Abstract

Based on Article 27 Paragraph (3) and Article 30 Paragraph (1) of UUD 1945 in increasing the sense of State Defense, Bakesbangpol Mojokerto City plays an active role among high school students in Mojokerto City with the PPWK activity "Education Center with National Insights"The method used in this research is using the juridical empirical method. What is meant by Juridical Empirical is that in analyzing problems, it is done by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) and primary data obtained from the field. As a scientific activity, this research is not based on reviewing only one discipline, but is based on the perspective of the relevant educational disciplines. However, although the research carried out uses the perspective of educational disciplines, it is still a legal research where in this study the perspective of the discipline of law is only used as a tool in its implementation. With the research conducted for ± 10 months, namely in February-November, significant results were obtained where the data was obtained from the comparison of the average student answers through the pre-test and post-test. So it can be concluded, that with the PPWK activity "National Insights Education Center" carried out in high schools in Mojokerto City, it can help realize the Concept of State Defense in the Millennial Era and in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic According to the Foundation of State Defense in Article 27 Paragraph (3) and Article 30 Paragraph (1) of UUD 1945.

Abstract

Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Abstract

One aspect of the goal of national education is to form human beings who have noble ethics. The 2021 Virtual Training on Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) is one of the government's efforts through the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas) in strengthening national values. The purpose of the Virtual Training on Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) is to overcome existing differences and problems through comprehensive, integral, and holistic mindsets, attitudes, and actions, in order to maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia, which has an ideology based on the Four Foundations of the Unity of the Republic of Indonesia (the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, the Republic of Indonesia, and Sesanti Bhinneka Tunggal Ika), has a strong national insight. This study uses a normative legal research method with a legislative approach, namely studying and understanding laws and regulations and understanding the implications of positivizing the general principles of good governance in the administration of government. This research also uses a conceptual approach, namely looking for principles, principles and doctrines related to this research. This scientific activity is not based on a review of one discipline, but the perspective of an educational discipline. However, this research is still a legal research. This refers to the perspective of the legal discipline used in its implementation. The 2021 Virtual Training for Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) which was held for ± 10 days obtained significant results, namely an increase of 913 points and an average of 12.17 in the sense of "very satisfied" in building a sense, understanding, and enthusiasm to implement national values sourced from the Four Basic Consensuses of Indonesia in their respective environments.

Abstract

Information about intolerance, sexual violence and drugs is very important material for every good citizen, especially for teenagers. Mojopahit PKBM students are very diverse, but the majority in terms of age, there are still many students who are of productive age (teenagers). In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01 of 2003 concerning Guidelines for Education and Training of Civil Servants in the Environment, the Department of Religion also integrates human rights and gender values ​​in its curriculum. The implementation of this service activity uses discussion/question and answer/introduction and empowerment methods. In order to obtain information and get closer to the service participants, the service team conducted brain storming with the socialization participants. This community service activity targets tutors and residents studying PKBM Mojopahit, Mojokerto City. This service activity was attended by 20 participants from students from package levels A, B and C and several PKBM Mojopahit Tutors from Mojokerto City took part in accompanying the students who attended.

Abstract

Community Service Activities were carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Mojokerto with the target of understanding legal socialization related to preventing deviant behavior from an Islamic legal perspective. Implementation of community service The main aim of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge regarding the prevention of deviant behavior from an Islamic Law perspective at MAN 1 Mojokerto. In order to increase knowledge and insight regarding deviant behavior carried out by teenagers and how it is regulated in Islamic law. Therefore, the socialization carried out at MAN 1 Mojokerto, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to carry out. Where adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, where children are not yet fully able to be independent. At this time, teenagers are at the stage of searching for self-identity which is full of various problems. One of the problems experienced by teenagers in their lives is related to deviant behavior. Deviant behavior is chaotic behavior that causes a teenager to be nervous, nervous and act uncontrollably. This behavior is often a reflection of anti-social personality in teenagers, we can see this from behavior that does not heed religious and social norms. Trigger factors can come from the individual teenager himself (internal) or outside the teenager himself (external). As parents, educators (teachers) should naturally contribute to resolving deviant behavior in adolescents. Emotional development in adolescents has not yet reached stability, so to help solve the problem we must understand its characteristics.

Abstract

The optimization of community empowerment is a strategic step in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in Kedungsari Village. This community service aims to implement literacy-based education as a means of empowering the community by utilizing existing village facilities and infrastructure. Through a participatory approach, the community is involved in various socialization and training activities relevant to local needs to enhance their skills, awareness, and knowledge. The results of the program indicate that literacy-based education not only improves reading and writing skills but also strengthens the community’s understanding of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, social values, and managing local potentials to support village development. The utilization of facilities such as the village library and community hall is key to the program's success. With a targeted and collaborative implementation, this program is expected to enhance the quality of life of Kedungsari Village residents in social, economic, and environmental aspects. In conclusion, sustained support from universities, village governments, and local communities is necessary to create an inclusive, competitive, and sustainable empowerment ecosystem.

Abstract

A prosperous family is a family that is formed based on a valid marriage, and that meets the spiritual and material needs of a decent life, has harmonious and harmonious, balanced relationships between family members and society and the environment. To improve family quality, there are 5 pillars in indicators of family resilience and welfare that must be met, namely indicators of legality, integrity and gender equality, physical resilience, economic resilience, psychological resilience, and socio-cultural resilience. Through the Unimas Village T/A 2023/2024 Thematic Science KKN program, group 3 seeks to provide education and optimize programs carried out by the government as an effort to increase family resilience. The programs that we are optimizing include the introduction of recycling used materials to create a clean and productive environment, besides that it can improve the family economy. Socialization regarding the impact of early marriage and reducing stunting rates. Socialization raises awareness of the law of criminal acts in the household and deviant behavior. Through these socialization activities, the aim is to foster understanding, awareness and discipline in following and implementing existing government programs. It is hoped that with understanding, discipline and community participation in government programs, stable and prosperous family resilience will be created.

Abstract

Radicalism is a complex phenomenon that can appear in various forms, both in the context of religion, politics, and other ideologies. In the context of education, radicalism is of particular concern because the academic environment can be a means for the spread of extreme ideologies and their prevention. This study aims to analyze the relationship between education and radicalization and explore how the curriculum and academic environment influence a person's tendency towards extreme ideologies. Using qualitative methods through a case study approach and systematic literature review, this study found that an educational curriculum that emphasizes critical thinking, values ​​of tolerance, and multicultural insight can prevent radicalization. Conversely, an education system that is rigid, dogmatic, and provides little space for discussion can be a trigger for the development of radical ideologies. The academic environment also plays an important role in shaping students' mindsets, where the influence of lecturers, social groups, and access to information can determine the tendency towards extreme ideologies. Therefore, educational institutions need to adopt more inclusive policies, support diversity, and strengthen digital literacy and citizenship in order to counter radicalization among academics.
