Abstract

ABSTRAKPengukuran kondisi perkerasan dapat dilakukan dengan cara melakukan survei langsung dilapangan secara visual. Salah satu pedoman yang digunakan untuk mengindentifikasi kondisi perkerasan ialah menggunakan Indeks Kondisi Perkerasan (IKP) Pd-01-2016-B. Indentifikasi kondisi perkerasan dilakukan di ruas jalan Cangkorah Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan jenis perkerasan ialah perkerasan kaku dengan panjang jalan 1 km. Metodologi diawali dengan melakukan survei lapangan dengan membagi perkerasan menjadi 20 unit sampel masing-masing per 50 meter, menganalisis hasil survei menggunakan pedoman Pd-01-2016-B, menentukan nilai rata-rata IKP yang menunjukkan skala kondisi perkerasan kaku. Hasil pengukuran kondisi perkerasan dilapangan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk melakukan penanganan yang tepat pada kerusakan jalan. Dari hasil survei dan analisis  menggunakan pedoman IKP didapatkan rata-rata nilai IKP perkerasan kaku ialah 51 yang menunjukan skala kondisi jelek dimana presentase  kondisi perkerasan 10% sangat baik, 15% baik, 20% sedang, 20% jelek, 20% parah serta 15% sangat parah sehingga direkomendasikan penanganan 55% rekonstruksi, 20% peningkatan struktural, 15% pemeliharaan berkala, dan 10% pemeliharaan rutin atau dapat direkomendasikan secara umum penanganan yang tepat untuk perkerasan kaku sepanjang 1 km di jalan Cangkoarah ialah rekonstruksi.Kata kunci: kondisi perkerasan, perkerasan kaku, IKP, rekonstruksi ABSRACTThe measurement of Pavement condition can be visually assessed through field surveys. Pavement Condition Index (IKP) Pd-01-2016-B was used as national guideline in identifying the pavement condition. It was determined that Cangkorah Street in Kabupaten Bandung Barat has a rigid pavement, extending for a length of 1 km. The following steps were carried out to assess the pavement condition, road condition survey, segmentation of the road into 50-meter segments, data collection and analysis based on Pd-01-2016-B, and the calculation of the average value of IKP, which represents the scale of the rigid pavement condition. Based on the IKP result, the pavement condition on Cangkorah Street is 10% good, 15% satisfactory, 20% fair, 20% poor, 20% very poor, and 15% in serious condition. The average IKP value for the rigid pavement is 51 which shows that the road is in poor condition that need to be improved by reconstructing the road along 1 Km. The needed improvement could also classify with 55% reconstruction, 20% structural improvement, 15% periodic maintenance, and 10% routine maintenance.Keywords: pavement condition, rigid pavement, IKP, reconstruction

Abstract

ABSTRAKSifat beton yang lemah terhadap tarik memungkinkan terjadinya retakan mikro dan dapat merambat menjadi retakan makro, apabila retakan tersebut tidak terdeteksi. Oleh karena itu, muncul inovasi yang disebut dengan Self-healing concrete (SHC), yaitu beton dapat menutupi retakan mikro secara mandiri tanpa adanya perlakuan dari manusia. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan bakteri Bacillus megaterium sebagai healing agent kemudian diterapkan pada beton mutu tinggi rencana 45 MPa berdasarkan pedoman ACI 211-4r.93, dengan kadar subtitusi semen oleh fly ash sebanyak 25% dan persentase bakteri sebesar 2% dari komposisi air yang digunakan. Hasilnya, diperoleh peningkatan nilai kuat tekan pada beton bakteri umur 28 hari sebesar 12,662% terhadap beton kontrol. Dimana nilai kuat tekan rata-rata 62,199 MPa pada beton bakteri dan 55,208 MPa untuk beton kontrol. Selain itu, beton bakteri mulai menunjukkan proses self-healing pada hari ke-21 pasca pengujian dan lebar ukuran retakan mikro yang dapat diperbaiki bakteri adalah berkisar 0,66-2,76 mm.Kata kunci: beton mutu tinggi, self-healing concrete, bacillus megaterium, kuat tekanABSTRACTThe weak tensile properties of concrete allow micro-cracks to occur and propagate into macro-cracks if they are not detected. Therefore, an innovation called Self-healing concrete (SHC) emerged, where concrete can cover micro-cracks independently without human treatment. In this study, Bacillus megaterium bacteria were used as a healing agent. Then they applied to high-strength concrete plan 45 MPa based on ACI guideline 211-4r.93, with a cement substitution content by fly ash of 25% and a percentage of bacteria of 2% of the composition of the water used. As a result, an increase in compressive strength value was obtained in bacterial concrete aged 28 days by 12.662% against control concrete. Where bacterial concrete was 7,524 MPa and control concrete was 7,399 MPa. In addition, bacterial concrete began to show a self-healing process on the 21st day after the compressive test, and the width of the size of micro-cracks that bacteria can repair is in the range of 0.66-2.76 mm.Keywords: high strength concrete, self-healing concrete, bacillus megaterium, compressive strength

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kerusakan permukaan jalan dapat mempengaruhi keamanan dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan, khususnya bagi para pengendara. Penilaian tingkat kerusakan jalan perlu dilakukan menggunakan metode IRI dan IKP. Jalan Jenderal Sudirman yang menghubungkan antara Kota Bandung dengan Kota Cimahi; memiliki perkerasan lentur dan ditinjau sepanjang 1,4 km dari Simpang Tiga Jalan Jamika hingga Bundaran Cibeureum. Studi yang dilakukan adalah membandingkan nilai IKP dan IRI hingga merekomendasikan jenis skenario pemeliharaan jalan yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi permukaan jalan. Dari hasil IKP, rata-rata nilainya Jalan Jenderal Sudirman ialah 67,43 untuk arah Bundaran Cibeureum dan 70,11 untuk arah Simpang Tiga Jamika yang menunjukkan kondisi jalan sedang. Sedangkan berdasarkan metode IRI, rata-rata nilainya Jalan Jenderal Sudirman ialah 4,86 untuk arah Bundaran Cibeureum dan 4,66 untuk arah Simpang Tiga Jamika dengan kondisi jalan sedang. Skenario penanganan pemeliharaan rutin dan berkala dilakukan di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman dengan hasil nilai IRI yang lebih baik apabila dilakukan pemeliharaan rutin per tahun dan berkala per lima tahun namun biaya yang diperlukan juga cukup tinggi.Kata kunci: kondisi perkerasan, jalan provinsi, perkerasan lentur, IKP, IRI, pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala ABSTRACTThe condition of road surfaces can significantly impact the safety and comfort of road users, especially for drivers. Assessing the level of road damage used IRI and PCI. Jenderal Sudirman Road, linking Bandung City to Cimahi City, has flexible pavement and is reviewed along 1.4 km from the Jalan Jamika intersection to the Cibeureum Roundabout. The study aims to compare the PCI and IRI values for both flexible pavements, ultimately recommending appropriate road maintenance scenarios based on the surface condition analysis. Based on the IKP, the average PCI value for the Jenderal Sudirman Road is 67.43 for the Cibeureum Roundabout direction and 70.11 for the Jalan Jamika intersection direction, indicating a moderate road condition. Meanwhile, based on IRI, the average IRI value for the Jenderal Sudirman Road is 4.86 for the Cibeureum Roundabout direction and 4.66 for the Jalan Jamika intersection direction, also indicating a moderate road condition. Routine and periodic maintenance scenarios are implemented on the Jenderal Sudirman Road, with better IRI values achieved through annual routine maintenance and five-year periodic maintenance, although the associated costs are relatively high.Keywords: pavement condition, provincial road, flexible pavement, IKP, IRI, routine maintenance, periodic maintenance

Abstract

Institution of education has important role to take part in solving problems in Bandung city community development. Population growth inBandung drives the impact of facility andinfrastructure addition, including in primaryschool facilities. The land area of school could not be expandable and so its insufficient and facility infrastructure because of its location among slums settlement and traditional market.The Departement of Eduaction and Cultural hassustainable programs for improving school facility and infrastructure. The facility and infrastructure of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 027 recently has not been longer proper for physical and capacity for teaching and learning activities. In this program, abdimas team helps to carry out the planning renovation and supervision assistance process of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 027. This program involves architect and civil engineer to plan, design, count the structure of new classrooms addition and also supervise the renovation for few room of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 027. The output of this activity is to fulfill the need of the SDN 027 community to carry out the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Roads must have safety and comfort, which can be seen through the condition of the pavement. A good pavement is influenced by a good bearing capacity of the subgrade. Not infrequently, road damage that occurs is caused by a lack of bearing capacity of the subgrade (CBR<6). One way to improve the bearing capacity of the subgrade is to stabilize it with polyacrylamide (PAM) synthetic polymer. Subgrade stabilization was carried out on local soil at Jalan Cisasawi, Desa Cihanjuang with a percentage of 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, and 12% of the dry soil weight. From the results of laboratory CBR testing, calculations were made to determine the effect on the thickness of flexible pavement using the SKBI 1987 method. After the calculation, it can be concluded that the CBR value affects the thickness of the flexible pavement layer. The greater the subgrade CBR value, the thinner the pavement thickness (with 8% polyacrylamide). This has been proven in the calculation where PAM managed to increase the bearing capacity of the soil to the maximum at 8% PAM content (soaked CBR 16.4% and unsoaked CBR 20.5%) and the thickness of the lower foundation layer is 25 cm (the thinnest among other levels).
