Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) on the Public Services of the Dukcapil Department in Seluma Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 181 people who carried out the management of KK and KTP at the Dukcapil Department of Seluma Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire analyzed by measuring the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. The Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the quality of service at the Dukcapil Department of Seluma Regency obtained an average value of 3.01 which was in a good assessment, then the CSI of the service unit was multiplied by 25 so that the CSI was 75.25 with a service B with good criteria because it is in the interval value of 62.51 – 81.25. The element of cost/tariff gets the highest rating with an average value of 3.48 with very good assessment criteria. This illustrates that the community considers the Dukcapil Department of Seluma Regency to provide services free of charge without being charged. The lowest satisfaction value is 2.33 with a poor assessment on the elements of facilities and infrastructure, this illustrates that the facilities and infrastructure provided by the department in providing services to the community have not been maximized.

Abstract

Mutu rekam medis yang baik yaitu rekam medis yang memenuhi indikator-indikator mutu rekam medis yaitu kelengkapan isi rekam medis, keakuratan, tepat waktu, pemenuhan persyaratan hukum. Pada RSUD Arosuka Kabupaten Solok, salah satu indikator mutu yang belum tercapai terdapat pada isi rekam medis yang tidak lengkap dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis yang melebihi 2x24 jam setelah pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi kelengkapan isi rekam medis dan ketepatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap di RSUD Arosuka Kabupaten Solok tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kelengkapan isi terdapat 53,3% kategori lengkap dan 46,7% tidak lengkap. Sedangkan variabel ketepatan waktu terdapat 33,3% kategori tepat waktu dan 66,7% tidak tepat waktu. Disimpulkan bahwa kelengkan isi rekam medis sudah pada kategori lengkap, sedangkan ketepatan waktu pengembalian rekam medis pada kategori tidak tepat waktu.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine whether Liquidity, Profitability, Firm Size, Revenue Growth Rate, Tangibility, and Company risk affect the capital structure composition decision. This study focuses on retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2014 and 2021. Data collection from the company's financial statements can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The sampling method is known as a purposive sampling and used Eviews program for the study. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: Liquidity has a significant effect in a positive direction on the composition of capital structure, Tangibility has a significant effect in a negative direction on the composition of capital structure, Company risk has a significant effect in a negative direction on the composition of capital structure. Profitability, Firm size and Revenue growth rate do not have a significant effect on the composition of the capital structure.Keywords: Capital Structure, Company Risk, Firm Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Revenue Growth Rate, Tangibility AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Laju pertumbuhan pendapatan, Tangibilitas, Risiko perusahaan mempengaruhi keputusan komposisi struktur modal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perusahaan perdagangan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) antara tahun 2014 hingga 2021. Pengumpulan data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dapat diakses di situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dikenal sebagai purposive sampling dan menggunakan Eviews program dalam melakukan pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut Likuiditas berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan arah positif terhadap komposisi struktur modal, Tangibilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap komposisi struktur modal, Risiko berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap komposisi struktur modal, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan laju pertumbuhan pendapatan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komposisi struktur modal.Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Laju Pertumbuhan Pendapatan, Tangibilitas, Resiko Perusahaan, Struktur Modal.
