Abstract

The Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, gives enthusiasm for villages to initiate themselves by creating the spirit of “Building Village” then BUMDes is born as an independent business institution for rural communities and will be able to develop its potential, if BUMDes pays close attention to the performance of employees is one of the factors that play an important role in achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of leader member-exchange (LMX) and teamwork as a mediating variable on employee performance, both direct and indirect effects. The results showed that leader member-exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and teamwork is a partial mediator of the influence of leader member-exchange (LMX) on the performance of BUMDes employees in Buleleng Regency. This research can provide knowledge and understanding for stakeholders in implicating teamwork in the relationship between leaders and subordinates (LMX) in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis inovasi, keunggulan bersaing dan kreatifitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada salon treatment nail gel Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Salon treatmen nail gel di Singaraja dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, ini menandakan semakin banyak inovasi yang dimiliki suatu usaha maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha tersebut. Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Salon Treatmen Nail Gel di Singaraja nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, ini menandakan semakin baik keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki perusahaan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha. Kreatifitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Salon Treatmen Nail Gel di Singaraja dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, ini menandakan semakin baik kreatifitas yang dimiliki oleh para karyawan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of wages on employee performance mediated by length of service in the laundry service sector in Kayuputih Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 31 employees from various laundry businesses. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that wages do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance (t = 0.858; p = 0.391). However, wages have a significant effect on length of service (t = 7.345; p = 0.000), and length of service significantly affects employee performance (t = 3.612; p = 0.000). Furthermore, length of service significantly mediates the effect of wages on performance (t = 2.864; p = 0.004), indicating full mediation. The findings conclude that increasing wages helps retain employees for a longer period, which indirectly improves their performance. Therefore, business owners are advised to focus not only on fair wage policies but also on long-term employee retention strategies.

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role to achieve the goals of anorganization or company, for that we need resources that can work together inteams. It takes such high motivation and communication to build teamwork so thatemployee performance increases. The purpose of this study was to determine therole of teamwork in mediating the influence of motivation and communication onemployee performance at various hotels, restaurants & spas. The number ofemployees at the Aneka Lovina Hotel is 72 people who will be used in the samplein this study. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Thedata collection method used in this research is the method of distributingquestionnaires and data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS application.The results of this study state that the value of the parameter coefficient ofthe relationship between motivation and teamwork is 0.096 and the t-statisticvalue is 2.102, Communication towards teamwork is 0.742 and the t-statisticvalue is 13.077, motivation to employee performance is 0.716 and the t-value isstatistics of 12,571, communication on employee performance of 0.546 and tstatistic value of 5.231, motivation on employee performance through teamworkof 0.048 and t-statistic value of 0.027, communication on employee performancethrough teamwork of 0.372 and t-statistic value of 4,275. It can be stated that allconstructs have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengangkat pembahasan terkait peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh reward dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Permai Singaraja yang indah. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Surapati Singaraja, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel sensus dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel seluruhnya. Alat pengukuran data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan softwear smart-PLS.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengangkat pembahasan terkait peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh reward dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Permai Singaraja yang indah. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Surapati Singaraja, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 hubungan yang diteliti pengaruh reward terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,728 dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 11,079, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,560 dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,696 pengaruh reward terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,026 dan nilai t statistik sebesar 4,468, pengaruh lingkungan terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,882 dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 27,318, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,501 dan nilai t-statistik nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,150, motivasi kerja memediasi reward terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,013 dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,449, motivasi kerja memediasi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,441 dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,231.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, teamwork, and work environment on employee performance. The type of research is quantitative research because it involves numbers and statistical calculation techniques. The population of this research is all grocery store employee in Petandakan Village. The sample selection in this research was used by saturation sampling means all members of the population are the sample in this research. The number of samples in the research obtained was 32 samples. Sources of data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires measured by the Linkert scale and secondary data in the form of books, journals, theses, and other documents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine product quality, store atmosphere and social media marketing on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test (Goodness Of Fit), hypothesis test using SPSS Version 21.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja, from this it can be concluded that the better the quality of the products sold to consumers, the more it will increase consumer satisfaction to continue buying blayag at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja. Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja, from this it can be concluded that a good store atmosphere can attract consumers to come, from this it can increase consumer satisfaction to buy blayag at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja. Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja, from this it can be concluded that the better the marketing through social media, the more consumer satisfaction in buying products at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang berhubungan pada variabel-variabel tersebut. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di loket telepon seluler Singaraja. dengan mengambil populasi sebanyak 39 anggota dan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah SPSS (statistical product and service solutions). kemudian uji validitas dan reliabilitas suatu instrumen. kemudian melakukan uji analisis regresi berganda, uji t dan uji ukur F. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. kompensasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. ada pengaruh negatif antara kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and digital marketing on consumer loyalty mediated by competitive advantage at Jasa Foto Cita-Citaku Di Singaraja. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SEM variance, which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS) visual version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the path coefficients can be seen that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at Jasa Foto Cita-Citaku in Singaraja. Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at Jasa Foto Cita-Citaku in Singaraja. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage at Jasa Foto Cita-Citaku in Singaraja. Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer competitive advantage at Jasa Foto Cita-Citaku in Singaraja. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at Jasa Foto Cita-Citaku in Singaraja.
