Abstract

Desa wisata Malaka memiliki kekayaan potensi alam dan budaya Bahari yang telah dikembangkan oleh pengelola wisata, seperti konservasi penyu, terumbu karang, rumput laut, pasir, snorkeling, diving, sunset, kuliner pesisir, ritual dan tradisi masyarakat pesisir, dan atraksi wisata lainnya. Namun atraksi ini tidak didukung dengan promosi yang terencana dan sistematis, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya angka kunjungan wisatawan di desa Malaka. Kurangnya promosi ini menjadi program utama KKNT STP Mataram 2023 dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari semuah stakeholders desa Malaka. Program kerja dilaksanakan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dirumuskan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan program KKNT adalah desa wisata Malaka memiliki SDM yang dapat mengolah sosial media dan membuat konten kreatif untuk promosi desa wisata Malaka. Dengan demikian melalui sosial media diharapkan mendorong angka peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Malaka. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan KKNT STP Mataram 2023 di Desa Malaka adalah promosi pemasaran dapat berjalan dengan baik ketika direncanakan, disiapkan SDM, peralatan promosi, dan keaktifan sosial media seperti TikTok, Instagram dan sosial media lainnya dapat memberikan dampak positif pada pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Malaka

Abstract

This research was conducted as a classroom action research project with the aim of enhancing the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students at MI Hidayatussibyan in Krangseng District, Indramayu Regency. The research utilized the discovery learning method, supported by the use of comic strip media. The main objective of this study was to benefit various stakeholders involved in the learning process, particularly in the Indonesian language subject. These stakeholders included teachers, students, schools, communities, and the wider education community. The research followed a classroom action research approach, consisting of two cycles that encompassed planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The study took place at MI Hidayatussibyan during the 2021/2022 academic year, with a sample of 28 fourth-grade students as the focus of the research. Data collection was carried out through observation and documentation. Therefore, this research not only contributed to the advancement of learning methods but also provided valuable insights for educational practitioners and individuals involved in the learning process at the school.

Abstract

Many countries concentrate on the business of procuring halal products. The halalness of a product is indicated by the presence of a halal logo on the packaging. The halal logo can be used to indicate that a product meets the requirements set by sharia law so that it is suitable for consumption by Muslims, therefore implementing the halal value chain in the culinary business is very important. So, when a business wants to be superior to its competitors, a competitive strategy within the company is very necessary in achieving the goals of an organization or company in business competition, namely Competitive Advantage. Here it is interpreted that strategy is more about how to make plans, tactics, winning positions, patterns and perspectives that are created to be implemented over a long period of time, so that the end is how to win the market. The research method used in this research is a literature review of various studies that have been carried out by previous researchers. The data collection method used is secondary data obtained from journals, documentation books, scientific articles and other documents relevant to this research
