Abstract

Harapan Island, located in the Thousand Islands, holds amazing natural beauty, where the view of the sea, white beach sand, coral reefs, and beautiful island scenery are the main attractions. The people of the Thousand Islands, in addition to living from marine products or fishermen, have also started to develop the economy through tourism activities, this is marked by the beginning of many people who have changed the function of their houses into homestays to tourists. To develop Homestay accommodation that has excellent service standards, it is not easy for the people in the Harapan Islands considering that the number of human resources who have competence in this field is still limited. For the community, there must be a change in attitude in maintaining the status of Homestay, such as preserving the village environment, maintaining cleanliness, maintaining cultural and spiritual sustainability, fostering creativity and innovation to grow and manage the resources owned, and most importantly, to increase knowledge and understanding related to tourism. This activity uses the Asset Based Community Development method, which is training for Pokdarwis in the form of a socialization program for Homestay business standards which aims to provide understanding to Homestay owners on Harapan Island.  The results of this training are expected to improve the competence and capabilities of human resources to welcome tourists through the "Visit Thousand Islands 2023"

Abstract

The phenomenon of character crisis is being intensively experienced by various age levels, which has an easy impact on society. Given that the Al-Quran is the source of all problematic answers, QS al-Baqarah verses 261-267 is one of the solutions to the character crisis as well as the cultivation and application of good character education, which has religious, personal, and social values. This research uses qualitative research with the type of library research. Meanwhile, the object of this research is Al-Qur'anul Karim. In conducting research, data collection techniques are carried out by collecting and classifying data; the final stage is grouping it according to the theory used. The results of the study show that the values of character education contained in QS Al-Baqarah verses 261-267 are: (1) religious character values , which include spending wealth in the way of Allah, wisdom from spending wealth in the way of Allah and regarding the prohibition of riya'; (2) the personal character values contained in the six verses are habitual and generous; and (3) three values of social care character were found, namely maintaining speech, caring to give the best that one has.

Abstract

This research examines the role of accountants in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with to study nature and characteristics Caliph Rasyidin . Research This aiming For answer related How role accountant in NGO can reflect nature and characteristics Caliph Rashidun in guard accountability and transparency organization . Research This use library research method with paradigm interpretivism . Library research is conducted with collect and analyze relevant literature​ about role accountant in NGO and nature as well as characteristics Caliph Rasyidin . Paradigm interpretivism used For understand and interpret the data obtained from literature said , with focus on reflection role accountant in context values upheld by the Khulafaur Rasyidin , namely Abu Bakar Ash Shiddiq , Umar bin Khattab, Utsman bin Affan, and Ali bin Abi Thalib . The results of study this expected can give outlook that role accountants are very important , especially in NGO sector which is always sued For behave accountable and transparent . With reflect thoughts and values as held by the companions of the prophets , accountants can help guard accountability and integrity organization . Abstract

This study explores religious moderation in the context of interfaith marriage in Indonesia through the case of Shilvia Tan (Muslim) and Ko Muadz (Confucian), who have lived harmoniously for 17 years without religious conversion. The purpose is to analyze how religious moderation is practiced in interfaith households and how this case reflects tensions between state law, religious doctrine, and individual rights. The originality of this research lies in its interdisciplinary perspective that combines legal, religious, and sociological analysis with the lived experience of an interfaith couple, filling a gap in previous studies that largely focused on normative or legal aspects.Using a qualitative approach, the study employs literature review and media analysis of academic works, legal documents, news reports, and social media discussions from 2007 to 2024. Data were thematically analyzed to identify issues such as legal challenges, public perceptions, and representations of religious moderation.Findings show that interfaith marriage reveals structural obstacles in legal recognition and highlights the gap between the state’s discourse of moderation and the lived realities of citizens. The case demonstrates that tolerance and family harmony can be achieved without conversion, but more inclusive legal and social policies are needed to address the needs of Indonesia’s plural society
