Abstract

One of the factors that determine the graduation rate of students in a school is the facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure can help students learn comfortably. The success of the teaching and learning process requires both teachers and facilities and infrastructure to achieve it. This study aims to describe the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management. infrastructure at SD Negeri Tanjung Binje Kec. Bendahara Kab.Aceh Tamiang in improving student graduates at the school.

Abstract

School as an educational institution and is a means in the context of these educational goals. In the school environment students are required to comply with the rules and regulations that exist in school. The purpose of this study was to determine individual counseling services in problem check lists and anecdotal notes at Tembung Mandiri Vocational School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used in this study by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were counseling teachers and class X students of Light Vehicle Engineering. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of individual counseling services in problem check lists and anecdotal notes at Mandiri Tembung Vocational High School indicates that the counseling teacher has provided individual counseling services to students who experience individual problems. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of information services with the SGD (Small Group Discussion) approach in improving students' learning independence. Learning independence is a way for individuals to improve ideas, emotions, strategies, and actions that are directed at achieving learning goals. The researcher used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research type, which applied a one group pretest posttest design. The population was all BKPI students with a total of 120 students, the sample obtained was 30 students who had low learning independence conditions. The sample selected in this study used non-probability sampling, especially with the purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a learning independence scale. The paired sample t-test is a data analysis technique used with the help of SPSS version 22, with a significance level of α = 0.05. Based on the data obtained, the sig value (2-tailed) was 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so information services are effective with the SGD (Small Group Discussion) approach to increasing students' learning independence.

Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the primary sources of energy support in our lives, which is very important in the operation of the hospitality industry, especially in using electronic equipment and air conditioning lighting. Many devices that require electrical energy to operate make energy consumption increase. Therefore, efforts to prevent waste of electricity use need to be made through energy audits as well as energy savings opportunities by performing calculations of Energy Consumption Intensity (ECI) values based on historical data of electrical consumption and performing measurements of light intensity on the lighting system available at The Bono Pekanbaru Hotel. Some rooms still exceed the set ECI value, which can be categorized as wasteful energy. It is necessary to do so energy-saving opportunities while on the lighting system based on the measurement of the light intensity carried out in each room, many rooms that do not meet the lighting standards and the basis of the visual still experience evaporation. This requires an energy audit and a lighting audit. On the important lighting system made, upgrade technology with the change of type and power of lighting on lighting will create energy savings in the use of electricity at the Hotel the Bono Pekanbaru and create a bright and comfortable room. Change the currently installed lights into LED lights so that the lighting system available in each room meets the SNI lighting standard 03-6197-2000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the individual counseling services in the problem check list and anecdotal records at SMK Mandiri Tembung. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects are the counseling teacher and students in the X class of Light Vehicle Engineering. The results of this study show that the implementation of individual counseling services in the problem check list and anecdotal records at SMK Mandiri Tembung indicates that the counseling teacher has provided individual counseling services to students with individual problems.
