Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Kecamatan Bukit Batu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru di sekolah tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan profesionalisme guru mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru, sehingga dapat memberikan masukan bagi pihak sekolah maupun pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di kecamatan Bukit Batu

Abstract

Endophytes represent a complex community of microorganisms colonizing asymptomatically internal tissues of higher plants. Several reports have shown that endophytes enhance the fitness of their host plants by direct production of bioactive secondary metabolites. This study investigated the antibacterial activity of endophytes fungi IFKBM04 isolated from Swietenia mahagoni L. and identified macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of endophytic fungi. Based on the results of macroscopic and microscopic identification compared with the literature to determine the general characteristics of the sample. The results of this morphological identification showed that the sample of mahogany bark isolate (Swietenia mahagoni L.) code IFKMB-04 had similarities with the genus Saccharomyces sp.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze learning materials about ecosystems and life processes in natural science subjects in class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Tengah Island, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. Ecosystems in the world are divided into two, namely natural ecosystems and artificial ecosystems. Natural ecosystems consist of aquatic ecosystems and terrestrial ecosystems. Water ecosystems themselves consist of freshwater ecosystems and saltwater ecosystems and terrestrial ecosystems consist of forest, grassland, desert, tundra and taiga ecosystems.
