Abstract

Monitoring the security of the house is something that needs to be done to prevent criminals. Housing is a very important thing for us to be aware of, where most of the perpetrators of crime occurred in homes that were left traveling by the occupants. Therefore, for the sake of comfort when we travel, monitoring the state of the house is very necessary. In this monitoring system is done by monitoring the doors and windows of the house using a magnetic switch sensor, later each sensor on the door and window will be connected to the Raspberry Pi which is synchronized with firebase, and every door or window that is open the sensor will send information to Firebase. and then by utilizing push notification firebase will send notification messages to the android application that has been designed. With this, residents monitor the state of the house when traveling using an android application that has been designed via a smartphone, where every open door and window will be visible on the android application display. Using this monitoring system can create a sense of comfort and safety for residents when traveling.

Abstract

This community service activity entitled "Workshop on the Utilization of IT Technology in Online Learning" aims to provide understanding to Mr/Mrs Teachers Brain for Islamic School Jl. Pelita No. 8k, Example, Kec. Kisaran Timur City, Asahan Regency in the use of IT technology in online learning. The service implementation method used in this activity is descriptive and direct practice. The presenter provides explanations about the use of IT with applications such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Edpuzzle which can later be used in conducting online learning, then explains how to use these technologies, then Mr/Mrs Teachers conduct workshop activities and practice again from material given at the practicum workshop. The important points that will be explained and practiced in this activity are explaining applications and how to use them accompanied by direct practicals in using these applications.

Abstract

Abstract: The training on the utilization of digital wallets to improve the quality of financial management is crucial in today’s digital era. While the use of digital wallets is becoming increasingly widespread, many students still lack a proper understanding of how to use them optimally and wisely to support their daily financial management. The training was conducted through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice with digital wallet applications. The training materials covered an introduction to digital wallets and basic financial planning strategies. The results of the activity indicated an improvement in students’ understanding and awareness of the importance of early financial management, as well as their ability to use financial technology to monitor and control expenses. This training is expected to serve as an initial step in shaping a financially literate younger generation that uses technology wisely.Keywords: digital wallet; financial management quality Abstrak: Pelatihan pemanfaatan dompet digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen keuangan ini penting di era digital saat ini, penggunaan dompet digital semakin meluas, namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memahami cara memanfaatkannya secara optimal dan bijak untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan sehari-hari. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik langsung penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengenalan dompet digital, strategi perencanaan keuangan sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya manajemen keuangan sejak dini, serta kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi keuangan untuk mengontrol pengeluaran. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk generasi muda yang melek finansial dan bijak dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Kata kunci: dompet digital; kualitas manajemen keuangan;

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital siswa MA Al-Washliyah Kisaran melalui pemanfaatan dompet digital sebagai solusi pembayaran praktis. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi serta kebiasaan yang cenderung bergantung pada transaksi tunai. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan strategi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi. Sebanyak 27 siswa terlibat secara aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Ceramah digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan konsep dasar dan manfaat dompet digital, diskusi untuk mendorong keterlibatan siswa, dan simulasi praktik untuk melatih keterampilan menggunakan aplikasi dompet digital. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, tanya jawab, serta refleksi siswa setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa terkait konsep, manfaat, fitur, hingga aspek keamanan dompet digital. Sebelum kegiatan sebagian besar siswa belum memahami dan menggunakan dompet digital, namun setelah kegiatan mereka mampu memahami serta mempraktikkan penggunaannya secara mandiri. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa metode PKM yang diterapkan efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital siswa. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pembentukan kebiasaan bertransaksi non-tunai, sekaligus mendukung program pemerintah dalam memperluas inklusi keuangan di masyarakat
