Abstract

Tujuan jurnal penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quick Ratio, Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Debt to aktiva Ratio Terhadap Return on aktiva pada Sektor Infrastruktur Utilitas dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018. Adapun metode penelitian yang akan digunakan yaitu pendekatan deduktif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi ini berjumlah 69 perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang diperoleh dari factbook 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive sehingga sampel yang dipilah tersisa sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan yaitu multiple regression. Berdasarkan hasil uji diperoleh hasil yaitu quick ratio dan perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA, DAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Namun jika bersama-sama quick ratio, perputaran modal kerja dan DAR berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Besarnya pengaruh variabel independen yang digunakan dalam memprediksi perubahan ROA adalah 8,8persen dimana sisanya 91,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor bebas lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to study the trend of career interest in continuing lectures based on the theory of reo personality. This research is a literature article with a literature review method, which is targeted at several sources of articles, books from various selected journals that are adapted to this article. Furthermore, this research is also to find out the tendency of a person's choice of career interests to continue college can be seen based on the theory of reo. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the tendency of students' career choices tends to be environmental and family factors, which are dominated by parents, because habits that are often carried out on something from childhood can be developed into a career in the future. Furthermore, the results of this study can be used as a basis for providing guidance and counseling services that are formulated in service programs by counselors in schools and for further researchers to conduct descriptive qualitative research on the reasons and factors in career choice as well as correlation research on career selection factors with abilities. career choice

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis STEM-Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaborasi siswa SD. Metode penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan four-D (4D), meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Validasi ahli dan praktisi menunjukkan perangkat ini "sangat valid" dengan revisi kecil yang mencakup penyempurnaan modul ajar dan LKPD. Uji coba perangkat pada siswa kelas IV SDN 37 Kendo menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaborasi, dengan skor posttest yang lebih tinggi pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Analisis data menggunakan independent sample t-test menunjukkan nilai Cohen's d dalam kategori "besar," membuktikan efektivitas perangkat ini. Penyebaran perangkat dilakukan melalui Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) untuk mendukung implementasi di sekolah lain. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan guru, pengadaan sarana pendukung, dan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis STEM-PjBL untuk materi IPAS lainnya.
