Abstract

Management of Cakruk Pintar community library by using the management of the School Education program management. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) program planning (2) program organization (3) program implementation (4) program supervision and (5) assessment of the Cakruk Pintar Community library program in Sleman Yogyakarta. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed 5 findings. First, the smart cakruk community library identifies the needs of the community in initiating program planning. Second, organizing the smart cakruk community library program is managed by professionals. Third, the implementation of the smart cakruk community library program went well. Fourth, the supervision of the community library program is in accordance with predetermined standards. Fifth, the assessment of the community library program is quite good with increasing enthusiasm of the community in participating in it.

Abstract

The director's communication style is an important element in the process of directing players according to the script and storyline of a film. This paper aims to describe the director's communication style in the pre-production and production stages. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques by interviewing the director and Turah's cast. The results of the study found that the director of the Turah film, Wicaksono Wisnu Legowo, used a communication style that dynamic which means that at each stage of film production, the director uses a different style. In the pre-production stage the director uses a reciprocal communication style in the preparatory sessions with the actors and a freelance communication style in the rehearsal sessions while in the production stage of the mise en scene sessions and directing the actors, the director uses a structured communication style and a dynamic communication style in the pre-take preparation sessions.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis IT sangat diperlukan bagi guru dalam merancang proses pembelajaran agar penyemapaian materi pelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Berdasarkan fenomena yang ditemukan beberapa guru mengaku masih megalami kesulitan dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis IT serta kurang mengetahui bagaimana cara menggunakan media IT dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya dalam penyampaian materi pelajaran, kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang media IT, kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan, mendesain serta membuat media pembelajaran berbasis IT masih sangat kurang, sebagian besar media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tidak interaktif serta tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa pada era digitalisasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis IT. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini terdiri dari 2 tahapan; (1) tatap muka seperti Praktek dan Tutorial, (2) online melalui zoom dalam mengevaluasi dan merevisi produk yang dibuat. Responden dalam pelatihan ini yaitu guru dikota Sawahlunto sebanyak 40 guru, para guru dipilih oleh perwakilan dari sekolah yang ada di kecamatan Sawahlunto dengan harapan dapat menularkan kemampuannya kepada guru-guru lain di sekolahnya. Hasil dari pelatihan yaitu; peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam membuat dan mendesain media pembelajaran berbasis IT, peningkatan keterampilan guru setelah diberikan pelatihan mencapai 89,87%. Kepuasan guru ketika diberikan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis IT mencapai 90,70%.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the world of education is undergoing significant changes that require tutors to master content andragogy technology. Adult learners have unique characteristics compared to children, such as rich life experiences, family and work responsibilities, and different motivations for learning. Therefore, training in content andragogy technology is crucial for tutors to design and deliver material that is relevant, flexible, and tailored to the needs of adult learners. This technology enables the use of interactive and engaging digital tools that can enhance learning engagement and motivation. Additionally, such training helps tutors develop the digital skills of learners, which are highly necessary in today's workforce. Technology also enables increased accessibility and flexibility in learning, allowing learners to study anytime and anywhere. Collaboration and communication between tutors and learners, as well as among the learners themselves, can be enhanced through online platforms and digital collaboration tools. With a deep understanding of content andragogy technology, tutors can create more effective, efficient, and engaging learning experiences, helping adult learners better achieve their learning goals.

Abstract

Community Learning  Center (CLC) as one of the government's partners in educating people's lives through non-formal education service programs, it is hoped that CLC is not only able to grow a learning society (learning society), but also can improve their abilities and skills in dealing with socio-economic progress through entrepreneurship assistance activities which are one of the focuses of the purpose of the presence of CLC in the midst of the community. The facts on the ground show that CLC, especially in West Sumatra Province, has not been able to optimally become a community education institution that accommodates entrepreneurship-based activities for the community. Entrepreneurial activities carried out by CLC have not been able to create an entrepreneurial spirit and have not been able to maximally facilitate the marketing of CLC business products widely, which is still only local so that CLC entrepreneurial activities are underdeveloped and have not produced significant results. This study aims to see the optimization of entrepreneurship at the Community Learning Activity Center (CLC) through E- Commerce marketing. The results of the study show in fact the main obstacles in the lack of utilization of e-commerce by entrepreneurship activities today are; 1) There is still a lack of understanding of partners regarding E-Commerce; 2) Lack of partner expertise in creating online stores as a means of marketing; 3) Lack of use of smartphones as a marketing medium 4. Abstract

This research is motivated by the outbreak of the Corona virus since May 2020 causing fear and anxiety for everyone in various aspects of life, including the world of education, students, parents and teachers are also the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Moreover, the massive spread of this virus has penetrated throughout the country so that it is declared a pandemic condition. One solution that is highly recommended by WHO and supported by health experts and government policies is to maintain physical social distance. These conditions have an impact on the implementation of the program at home only. This requires all activities that were originally carried out outside the home to move into the house. Of course, this adaptation change presents quite a serious polemic, especially in the process of implementing learning, the term school from home (SFH) has become a new order in the world of education. So there are various innovations in the learning process from home, so that children continue to absorb knowledge even though they do not come to school. One of the educational services that serve the implementation of learning from home, especially in conducting guidance is homeschooling. This learning implementation service through homeschooling is an alternative to implementing learning that strongly supports the absorption of knowledge for children who do not have the opportunity to attend formal schools. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Ways to obtain data in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research findings in the field, it can be concluded that the learning process through homeschooling based on learning services from home is considered effective during the Covid-19 pandemic, where parents, teachers can work together in monitoring children while studying from home more effectively on children's development in learning. study from home.

Abstract

Life skills education is a valuable and strategic investment in producing skilled and skilled Indonesian people in various fields according to the needs of the community and the world of work. This means that life skills are given to all elements of society, especially for women. Women as someone who has an important role in the family is the key to success in the existence of his family. Life skills education is provided in order to help increase family income, which in this case contributes to women's empowerment. Padang State University as one of the higher education institutions facilitates community service. The focus of community service that the writer adopts here is the empowerment of women through the provision of life skills in order to help increase family income. This service was carried out in Nagari Siguntur, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The number of subjects (training participants) is 15 women. The method used is lectures, workshops and training. Data collection techniques are observation (assessment process) and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the implementation of the community empowerment program showed that (1) the number of participants who actively participated in women's empowerment activities through the provision of life skills was 15 people, (2) the training participants had knowledge and skills in making bross, and arranging flowers from used cloth, (3) the formation of a small-scale bross production group as souvenirs for parties and cloth flower displays.Keywords: Women's Empowerment, Life Skills, Family Income

Abstract

Kampoeng Hidroponik of Sobontoro Village is a social innovation developed by village youth called Rupa Desa group. This attempt is an initiation to improve the conditions of slum settlements in their environment. Kampoeng Hidroponik of Sobontoro Village is a form of community empowerment that is carried out through social entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the business potential of Kampoeng Hidroponik of Sobontoro Village as a pioneer of social entrepreneurship by village youth. This study used qualitative research by describing the internal and external environmental conditions through the PEST factor. Then analyzed by SWOT analysis to formulate the development strategy of Kampoeng Hidroponik. Data collection technique using observation, interview and literature review. The research results show the developmental strategies for the enhancement of product management such as: (1) product differentiation for customer choice; (2) develop hydroponic vegetable processed products; (3) create customer loyalty programs; (4) marketing to upper middle-class customers such as restaurant and hotel; (5) join the hydroponics and business community to disseminate information; (6) strengthen promotional content on social media. Meanwhile, in term of strengthening community empowering, development strategies include: (1) increasing the capacity and competence of Rupa Desa members as facilitator and managers of educational tourism; (2) create a visit and training program for students, university, and homemakers group; (3) increase urban farming campaign; and (4) socialize and educate the surrounding community who have not joined yet
