Abstract

In this paper, the application of SNI 2847:2013 in the evaluation of the case of a retaining wall failure is presented. The method is the analytical retaining wall evaluation, which consisted of visual inspection in the field, depth measurement of pile and sheet pile, and the quality test of concrete material. The data were used as input in structure modeling using Finite Element Method (FEM) software to calculate each structural member's required strength (Ru). The calculation was done to obtain the design strength (ØRn) of the structural member. The retaining wall is considered safe if its design strength is greater than or equal to the required strength or ØRn ? Ru. If this condition cannot be fulfilled, the retaining wall is considered failed, and then the causes of failure would be performed. The result showed that the depth of the pile and sheet pile is less than the required minimum depth, and concrete quality is below the specification mentioned in the as-built drawing data. According to structural analysis and calculation of site investigation data, it could be known that the causes of retaining wall failure are the design strength is smaller than the required strength and the vertical moment due to its self-weight is much smaller than the horizontal moment due to soil and water pressure, so it causes the structural sliding. Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap remaja perempuan di Desa Bantarjaya, Kecamatan Pebayuran, Kabupaten Bekasi, adalah masalah serius yang berdampak pada trauma psikologis dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas program edukasi dalam penyuluhan yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman remaja perempuan mengenai hak-hak pribadi dan tanda-tanda kekerasan seksual. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sesi penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang intensif, diikuti dengan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam skor pengetahuan dari nilai rata-rata 3,93 pada pre-test menjadi 9,3 pada post-test. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan seksual yang efektif dan partisipasi komunitas lokal merupakan kunci dalam membangun lingkungan yang mendukung dan aman untuk remaja perempuan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penyuluhan yang terstruktur dengan baik dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan melindungi remaja perempuan dari kekerasan seksual, dengan masyarakat lokal berperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan program tersebut. Penelitian mendatang dapat mengeksplorasi efektivitas program penyuluhan serupa dalam skala yang lebih luas dan durasi yang lebih panjang untuk mengidentifikasi dampak jangka panjang terhadap perilaku dan keamanan sosial remaja perempuan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how internalizing "mukhlis" Islamic values contributes to Employee Performance. Mukhlis Knowledge Contributing (MKD) is the skill of donating knowledge with the earnest intention of pleasing Allah.The concept of Mukhlis Information Donating is the contribution of genuine and relevant knowledge to enhance Employee Performance.Mukhlis Knowledge Donating is activated by one of the Organizational Learning Dimensions, specifically Team Learning and the worth of Taqorrub (getting closer to Allah).This article has consequences for the capacity of Human Resources to provide true, sincere knowledge for the benefit of the world and the hereafter, in the hope of Allah's grace.The contribution of this study to Resource-Based Theory is the function of mukhlis Islamic values in the honest donation of knowledge, as evidenced by the application of Organizational Learning aspects Team Learning and Taqorrub values.
