Abstract

Background: On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared an outbreak of a new coronavirus (COVID-19) as a global pandemic. In responding to the threat of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, policymakers have implemented a policy lockdown that can cause psychological distress, one of which is anxiety. This study aims to examine the effect of the policy lockdown on anxiety in adults using a meta-analysis.Subjects and Method: Meta-analysis was performed by searching for articles from the database, namely PubMed, Google Scholar, Sci­ence Direct, Scopus, and Crossref. The key­words used are "Anxiety" AND "Adult" AND "COVID-19" OR "SARS-CoV-2" AND "Lock­down" OR "Movement Restriction" OR "qua­ran­tine" OR "shutdown". The inclusion criteria in this study were full-text articles with a cross-sectional design, in English, published in the period 2019-2021. Analysis of the article using RevMan 5.3.Results: Four articles were analyzed. The results of the meta-analysis showed that anxiety in adults with the implementation of the policy lockdown was 1.94 times more at risk than those who did not implement the policy lockdown, but it was not significant in incre­asing anxiety in adults (aOR= 1.94; 95% CI= 0.79 to 4.74; p= 0.150).Conclusion: Anxiety in adults with the imple­mentation of the policy is lockdown more at risk than those who have not implemented the policy lockdown, but it is not significant in increasing anxiety in adults. Keywords: Anxiety, lockdown, covid-19 Correspondence: Isna Nur Rohmah. Abstract

Background: The quality and success of medical record unit services can be seen from the management of the units that have been carried out by professional staff. The minimum service standard for the medical record unit for completing informed consent is 100%. Completeness of filling out informed consent at the Bhakti Husada Krikilan Banyuwangi General Hospital from April to June is still not in accordance with the SPM, namely 79.33%. The aim of this research is to analyze the completeness of filling out informed consent at Bhakti Husada Krikilan Banyuwangi General Hospital.Subjects and Method: This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach conducted at Bhakti Husada Krikilan General Hospital, Banyuwangi, East Java. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Test the validity of the data using triangulation.Results: The percentage of completeness of filling out the informed consent sheet at the Bhakti Husada Hospital from May to July 2022 is 15.28%. The lowest percentage lies in the content and authentication section. Management elements that affect the incomplete filling of informed consent include man factors (knowledge and years of service), machine (availability of office stationery, monitoring and evaluation), method (standard operating procedures) and money (rewards and salaries). In addition, it was also found that busy work schedules and emergency cases could affect the incomplete filling of informed consent.Conclusion: The percentage of completeness of filling out informed consent at Bhakti Husada Krikilan Hospital is low. Abstract

Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital's medical records unit has not had a workload calculation for a long times, so it is very necessary to conduct a workload analysis calculation, to prevent excessive workload on medical records unit staff. The workload analysis calculation that was previously carried out also used WISN (Workload indicators of staffing need), which is no longer valid. This research is a descriptiv study using the ABK Kes method (Health Workload Analysis). The research was conducted in the medical records unit of Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital. The populations in this study was all medical record staff at Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital, totaling 46 people. The data in this study were analyz use the ABK Kes method to obtain the number of record staff needed at Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the calculations of staff needs using the ABK Kes method, the number of Human Resources needed for the medical records unit is 55 people. Thus, it can be conclude that the numbers of staff in the medical record unit at Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital does not match its needs, where Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital lacks 9 staff/officers in the medical records unit.

Abstract

Abstrak Etika dan pendidikan merupakan dua kata penting yang berbeda namun tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam praktiknya. Untuk dapat memahami kedua pokok ini sebagai modal awal dalam pemahaman yang benar tentang etika pendidikan harus didasarkan pada suatu pengertian yang benar tentang etika pendidikan itu sendiri. Visi dari prodi D3 rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan adalah “Menjadi Program Studi Diploma Tiga Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan yang Beradab dan Berdaya Saing Global dalam Bidang Klinikal Koding”. Oleh sebab itu pentingnya mahasiswa untuk mengetahui tata cara beretika yang baik dan benar agar dapat memenuhi visi prodi yaitu “beradab”. Oleh sebab itu penulis melakukan edukasi terkait etika terutama pada mahasiswa prodi D3 rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan sebagai betuk dari pengabdian masyarakat. Desain yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental pre and post test tanpa control group. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat dimana terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pada mahasisawa tingkat 1 angkatan 2025/2026 prodi rekam medis dan Informasi kesehatan poltekkes kemenkes malang yang telah mendapatkan edukasi etika melalui poster dan buku pedoman. Rata-rata nilai pengetahuan sebelum edukasi etika (pre test) adalah 55.21 dan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan pasca pemeberian edukasi (post test) adalah 86.75. Keberhasilan kegaiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilihat dari adanya peningkatan Pengetahuan. Dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 57.13% pada mahasiswa. Dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan diharapkan selanjutnya mahasiswa lebih memahami tata cara etika yang baik dan benar. Kata kunci: edukasi; poster; buku pedoman Abstract Ethics and education are two important words that are different but cannot be separated in practice. To be able to understand these two points as the initial capital in a corect understand of educational ethics must be based on a correct understanding of educational ethics itself. The vision of the D3 medical records and health information study program is "To become a Diploma Three Medical Records and Health Information Study Program that is Civilized and Globally Competitive in the Field of Clinical Coding". Therefore, it is important for students to know good and correct ethical procedures in order to fulfill the study program's vision, namely "civilized". Therefore, the author conducted education related to ethics, especially for D3 medical records and health information students as a form of community service. The design used was a quasi-experiment pre and post test without a control group. The results of community service where there was an increase in knowledge among first-year students of the 2025/2026 class of the medical records and health information study program at the Malang Ministry of Health Polytechnic who had received ethics education through posters and guidebooks. The average knowledge score before the ethics education (pre-test) was 55.21, and the average knowledge score after the education (post-test) was 86.75. The success of this community service activity was seen in the increase in knowledge, which increased by 57.13% among students. With this increase in knowledge, it is hope that students will have a better understanding of proper and correct ethical procedures. Keywords: education; poster; guidebook
