Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the subsystem of Islamic education in National Education, with the aim of looking at the existence and the basis of education for the implementation and recognition of Islamic education as a sub-system of national education which is assumed to be a product of dichotomy and discrimination. This type of research is a literature study with a qualitative description by analyzing and interpreting the data. Islamic education has the right to gain legitimacy to develop in meeting the educational needs of Muslims who are the majority in Indonesia and the State's appreciation of Islamic education that has been going on since the birth of Islam such as kuttab, halaqah, suffah, and madrasah, through Law No. 2 of 1989 and Law No. 20 of 2003, namely for the first time Islamic education became a national education subsystem and as a solution in responding to the challenges of the times and answering the problem of discrimination and the dichotomy between education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of Education and Culture although until now Islamic education is still feeling it, such as the refusal of ASN to PGMI Alumni at the Ministry of Education and Culture while PGSD Alumni can walk under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pengembangan potensi diri peserta didik melalui proses pendidikan di SD Negeri 43 Seluma. Hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih bervariasinya tingkat potensi diri peserta didik yang ada di sekolah ini, sebagian guru mengerti dan paham dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik akan tetapi sebagian lagi guru belum memahaminya, sehingga potensi diri peserta didik terbentuk dengan sendirinya. Akan tetapi pihak sekolah sudah melakukan pengembangan terhadap potensi diri peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian guna menganalisis seperti apa bentuk pengembangan potensi diri peserta didik yang dilakukan oleh guru di sekolah tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian analisis datanya menggunakan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa bentuk pengembangan potensi diri peserta didik yang dilakukan oleh guru adalah memberikan bimbingan yang intensif bagi peserta didik, memberikan pendampingan bagi peserta didik yang memiliki minat dan motivasi belajar yang kurang, memberikan contoh teladan yang baik, mengajak peserta didik bersama- sama membersihkan lingkungan sekolah, melaksanakan shalat dhuhah berjamaah setiap pagi hari Jumat, melakukan tes kepada peserta didik baru, mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta memberikan sanksi dan reword kepada peserta didik. Kemudian yang menjadi hambatan guru dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik adalah sikap pembawaan peserta didik, minat dan motivasi, kompetensi guru, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, serta lingkungan sekitar peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pembuatan kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran daring melalui supervisi Kepala Sekolah Di SD Negeri 73 Seluma Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan siklus I dan siklus II tersebut di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Melalui supervisi Kepala Sekolah di SD Negeri 73 Seluma tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 kemampuan guru dalam membuat kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran daring mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. Jika pada siklus I total nilai rata-rata keseluruhan hanya kompetensi guru meningkat dari siklus I yaitu persentase ketuntasan 66,67% dan 88,89% pada siklus II guru secara umum dikatakan tuntas dengan total nilai peningkatan rata-rata guru adalah adalah 8,67 dan total peningkatan persentase adalah 22,22% hal ini menunjukan usaha perbaikan yang dilakukan peneliti pada siklus II membawa perubahan. Supervisi akademik efektif digunakan untuk meningkat kompetensi guru  di  SD  Negeri  73  Seluma  dalam  pembuatan  kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Background: In the digital era, online platforms influence religious discourse, making it crucial to integrate digital literacy into Islamic education to promote moderation and counter radical content, especially in diverse societies like Indonesia. Objective: This study aims to explore the role of technological advancements as a strategic approach to instilling moderate Islam in a diverse society through digital literacy-based Islamic education. Method: This research employs a literature study approach conducted in 2023. Data sources include both primary and secondary materials, collected through documentation and triangulation. Data analysis follows the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Result: Fostering a moderate society requires promoting religious moderation through digital literacy, particularly for individuals unfamiliar with social media. Social media serves as an educational platform to enhance religious harmony by disseminating content that supports tolerance and coexistence. Conclusion: Moderate Islam emphasizes the importance of tolerance in maintaining religious harmony in everyday life. Digital literacy plays a crucial role in spreading religious moderation and fostering a balanced perspective in a diverse society. Contribution: This research contributes to the understanding of how digital literacy supports religious moderation and provides valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and religious leaders in utilizing technology for promoting religious harmony.

Abstract

Background: Routine community religious gatherings like weekly recitations enhance spiritual knowledge and social bonds, yet their effectiveness is rarely evaluated systematically at the grassroots level. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the routine Friday night recitation activities to improve the religious knowledge of the community in Timur Indah V, Bengkulu City. Method: This study uses an evaluation approach with the Formative-Sumative Evaluation Model, which focuses on formative evaluation to measure the process and outcomes of the pengajian (Islamic study) activities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. Result: The process of implementing the Friday night recitation routine has been running according to procedures, although there are still some aspects of the instrument that have not been applied optimally. Regarding activity results, the congregation felt that this recitation greatly increased their religious insight. Conclusion: The routine Friday night recitation in Timur Indah V has positively impacted the congregation's understanding and religious practices. Although this activity has been running according to procedures, some aspects still need to be improved to increase its effectiveness. Contribution: This study empirically evaluates the effectiveness of routine recitation as a medium for religious education in the community.
