still adopting the same system. This conventional service will certainly take a lot of time and money for both the customer and the company, where telephone service will certainly take up time and allow queues to occur. Customer service has limitations in serving customers because it can only serve during working hours and a limited number of personnel. Chatbot is an application that designed to communicate with machines. The Chatbot application is expected to be able to replace the role of customer service to be able to respond to customers more quickly, be able to serve several customers simultaneously and not be fixated on working hours. This application was built using an expert system with the forward chaining method. The final result of this research is a chatbot application that can serve customers in terms of information, assistance and course class reservations at Stephen Computer Jambi. Abstract

Krisalia Wahyu Sari Notary Office is a medium business unit located at Jln. Otto Iskandardinata No.59, which is engaged in making Authentic Deed regarding all deeds, agreements and provisions required by statutory regulations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current system, so that it can overcome the problems faced at the Krisalia Wahyu Sari Notary Office of Jambi City, by designing Web-Based Cash In and Out Cash Information System Design at the Krisalia Wahyu Sari Notary Office in Jambi City . As for the constraints faced, company data security is not guaranteed, this is because documents are still in the Form of paper that is easily lost, damaged or lost, the information generated cannot be presented on time because it requires a long time to process data. The Research Framework that will be carried out in solving the problem discussed is identifying, searching for information based on theoretical foundations, collecting data using observation and interview methods, analyzing to find solutions to the problems faced by Krisalia Wahyu Sari's Notary Office in Jambi City. The method uses the waterfall model, the implementation of this study uses the PHP Language and MySQL DBMS. To produce data processing applications that are expected to facilitate data processing and report generation

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan Penjualan Barang (Sparepart) kendaraan bermotor saat ini perlu adanya dukungan sistem informasi teknologi bagi setiap perusahaan. Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh saat ini belum memiliki sebuah sistem khusus untuk mencatat setiap transaksi yang ada seperti pembuatan laporan, pembelian barang (sparepart), penjualan barang (sparepart) serta pendataan perawatan dan perbaikan Kendaraan (service). Penelitian ini membahas Perancangan sistem informasi Jasa Service dan persediaan barang (sparepart) didukung dengan database Microsoft Acces 2013 dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic studio 2010. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu, mempermudah, dan mempercepat serta meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kinerja bagian penjualan pada Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh dalam mengolah data jasa service, persediaan barang (sparepart) motor, Sehingga yang berhubungan transaksi bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut dapat di proses dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang main dealer resmi mobil merk Mitsubishi yang terdapat 200 karyawan dalam berbagai bidang. Setiap 2 kali dalam 1 tahun akan diberikan bonus kepada karyawan terbaik dengan sistem pemilihan yang hanya ditentukan oleh pihak pimpinan yang telah melihat dari pendataan admin, sehingga beberapa karyawan lain akan terjadi kecemburuan sosial dan mengakibatkan kurangnya semangat kerja di perusahaan nantinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penulis menawarkan sistem yang memudahkan untuk melakukan pemilihan karyawan terbaik secara adil dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Penulis membuat sistem baru yang dapat menampilkan data karyawan, data admin, data kriteria, dan sub kriterianya, proses perhitungan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching yang dapat memudahkan perusahaan kedepannya.

Abstract

E-Learning merupakan media pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kompetensi melalui sarana berbasis teknologi internet. E- learning diharapkan untuk memungkinkan tersaimpaikannya bahan ajar kepada siswa melalui media internet. Hal yang melatar belakangi perancangan web e-learning ini adalah karena pada masa pandemic ini, kita tidak dapat bertatap muka dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Tujuan utama dari perancangan e-learning di SMA N 12 Kota Jambi yaitu untuk merancang e-learning berbasis web sebagai media pembelajaran. Perancangan E-learning ini menggunakan metode waterfall melalui tahapan pembuatan UML yang mencakup use case diagram, class diagram, dan activity diagram, pembuatan rancangan basis data, dan pembuatan rancangan layar. Hasil yang dicapai adalah ketersediaan aplikasi pendukung kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang dapat diakses secara online. Aplikasi e-learning berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan serta fasilitas guru dan siswa dalam hal berkomunikasi, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

SMP PGRI 4 Kota Jambi merupakan sekolah menengah pertama yang beralamat di Komplek PGRI Jelutung, Jl. Guru Muchtar No.5, Jelutung, Kec. Jelutung, Kota Jambi, Jambi 36137. Pada kegiatan yang sedang berjalan masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu masih mencatat kedalam buku dan anggota datang langsung ke perpustakaan untuk mengetahui informasi tantang buku. Dimana kegiatan ini dinilai masih memiliki permasalahan, diantaranya yaitu terbatas jam operasional perpustakaan sehingga siswa harus pergi ke perpustakaan secara fisik untuk melakukan peminjaman buku. Stok buku terbatas dan sistem yang sedang berjalan tidak informatif, sehingga saat sudah datang ke perpustakaan untuk meminjam buku yang dibutuhkan akan tetapi buku tersebut belum dikembalikan oleh peminjam sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa sistem yang sedang berjalan, agar dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pada pada SMP PGRI 4 Kota Jambi, dengan cara merancang Perancangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Pada SMP PGRI 4 Kota Jambi Berbasis Web. Kerangka Kerja Penelitian yang akan dilakukan dalam penyelesaian masalah yang dibahas yaitu, melakukan identifikasi, melakukan pencarian informasi berdasarkan landasan- landasan teori, pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi dan wawancara, menganalisis untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang didhadapi SMP PGRI 4 Kota Jambi. Metode Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model air terjun (waterfall), implementasi penelitian ini menggunakan Bahasa Perograman PHP dan DBMS MySQL. Hasil menghasilkan aplikasi pengolahan data yang di harapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data maupun pembuatan laporan perpustakaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and ensure that the instruments used in a study are guaranteed to be free from multicollinearity problems and minimize the level of bias/deviation with the real conditions that occur with the research results. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed/distributed to the community/households. The data collection technique is random (random). The results of the analysis show that from the variables used, there is no multicollinearity problem between the independent variables. Given the importance of an instrument free from multicollinearity problems, the suggestion for researchers is to use the research instrument that is truly guaranteed to be free from multicollinearity disorders.

Abstract

YoursBeauty is one of the business ventures engaged in sales that still uses notebooks and agendas. YoursBeauty Jambi City is located at Jalan Amir Hamzah No.76, Sungai Kambang, Jambi. In the process of managing sales data and making reports using notes for sales and agenda books for sales reports. YoursBeauty Jambi City carries out promotional activities and product buying and selling transactions are carried out by requiring customers or buyers from far away to come just to find out what products are offered, besides those customers cannot place orders remotely to choose what products to buy, as well as promoting word of mouth and social media such as Instagram. Therefore, this study aims to provide solutions to problems that occur by offering sales applications using a programming language, namely PHP and MySQL database where the system development is using the waterfall method and using a unified model language system model approach using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and flowchart diagrams. Providing convenience for the store in providing the latest product information and services provided by the YoursBeauty store, the new system produces output that displays structured sales data and cost data and displays the required reports to facilitate YoursBeauty Jambi City in data processing.
