Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prediksi Financial Distress dengan variable predictor kinerja fundamental berupa WCTA, ROA, DTA, NIT dan kinerja pasar berupa Nilai Beta Saham serta faktor ekonomi berupa Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah. Obyek penelitian adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index selama tahun 2015 – 2018. Jumlah perusahaan yang diteliti sejumlah 47 perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan analisis Altman Score terdapat 34 perusahaan dalam status sehat dan sisanya 13 perusahaan pada kondisi distress. Secara umum variable prediktor memberikan informasi yang cukup baik. Setelah dilakukan analisis Regresi Logit hasilnya bahwa seluruh variabel independent signifikan untuk memprediksi Financial Distress secara simultan. Namun secara parsial hanya terdapat tiga variable yakni WCTA, ROA dan DTA sedangkan empat variable yang lain NIT, Nilai Beta Saham, Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukas tidak berpengaruh signifikan.yang berpengaruh signikian. Berdasarkan variable fundamental WCTA, ROA dan DTA perusahaan dapat mengendalikannya dengan kebijakan yang tepat sehingga posisi perusahaan untuk dalam status sehat dapat diwujudkan. Sedangkan variable lainnya walaupun tidak signifikan semestinyalah menjadi pertimbangan alternatif dalam Menyusun kebijakan karena secara simultan signifikan, sehingga tidak dapat dielakkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut juga memberikan dampak dalam prediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan di JII pada masa mendatang.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service Activity (PkM) is in the context of providing counseling, socialization and implementation to the public regarding sharia business transaction contracts to female members of the majlis ta'lim An-Nisa. In the beginning, the implementation will be carried out at the house of Jln. Daffodil 04 Lowokwaru Malang City. Because the pandemic period was finally based on the coordination of the PkM team, the Chairperson of the Majlis Ta'lim An-Nisa and the Takmir of the Fadhilah Mosque, the activities were carried out at the mosque by taking a schedule after the dawn congregation on Tuesday, August 18 and 25 2020. Hours 5:00 to 7:00. The number of participants was 46 people consisting of fathers and mothers.At the time of implementation, the material planned was presented smoothly. This material is considered important because to start a business based on sharia, the type and validity of transactions need to be properly understood. When the transaction is understood, then choose various sharia contract offerings to suit the needs of doing business.According to an Islamic perspective, Islamic law is created and implemented as a whole for nothing but the purpose of the benefit and welfare of the people in this world and the hereafter. To achieve this goal, Islamic law has several principles that underlie the implementation of these objectives, namely: 1) providing convenience and eliminating difficulties, 2) minimizing the burden, and 3) taking the path of stages.The findings and experiences in the implementation of PkM are expected to be a further phase to build awareness about being a true Muslim. Not only diligent in worshiping Allah (mahdhoh) but also have to build a better muammalah. Because in essence Islam, many teachings regulate how mu'ammalah is practiced more masive. Islam is a guidance for the creation of peace. Prosperity can be created if the community is relatively aware of and understands the level of welfare and the simplest measure of well-being is the adequacy of life and this certainly talks about the path of rizki and economic welfare.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at providing counseling and socialization to the community, especially the people who are members of the mosque as a place of spiritual interaction. In accordance with the purpose of a mosque that the mosque is not only for worship but also to gain knowledge about the completeness of muammalah in life. Implementation of activities as expected. The number of participants is 25 people of the mousque recitation Al Muhajirin. The participants' enthusiasm was quite good, this was observed carefully listening to the exposure of the material and the various questions raised. This sustainability is expected to be maintained. Given the awareness of the islam personal to make daily activity with syariah cideas. Especially if the person have a business to gain ofrevenue Reaching prosperity is a necessity because every soul has been equipped with glory and continues to strive for it for the life of the world and afterwards. Physical and immaterial needs are their size. Provision of fulfillment of the need for prosperity is a shared responsibility through the role of the government as a policy maker and the community as the object and actor. Islam has come with all the perfection of the concept. Islam provides a great benefit, because it is held by a trusted person. The contribution of Islamic economics to improving people's welfare should be a spirit in the implementation of Islamic economics in Indonesia. However, in reality this has not yet materialized, for example the practice of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still far from the concept. Community welfare is closely related to the principle of justice. If the principle of justice is truly implemented in Islamic economics, it will certainly be the right solution to reduce poverty, and in the end it will improve people's welfare based on togetherness.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy and is a major contributor to foreign exchange. The growth of the tourism sector makes tourist destination managers compete to attract tourists to visit. The high interest of tourists in visiting can trigger the possibility of making a decision to visit a destination. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between tourist facilities and promotions on visiting interest. The population in this study were tourists from the Sumberingin Bathing Nature Tourism. This research used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 tourists. The data collection method is through observation, interviews, questionnaires, while the data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that tourist facilities partially influence interest in visiting, promotions partially influence interest in visiting. The research results also show that tourist facilities and promotions simultaneously influence interest in visiting the Sumberingin Baths Nature Tourism.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide assistance and training for MSMEs in Duwet Village, Malang Regency The abundance of vegetables in Duwet Village creates problems, such as potential waste and decreased selling value. To overcome this, the transformation of vegetables into healthy vegetable chips can be an effective solution. By turning vegetables into chips, it can increase the added value of products, reduce waste, and create healthy snack alternatives that are attractive to consumers. This community service activity is in the form of assistance to MSMEs in Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency The procurement of food dehydrators can make a significant contribution to partners by: Improving the efficiency of the vegetable dehydration process. Maintain the quality of nutrition and texture of the product. Supporting the increase in the production capacity of vegetable chips. Ensure consistency of product quality on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Branding and Packaging on consumer purchasing decisions. In an era of increasingly tight market competition, factors such as brand image and packaging design play an important role in attracting consumer attention and influencing purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey as a method of data collection. The population in this study were consumers of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Cahaya Rasa, Wringinsongo Village, Malang Regency. The number of samples in this study was 180 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data collected will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Branding and Packaging have a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions at UMKM Cahaya Rasa. The stronger the brand image that is built and the more attractive and informative the product packaging offered, the higher the likelihood of consumers making purchases.
