Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of prince and consumer income on product purchasing decisions at the Aning Shop. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used a probability sanmpling technique where the number of samples obtained was 30 respondents.The date analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that product prices have a positive and significant affect on product purchasing decicions at the Aning Shop.this is indicated by the caculated t of 2.880 which is greater than the t table value of 2.052. the consumer income variable has a positive and in significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Aning Shop. This indicated by the calcuted t value of 1.757 which is smaller than the t table value of 2.052

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Community Empowerment in Tunas Jaya Village, Bonepantai District, Bone Bolango Regency. Empowerment of rural communities is a basic effort of local government officials and the central government, especially towards a potential that exists in the village as a form of assets or wealth owned by the village. This study focuses more on knowing how much potential community development resources exist in Tunas Jaya Village, Bone Coast District, Bone Bolango Regency. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods conducted in the field (field research), where the total population of 200 people and 5 samples, people using purposive sampling in determining the sample. While the data collection tool in this study uses an inductive method, namely how to draw conclusions from specific things to general things, this research is a field research which can find out the specifics and the reality of what is happening in the community. The problem of this research is how business groups can build Tunas Jaya Village, Bonepantai District, Bone Bolango Regency in the field of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The aim of this research is1) to find the leadership style of the principal at State Elementary School (SDN) 15 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. 2) Analyze the leadership style of the principal in increasing teacher motivationat State Elementary School (SDN) 15 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The method in this research uses a qualitative case study method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.There were 5 interview informants consisting of school principals and teachers.The research results show that 1) The leadership sty lecreated by the principal at State Elementary School (SDN) 15 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Provinceuses a democratic leadership style demonstrated by the principal and his subordinates, providing an example of good cooperation by organizing, directing and guiding the staff. Education so that they work together 2) The principal's leadership style in increasing motivationis good. This can be seen from the leadership style which creates togetherness between students and leaders, the principal holds training, seminars and other training because there are activities to improve the quality of the leader, as well as teacher memorabilia. Apart from that, if the teacher has good performance, the principal provides rewards in order to increase motivation. The principal always tries to maintain a conducive worken vironment.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out and analyze the Village Minimum Service Standars in Buata Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency. The approach used in this paper is qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this paper are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in qualitative data analysis is inductive, which is a study based on the data obtained and then developed into a hypothesis. Based on the hypothesis formulated based on the data.The paper results show that administrative sevices in Buata Village have met the minimum service standars following the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs number 2 of 2017 concerning minimum village service standars. Buata Village has followed these three crucial points` direction, laws, and rules. The Buata Village government`s implementation could have been more optimal,whether consciously or unconsciously. The Buata Village Government still finds several obstacles or factors, including the lack of maximum service to the community, inadequate facilities, ineffective human resources, and lack of pro-activity from the community.
