Abstract

Muhammadiyah, founded by Ahmad Dahlan is a cultural forms, which reflected a critical attitude Ahmad Dahlan in 1912. This can be seen from a variety of social activities, modern school education, health care, compensation for orphans and the elderly as well as the issuance of the press, as well as in Islamic sermon. The forms of the empirical culture stored in Ahmad Dahlan thought within the framework of realization the spirit of the Islamic functional values.

Abstract

Latar belakang diadakannya Penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kompetensi guru sasaran Di SD Negeri 12 Ampenan dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelakssanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang baik dan benar yang berdampak kurang percaya diri dalam proses pembelajaran. Solusinya diadakan pendampingan baik secara kelompok maupun individu dalam penyusunan RPP yang baik dan benar. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan pendampingan berbasis KKG dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP yang baik dan benar, yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme sebagai kepala sekolah dan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hipotesis tindakan: meningkatkan kompetensi guru guru sasaran SD Negeri 12 Ampenan semester satu tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dalam menyusun RPP yang baik dan benar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, masing-masing siklus satu kali pertemuan. Tahapan setiap siklus adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) hasil observasi Kepala Sekolah maupun observasi guru selama proses pendampingan telah memperoleh skor rata-rata > 4,0, 2) hasil kerja guru dalam penyusunan RPP mencapai > 85% dengan nilai rata-rata > 80,00. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I observasi Kepala Sekolah rata-rata (3,40), observasi guru rata-rata (3,33) dan hasil kerja individual rata-rata nilai (67,40) dengan prosentase ketercapaian (0%). Pada siklus II observasi Kepala Sekolah rata-rata (4,50), observasi guru rata-rata (4,67) dan hasil kerja individual rata-rata nilai (87,37) dengan prosentase ketercapaian (100%). Indikator keberhasilan telah tercapai, penelitian di nyatakan berhasil dan dihentikan pada siklus II. Kesimpulan; pelaksanaan pendampingan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru sasaran SD Negeri 12 Ampenan dalam penyusunan RPP berdasarkan KTSP dan Kurikulum 2013. Disarankan agar Kepala Sekolah lainnya melakukan penelitian sejenis dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan kepada guru mata pelajaran agar mampu menyusun RPP yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced universities, lecturers, and students to suddenly migrate from face-to-face learning to online learning. in early 2020 these three components must adapt to the situation, but after 2 semesters of adaptation had taken place, the factors that influenced students in attending online lectures are the factor of lecturers and students’ adaptability to the software used, the factor of phone signal in the area where the students live, and the factor of limited funds for data. These factors will affect the students’ comfort factor and shape their interest in the online learning system. This research used a sample of Industrial Engineering students to produce the factors that influence learning interest in the online system. From the descriptive data analysis, it reveals that students perceive lecturer adaptation to online learning as quite good, the quality of the network as tolerable, although there are areas where the internet signal is considered weak. The students’ experience of online lectures is a little less satisfactory. The highest scores of students' expectations for future teaching system are: 48% for a 50% online and 50% offline system, 75% for a pure offline system, and 25.6% for a 25% online system. The relationship between students' perceptions of the adaptability of lecturers, internet quality and their experiences of online lectures affect the student’s comfort in online lectures in the form of a linear regression.

Abstract

Community Service Activities were carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Mojokerto with the target of understanding legal socialization related to preventing deviant behavior from an Islamic legal perspective. Implementation of community service The main aim of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge regarding the prevention of deviant behavior from an Islamic Law perspective at MAN 1 Mojokerto. In order to increase knowledge and insight regarding deviant behavior carried out by teenagers and how it is regulated in Islamic law. Therefore, the socialization carried out at MAN 1 Mojokerto, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to carry out. Where adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, where children are not yet fully able to be independent. At this time, teenagers are at the stage of searching for self-identity which is full of various problems. One of the problems experienced by teenagers in their lives is related to deviant behavior. Deviant behavior is chaotic behavior that causes a teenager to be nervous, nervous and act uncontrollably. This behavior is often a reflection of anti-social personality in teenagers, we can see this from behavior that does not heed religious and social norms. Trigger factors can come from the individual teenager himself (internal) or outside the teenager himself (external). As parents, educators (teachers) should naturally contribute to resolving deviant behavior in adolescents. Emotional development in adolescents has not yet reached stability, so to help solve the problem we must understand its characteristics.

Abstract

Museum wayang Kekayon didirikan pada tanggal 23 Juli 1990 oleh KPH Soejono Prawirohadikusumo adalah guru besar kedokteran di UGM dan seorang budayawan Jawa yang memelihara dan memamerkan koleksi lebih dari 5.000 wayang .Penelitian yang digunakan untuk membatasi dan memenuhi kriteria suatu informasi yang diperoleh selama di lapangan sehingga mendukung adanya penelitian Menurut Sarbini (2018), ilmu pariwisata dipisahkan dari ranah positivis dan kuantitatif melalui pendekatan filosofis ilmu pariwisata, didorong oleh perkembangan ilmu pariwisata dengan beberapa metode atau paradigma. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk membangun landasan filosofis khususnya bagi manajemen atau tata kelola Museum Wayang Kekayon agar museum berperan strategis dalam destinasi pariwisata dan memberikan kontribusi bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.Penelitian ini memberikan solusi tata kelola Museum Wayang Kekayon. Hasil penelitian yang penulis uraikan mengenai penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa destinasi wisata ini memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan karena koleksi wayang yang unik dan beragam koleksi ,museum wayang kekayon sehingga menambah destinasi wisata museum wayang kekayon, melakukan pengelolaan destinasi wisata masih kurang pelaksanaan promosi kebijakan dilakukan pihak yayasan belum optimal, keterbatasan SDM yang tersedia untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan destinasi wisata tersebut membuat museum wayang kekayon menjadi lambat dalam hal pelaksanaan kebijakan, pemeliharaan tetap dilakukan setiap tahun adanya anggaran sesuai dengan tri wulannya anggaran dilaksanakan

Abstract

The research departs from educational problems in Islamic boarding schools with distinctive educational characteristics and the diversity of cultural backgrounds of students. So researchers are interested in conducting a more in-depth analysis of a harmonious environment despite having students with diverse cultural backgrounds. The purpose of the study is to identify; 1) the characteristics of multicultural Islamic education planning, 2) the characteristics of organizing multicultural Islamic education, 3) Identification of the characteristics of implementing multicultural Islamic education, 4) Identification of the characteristics of supervision of multicultural Islamic education, 5) Analysis of the impact of the characteristics of multicultural Islamic education management in producing moderate students. The research framework departs from theory of multicultural education management in Islamic boarding schools which includes; planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising educational programs in Islamic boarding schools. Managing the elements of education in Islamic boarding schools in; objectives, values, curriculum, teaching methods and facilities and funds, carried out by the Kiyai Ustadz Santri Manager will have an impact on the attitude of religious moderation in students with indications of national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, accommodating to local culture. This study used a qualitative approach, using ethnography. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. Data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The validity test is carried out with data validity by conducting tests; on credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Results of the study found that the characteristics of multicultural education management in Islamic boarding schools: First, Planning in the form of a curriculum containing multicultural values, involving various elements of the Islamic boarding school through deliberation and open meetings of curriculum preparation studies, integrating the madrasah curriculum with Islamic boarding school. Second, organizing; there is empowerment in fostering Islamic boarding schools, Conventional traditional systems, and Guidance patterns depending on the figure of kiai, the existence of organizational work procedures. Third, Implementation of education is carried out; structured through learning classification, planned, organized, and evaluated with the basic pattern of Islamic boarding school education, internalized in attitudes, methods, and exemplary behavior of the kiai. Fourth, Supervision of learning through assessment of learning of multicultural values, Tests are contextual and comprehensive. Fifth, impact of the characteristics of multicultural Islamic education management in producing students who are able to act in the middle by prioritizing Islamic brotherhood and basyariyah, are tolerant for the sake of realizing Islam rahmatan lil aalamiin.
