Abstract

The Student Organization Capacity Building Program (PPK Ormawa) was implemented in Jehem Village due to its significant potential for natural and cultural tourism, which remains relatively unknown to tourists due to limited promotion and digital information access. Although designated as a tourist village, the lack of technological infrastructure and information management poses a primary challenge in attracting visitors. Technological innovation was selected as a solution to enhance the village's image, as digital technology allows tourism information to be more widely accessible to potential visitors and facilitates more efficient management. This program combines observation and interview methods to identify the village's needs and potential, as well as technology diffusion and substitution methods in its activities. Community engagement involved creating a tourism website, conducting social media management training, and establishing a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) responsible for managing tourism activities. Outcomes achieved include increased tourist visits and the enhancement of local human resource capacity in utilizing digital technology for tourism promotion. The sustainability of this program is expected to be achieved through ongoing management by Pokdarwis, along with the maintenance of the established digital facilities.

Abstract

In Hindu teachings, there is a wealth of universal character values that remain relevant to contemporary character education. Instilling Hindu character values should ideally begin in early childhood to lay a solid foundation for ethical and moral development. This study aims to analyze methods for developing Hindu character values in early childhood, focusing on three key principles: Tri Parartha, Tri Kaya Parisudha, and Tat Twam Asi. Using a library research method, data for this study was collected from journals, books, and other literature relevant to Hindu ethics and early childhood education. The research process involved setting objectives, gathering and selecting literature, reviewing content, analyzing data, synthesizing findings, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the development of Hindu character values in early childhood requires a multi-faceted approach that considers the unique developmental stages of children. Parental involvement is critical, serving as both facilitators and role models in imparting these values. Key methods include modeling ethical behavior in daily life (Tri Kaya Parisudha), fostering empathy and interconnectedness through the principle of Tat Twam Asi, and integrating communal values (Tri Parartha) into family and social interactions. Additionally, literacy activities and positive reinforcement play vital roles in embedding these teachings effectively. In conclusion, cultivating Hindu character values in early childhood not only nurtures ethical behavior but also aligns with the broader goals of character education. This approach emphasizes the importance of synergy between parents, educators, and cultural practices to ensure children internalize and live these values in their formative years.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has become an essential element in various aspects of life, including the business sector. Robado Bakery, which has been operating since 2018 in Nusa Penida, faces challenges in managing orders, which are still manually processed through WhatsApp. This practice leads to unorganized record-keeping, overproduction, and the unavailability of required bread stock. To address these issues, this study aims to design and develop a web-based bread ordering information system. This research adopts the waterfall development method, encompassing stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that the waterfall method remains relevant for the design and development of structured and integrated web-based information systems, particularly in the context of order management. The implemented system successfully improves order tracking, displays real-time stock information, and supports pre-order functions, thereby optimizing store operations and reducing operational inefficiencies.
