Abstract

A eating patterns  is the way in which a person to choose, and using a food ingredient in food consumption every day which include the type of food, number of food and eating frequency. Based on the preliminary study on August 15, 2019 in Brambang Village, Jombang District. On 30 mothers who have children aged 3-5 years, 76,6%  mothers do not know how to gives a healthy eating patterns and 24,4% others know how to gives a healthy eating patterns for children. The purpose of this research is to know the role of the mother within gives a healthy eating patterns for children age 3-5 years in Brambang Village, Jombang District.The design of this research is a descriptive research, with the population of mothers who has a toddler much as 30 Respondentts, and the sample 30 Respondentts were taken by total sampling with the mother’s role variable. The research instrument using a questionnaire, then processed with the Editing, Scoring, Coding and Tabulating.The results were obtained from 30 Respondentts, Respondentts who passivity as much as 23 Respondentts (76.6%) and that being active 7 Respondentts (23.4%). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the mother's role in providing a healthy eating patterns in children aged 3-5 years is almost entirely passive. Midwife are expected to motivate the mother so that the mother is able to apply the information that has been obtained about giving a healthy eating patterns for their children

Abstract

Pain that occurs during menstruation that is common in adolescent adolescents due to an increase in prostaglandins (PG). F2-alpha which is a cyclooxygenase (COX-2) that results in hypertonus and vasoconstriction in the myometrium. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the red ginger acid turmeric on reducing the intensity of menstrual pain. Type of Quantitative Research, The research design used is pre-experiment with one group pretest-postest design. The number of samples was 60 adolescent female respondents at ITKes Icme Jombang, who experienced menstrual pain. In this study, the sample was treated by consuming 200cc/day of sour turmeric during the 1st-3rd day of menstruation, and pain measurements were carried out before and after consuming red ginger tamarind turmeric. In sampling, the data analysis was carried out using the purposive sampling technique with the T-test. The results of the statistical test were obtained with a mean of 1. 268Sd 0. 058 p value 0.000 means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an Effect of Giving Red Ginger Sour Turmeric Decoction on Menstrual Pain in Adolescent Women. With Mean menstrual pain before being given a decoction of turmeric red ginger acid. Turmeric ginger acid tea is effective in reducing menstrual pain in adolescent girls during menstruation.

Abstract

Birth represent the physiologist event. However, if there are complication, action must be taken1. Nutrition is the factors that influence wound curing2. One behavior process is also influenced with knowledge3. The purpose of the research is to identify correlation between the knowledge of nutrition to the curing of post sectio caesarea wound. Design of the research used survey. The independent variable was knowledge about nutrition, the dependent variable was the curing of post sectio caesarea wound. This research used correlation spearman by the value ρ < 0,005. The population was the post sectio caesarea mother on the seventh day who getting birth and control at RSUD Jombang on June 2020. The number of sample was 32 respondents. Sampling used purposive sampling. The data collected by using questionnaire and checklist. The results showed that 17 people (47.2%) experienced good healing, 18 people (50%) had enough, 1 person (2.8%) was lacking. This was influenced by the mother's experience, most of which were first experiences, 23 respondents (23.9%). Less education so that respondents are not good at receiving. Statistical test results obtained p = 0.005 <0.05. The conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge about nutrition and wound healing after SC with a significance value of 0.005. Increasing one's knowledge can be done by providing counseling on the importance of nutrition and personal hygiene

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin concentration is insufficient to meet the physiological needs of the body. Lack of knowledge about anemia has an influence on the health behavior of expectant mothers in preventing pregnancy anemia. This study aims to identify the hemoglobin levels of expectant mothers at Puskesmas Jatiwates Tembelang Jombang measured using the Point of Care Test (POCT) method. This study used descriptive research. The population of this study were all expectant mothers who checked ANC at Jatiwates Tembelang Jombang Health Center. The sample in this study was a total of 20 expectant mothers. This study uses total sampling technique. The variable in this study is hemoglobin levels with the Point of Care Test (POCT) method in expectant mothers. The method used is the Point of Care Test (POCT). The results of the examination of hemoglobin levels in expectant mothers are that some respondents have normal hemoglobin levels (50%), almost some respondents have low hemoglobin levels (35%), and few respondents have high hemoglobin levels (15%). The conclusion of this study is that half of the respondents have normal hemoglobin levels, almost half of the respondents have low hemoglobin levels and few respondents have high hemoglobin levels.
