Community service activities held at SMA PGRI Purwoharjo Banyuwangi aim to provide creativity, innovation, intelligence and skills that can benefit the environment around them. As a young generation with character, they must be able to have a strong mentality in dealing wih various problems that occur in society. Synergy between youth and society is an important aspect in realizing changes in the environment around them towards a better and more advanced direction. The method used in this service is to provide training and mentoring to get maximum results. Some of the training that will be providedis the Leadership Training Program, Team Building Program, Character Building Program, and Entrepreneurship Training. The results of the training and mentoring show an increase in participants understanding of the importance of strengtjening character for the younger generation through synergy building and entepreneurship programs. The service team also provides several entrepreneurial program / activities that can be carried out by students at SMA PGRI Purwoharjo Banyuwangi.

Background - The close relationship between the dual roles of women and work productivity often triggers conflict between the two. The emergence of multiple role conflicts often results in employees not being focused at work. Failure to concentrate in doing a job makes the work target mismatch. Objective - The research conducted to analyze double roles and management of conflict that occured on employee of, especially in women. In this research, we are using qualitative method with descriptive approach. Design/Methodology/Approach - The data gathering technic that are used in this research is Semi Structured Interview. Findings - The research found out that application of double roles in Logistik Facilities Company give positive and negative impacts. The positive impact that women employee feels such as they could actually help their own family economy rather than being dependant with their Husband paycheck. In other hand, by working, women employee feel that they could actualize themselves better. With positive outcome that mentioned above, we also found the negative impact such as, women employee feels that it is actually impossible to do both roles at the same time. Research implication - This research can be used as material for consideration for companies with multiple roles. Research Limitations - This study has limitations on factors in the background of multiple roles.

Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui beban kerja pada bagian keuangan dan sumber daya manusia di Rumah Sakit XYZ, memperoleh informasi mengenai tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi karyawan berdasarankan jumlah pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunkan wawancara kepada 3 informan untuk mendapatkan suatu data, kemudian menggunakan analisis data model Miles & Huberman dan untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data mengunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja karyawan pada bagian keuangan dan sumber daya manusia di Rumah Sakit XYZ terlalu berlebihan yang mana pekerjaan yang diemaban karyawan sudah sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawannya, waktu yang diberikan tidak cukup untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dalam pekerjaan, deadline yang berbeda-beda, karyawan merasa terbebani dengan pekerjaan karena pekerjaannya terlalu banyak.

Gaya Kepemimpinan adalah kekuatan tujuan, kekuatan jiwa, dan kekuatan moral yang dapat mempengaruhi individu untuk mengubah cara pandang dan perilakunya, sehingga mampu menangkap kerinduan sang pionir. Cara berperilaku suatu perkumpulan atau perkumpulan berubah menjadi dambaan pionir melalui efek relasional pionir terhadap bawahannya. Permasalahan dalam ujian ini adalah tugas administrasi dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin kerja yang representatif dan hambatan-hambatan dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin kerja pekerja. Motivasi di balik eksplorasi ini adalah untuk menentukan tugas administrasi dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin kerja yang representatif dan untuk menentukan hambatan-hambatan dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin kerja pekerja. Dalam eksplorasi ini, strategi pengumpulan informasi diselesaikan dengan menggunakan teknik pertemuan. Peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data, mewawancarai informan yang dianggap paling memahami subjek dari total populasi enam puluh karyawan. Hasil eksplorasi menunjukkan bahwa administrasi di PT. XYZ telah unggul dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin perwakilan dan hal ini harus terus dipertahankan. Dari konsekuensi pertemuan dengan narasumber, cenderung beralasan bahwa gaya otoritas kekuasaan mayoritas, di mana pionir umumnya mengkaji dan melibatkan perwakilan dalam pengambilan keputusan, sebenarnya ingin bekerja berdasarkan sifat pilihan. Karyawan dapat berkolaborasi untuk menemukan solusi yang efektif karena peserta memiliki informasi dan pengetahuan yang tidak dimiliki oleh para pemimpin. masalah yang dialami.

Purpose–This study aims to determinedescription of employee loyalty at Vehicle Spare Part Companywith using 2 perspectives, namely employee loyalty to work and loyaltyemployees to Leaders. This research was conducted ina spring manufacturing industry, namely Vehicle Spare Part Company Design/methodology–This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews and observation. The object of the research is employee loyalty, where the subjects are the 5 most senior employees in the maintenance department. Findings - Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Vehicle Spare Part Company employees have good loyalty, this can be seen from employee loyalty to work and employee loyalty to leaders.

Sumber daya manusia adalah aspek yang berperan penting dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Kemampuan dari seorang karyawan juga harus dapat dipahami oleh suatu organisasi terutama terkait dengan beban kerja. Beban kerja yang berlebih dapat berdampak pada fisik dan mental. KCU PT Pos Indonesia sebagai badan usaha milih negara (BUMN) telah berhasil memberikan kemampuan dan potensi yang terbaik bagi karyawannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan kajian mengenai sebab akibat beban kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan divisi UPL dan keuangan dari KCU Pos Indonesia Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan bersumber pada data primer. Pengumpulan data dengan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sumber informan sebanyak enam orang berasal dari staff keuangan dan DPL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab beban kerja bersumber pada pengiriman berkas naskah yang tidak tepat waktu. Adanya beban kerja tersebut dapat menyebabkan adanya perasaan lelah pada karyawan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan sebab akibat dari beban kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan KCU Pos Indonesia Malang.

This research aims to measure the competencies of employees in the PPIC department at a private fertilizer company in Gresik Regency and evaluate the existing recruitment and selection processes. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research collected primary data through in-depth interviews with HRD, PPIC Leaders, and employees with and without relevant experience. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal a competency gap among PPIC employees, primarily caused by suboptimal recruitment and selection processes, leading to mismatches between candidates' qualifications and job requirements. Employees without relevant experience face difficulties in performing technical tasks, affecting the department's productivity and efficiency. This study emphasizes the need for a more structured recruitment and selection process and targeted formal training to enhance employee competencies.

This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance, employee workload, and leadership style on turnover intention in employees at Yayasan Bina Insan. A random sample of 99 employees was used in the multiple linear regression analysis. Questionnaires are used to collect data, which assesses factors such as work-life balance, workload, leadership style, and intention to leave. Leadership style has a smaller but still considerable beneficial effect on turnover intention, while work-life balance and employee workload also have a large positive effect. According to the R² coefficient, the three independent factors account for 67% of the variance in turnover intention. Based on these results, it is recommended that companies improve work-life balance and manage employee workload more effectively, as well as improve supportive leadership styles to reduce turnover rates.

AbstrakBerdasarkan data di Rumah sakit petrokimia gresik pada tahun 2020,2021 angka turnover tenaga perawat sebanyak 14% dan 61%. Dimana angka tersebut dianggap tinggi dan berdampak negatif bagi rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis mengenai faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya turnover intention pada rumah sakit petrokimia gresik. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik data kualitatif melalui metode wawancara, dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa turnover intention tenaga perawat di rs.petrokimia gresik dilatarbelakangi oleh work family conflict di tempat kerja.Kata kunci : turnover intention,work family conflict.

Background – The performance of employees of PT. XYZ can be measured through the completion of its tasks effectively and efficiently and being able to perform roles and functions that are in accordance with its work and all of it is positively related to the success of a company. The problems that occur in the company, namely poor employee organizational culture, lack of employee work motivation, and decreased employee work discipline are the causes of declining employee performance from the first to the fourth quarter. Objective – This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Design / Methodology / Approach – The research utilized a saturated sample technique with the entire population of employees, consisting of 45 respondents. The study employed multiple linear regression analysis. Findings - The regression results indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Work motivation also shows a significant positive influence on employee performance, as does work discipline. Limitations – The research is limited by geographical constraints due to the distant location of the research site and time constraints.
