Abstract

Abstrak Peserta didik merupakan anugerah yang diberikan oleh Allah Swt. untuk dirawat dan dididik dengan baik agar memiliki kaakter yang baik pula. Untuk itu, Pendidikan dan karakter merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam mencetak para generasi pemimpin negara ini. dimana sekolah harus menjadi bagian dalam mendidik para anak didik agar memiliki karakter yang baik. untuk itu, sekolah harus melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter para anak didik agar bisa menjadi para penerus bangsa yang memiliki karakter baik. untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskripif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpuan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pelajaran aqidah aklak di madrasah diniyah hablul ulum melalui pembentukan karaker, transformasi, transmisi dan pengembangan potensi diri para santri. dan bentuk implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter di madrasah diniyah hablul ulum melalui pembiasaan shalat jama’ah, kegiatan belajar mengajar buku sullam safina dan aqidah al-awam serta sikap teladan dari para guru juga pembiasaan karakter yang baik.   Abstract  Students are a gift given by Allah Swt. to be well cared for and educated in order to have a good character as well. For this reason, Education and character are an inseparable part in producing generations of leaders of this country. Where the school must be part of educating students to have good character. For this reason, schools must strengthen the character education of students so that they can become the successors of the nation who have good character. For this reason, this research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with a type of case study research. As for the data collection techniques, researchers use observation, interview and documentation techniques while data analysis is used through data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of information. The results of this study are strengthening character education through aqidah aklak lessons in madrasah diniyah hablul ulum through the formation of karaker, transformation, transmission and development of the self-potential of the students. and the form of implementation of strengthening character education in madrasah diniyah hablul ulum through habituation of jama'ah prayers, teaching and learning activities of sullam safina and aqidah al-awam books as well as exemplary attitudes from teachers as well as good character habituation.

Abstract

Model pengambilan keputusan di suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam seperti madrasah merupakan salah satu masalah yang terkait dengan masalah kepemimpinan. Salah satu keberhasilan kepemimpinan antara lain ditentukan oleh model pengambilan keputusan. Kepemimpinan seorang Kepala Madrasah berperan besar dalam setiap proses pengambilan keputusan. Sukses tidaknya seorang kepala madrasah tergantung pada kemampuannya mengambil keputusan. Model pengambilan keputusan adalah bagaimana gaya yang digunakan dalam proses memlih diantara alternatif-alternatif tindakan untuk mengatasi masalah. Manajemen madrasah merupakan suatu proses penyelenggaraan dalam setiap usaha kerjasama sekelompok manusia melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia ataupun non-manusia untuk mencapai tujuan madrasah secara efektif dan efisien. Ada beberapa model pengambilan keputusan, antara lain yaitu: model Mintzberg, Drucker, dan Simon, model rasional, model pengambilan keputusan berbasis lapangan, dan model keputusan berbasis pokok masalah. Abstract

Schools need a leader who can create better education for learners. The effective leader, who can understand the needs of learners and able to provide a solution, and also produce a better quality of education. In fact, the behavior of leaders relies heavily on his leadership model. Thus, the leadership model will have much effect to the quality of education. Good facilities and qualified teachers will not give anoptimal results without effective leader. Theoretically, many leadership model need to re-discussed so it can be seen the right leadership model for educational leadership. Effective leadership will be required to set up a school system where the applications can be seen from better learning activities and the result is quality learners. This discussion will emphasis on how each model of leadership influence on the quality of education. The results of this research may provide the potential impact on the advancement of education.

Abstract

Perubahan merupakan issu utama dalam suatu organisasi, tidak terkecuali pada organisasi korporasi. Tuntutan akan kualitas layanan dari stakeholder selalu menggema dari waktu ke waktu. Organisasi korporasi hendaknya harus mampu merespon dan memenuhi kualitas layanan dimaksud. Dinamika perkembangan dan perubahan menuntut pemimpin dapat mendesain organisasinya menjadi organisasi pembelajar untuk mendorong seluruh anggota/karyawan organisasi menjadi insan pembelajar dengan budaya belajar. Organisasi korporasi tetap akan eksis, dapat memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan selera dan tuntutan stakeholder. Dengan budaya belajar pula, organisasi korporasi akan semakin terbuka terhadap perubahan dan mudah beradaptasi serta mampu bersaing di arena global. Organisasi korporasi yang kuat adalah organisasi korporasi yang mampu merespon perubahan masa depan yang semakin kompleks. Hal ini mustahil terjadi tanpa di backup oleh kepemimpinan organisasi korporasi yang kuat hanya dapat di desain oleh pemimpin yang kuat/efektif (strong/leader). Pemimpin yang kuat/efektif adalah pemimpin yang senantiasa berikhtiar belajar dan membangun budaya belajar dalam organisasinya.

Abstract

Every educational institution must have a vision and mission, and must plan and market its educational services to achieve the desired goals. Vision and mission are the most important parts used in activities to describe achievements in achieving the desired conditions for all stakeholders to achieve educational goals. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze how vision and mission can be developed in formal educational institutions. This research is based on literature research from relevant books and academic journals. The overall conclusion from the analysis of this literature review study is that the preparation of a vision and mission requires in-depth research and it is important to involve various stakeholders to achieve the desired overall goals. Even though the vision and mission of a school contains something very important that gives appropriate weight to all aspects in realizing the school's identity, this is already covered in reading the existing vision and mission. Abstract

Human Resource Planning (HRP) in the context of 21st century education is the key to the success of educational institutions. The global transformation that is taking place in this era demands the adaptation of the education system to meet the increasingly complex and dynamic needs of society. This research aims to investigate the role of HRP in supporting the success of 21st century education. The research methodology involves literature analysis and case studies of HRP implementation in several leading educational institutions. The results of the research show that effective HRP requires strategic integration between government policies, educational institution management, and teacher empowerment. Curriculum renewal, training for teachers in using cutting-edge technology, and the application of innovative teaching methods are critical elements in successful HRP.

Abstract

Promotion and communication are the keys to the success of marketing, including educational services marketing. Marketing communication is an integral part of communication and is also an integral part of marketing. To discuss this, a literature review method is used, and data is collected through online sources, including books and articles in scholarly journals. Meanwhile, for analysis, content analysis is employed as a technique. The result is that marketing communication in educational services is a two-way exchange of information between the parties involved in marketing activities within the school with the goal of enhancing the customers' perception of the educational product. To ensure its sustainability, educational institutions must be more creative in packaging promotions or educational service communication tailored to the challenges of the current era.
