Abstract

This bibliometric study systematically analyzes the evolving field of talent management within the context of Industry 4.0, employing VOSviewer for mapping and visualizing key research themes, collaborations, and temporal trends from 2012 to 2024. The analysis revealed distinct thematic clusters focusing on the integration of digital transformation within traditional HR practices, emphasizing core competencies, firm capabilities, and the evaluation of job performance. Temporal trends indicate a shift from foundational topics to more complex issues such as leadership competencies and the strategic implications of digital technologies. Density visualizations highlighted areas with heavy research concentration and potential gaps, suggesting opportunities for future studies particularly in emerging and less explored themes. The co-authorship analysis provided insights into collaborative networks, indicating a mix of well-established research groups and emerging scholars. This study not only maps the current landscape but also guides future research directions in talent management amidst rapid technological advancements.

Abstract

The financial performance of local governments is an important indicator in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of public resource management. This article discusses the challenges faced by local governments in improving financial performance, including issues of transparency, accountability, and suboptimal budget management. In addition, this study also identifies opportunities that can be utilized, such as the application of information technology in financial reporting systems and increasing human resource capacity. Using descriptive analysis and literature studies, the results of the study indicate that despite many challenges, there are a number of strategies that can be implemented to improve the financial performance of local governments, which in turn can support sustainable development and community welfare. This study is expected to provide insight for policy makers and stakeholders in formulating more effective policies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of environment and satisfaction on student learning motivation at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Motivated students have a higher success rate in completing their studies. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence student learning motivation is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo students. The research sample consisted of 93 respondents who were randomly selected from various study programs. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study show that the university environment has a negative and insignificant influence on student learning motivation. While student satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of officer accessibility and re-sponsiveness on community satisfaction, by observing 50 communi-ty samples. Data were analysed using PLS-SEM techniques via SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling and distributed via online question-naire via Google form. The results show that Accessibility has an insignificant effect, with a TStatistic value of 0.037 and P Values of 0.970, while Officer Responsiveness has a significant effect, with a TStatistics value of 4.953 and P Values of 0.000 on Community Satis-faction.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan manajemen modal dalam promosi produk di Desa Langagon. Desa ini memiliki potensi produk lokal yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan tentang manajemen modal, pemasaran, dan promosi produk kepada para pelaku usaha lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung, di mana peserta diajarkan cara mengelola modal dengan bijak, menyusun strategi pemasaran, dan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk mempromosikan produk mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya manajemen modal serta penerapan teknik promosi yang efektif. Selain itu, peserta juga berhasil merumuskan rencana aksi untuk memasarkan produk mereka secara lebih luas. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian masyarakat Desa Langagon dan mendorong pelaku usaha untuk lebih kreatif dalam memasarkan produk lokal.
