Abstract

Background – The performance of employees of PT. X Gresik in 2021 to 2023 the number of employees who obtained excellent performance has decreased while employees with less performance has increased. With the increase in underperforming employees every year and the number of employees who perform quite a lot, of course, it can be an obstacle to achieving company goals. Objective – This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of permanent employees of PT. X Gresik. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 57 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of permanent employees of PT. X Gresik. Research Implication – This research can be used as a reference for PT. X Gresik to encourage better employee performance by paying attention to factors that can increase employee commitment and satisfaction. Limitations – This research has limitations only in a relatively small sample size, so it is considered less representative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Service Quality, Digital Marketing and E-commerce on Repeat Purchase with E-Trust as an Intervening Variable at Brilyan Bakery Bread in Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 98 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the study showed that Service quality had a significant positive effect on E-trust, Digital marketing had a significant positive effect on E-trust, E-commerce had a significant positive effect on E-trust, Service quality had a significant positive effect on Repeat purchase, Digital marketing had a significant negative effect on Repeat purchase, E-commerce had a positive but not significant effect on E-trust, E-trust had a significant positive effect on Repeat purchase, Service quality had a significant positive effect on Repeat purchase through E-trust, Digital marketing had a significant positive effect on Repeat purchase through E-trust, E-commerce had a significant positive effect on Repeat purchase through E-trust.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan konsumsi jagung di Indonesia terus meningkat, didasarkan pada semakin meningkatnya tingkat konsumsi perkapita per tahun dan semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia. Persediaan produksi belum mampu mengimbangi permintaan. Upaya peningkatan produktivitas tanaman dapat dilakukan dengan pengaturan jarak tanam dan penggunaan varietas hibrida. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan galur harapan serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays. L). Bahan yang digunakan pupuk urea, SP-36, KCl, pupuk kandang, pestisida dan benih jagung galur harapan S01, S02 dan benih varietas NK 33. Penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan faktorial dengan rancangan petak terbagi yang terdiri dari 9 perlakuan dengan tiga kali ulangan. Data pengamatan yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf 5%. Bila hasil pengujian diperoleh perbedaan yang nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji perbandingan antar perlakuan dengan menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan terjadi interaksi yang nyata antara perlakuan jarak tanam dan galur harapan jagung terhadap parameter intersepsi cahaya, indeks luas daun, bobot segar tongkol / plot, discard kernel, hasil ton / Ha dan indeks panen. Perlakuan jarak tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan luas daun, berat kering dan laju pertumbuhan relatif. Perlakuan perbedaan galur harapan berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, luas daun, diameter tongkol dan panjang tongkol. Hasil produksi yang lebih tinggi dengan menggunakan varietas NK 33 dibandingkan galur harapan S01 dan galur harapan S02.
