Abstract

In the current digital era, many people have used digital as a means for business development. Digital is not only a platform for social interaction, but also an important tool for marketing, branding and business development. Many regions have successfully harnessed the power of social media to drive the growth and success of certain businesses. This article aims to provide a systematic literature review regarding the role of digital for micro and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Systematic literature review (SLR) is a secondary study to map, identify, critically evaluate, consolidate, and collect the results of primary studies on a particular research topic. SLR is defined as the process of identifying, appraising, and interpreting all available research evidence with the goal of providing answers to specific research questions. The application of SLR is to identify, evaluate, and interpret all available and relevant literature related to the research question or domain. From 20,000 data, ± 50 journals were obtained which were almost similar to the research theme which would enter the screening stage using inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the quality and relevance of the articles to the themes raised. Digital technology helps MSMEs to grow, become more efficient, and remain competitive in an increasingly digital market.

Abstract

This study examines the adoption of AI-driven features on the Shopee platform among undergraduate students majoring in Management at UPI YPTK Padang, utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with an extended framework that incorporates Perceived Trust as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, with 300 respondents selected through purposive sampling, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS. The findings indicate that AI Awareness significantly influences Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use, which in turn positively impact Attitude Toward Using and Behavioral Intention to Use AI-based features. While Behavioral Intention to Use did not significantly predict Actual System Use, Perceived Trust demonstrated a strong direct effect on Actual System Use and moderated the relationship between Behavioral Intention and Actual Use, reinforcing the crucial role of trust in AI adoption. These results suggest that while ease of use and perceived benefits drive AI acceptance, trust remains a fundamental enabler in ensuring consistent engagement with AI-driven e-commerce services. The study highlights the need for enhanced transparency, security, and user education to bridge the gap between behavioral intention and actual adoption. Future research should explore external barriers, risk perceptions, and user demographics to further refine AI adoption models in digital commerce. Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), AI Awareness,  Perceived Trust, Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Big Data Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kualitas Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pada Bank BRI Cabang Lubuk Basung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Lubuk Basung yang berjumlah 52 karyawan. Pemilian sampel menggunakan metode total sampling sehingga semua populasi dapat dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model dengan bantuan aplikasi smartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa big data berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sistem informasi manajemen. Big data berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Big Data berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui sistem informasi manajemen. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Big Data dan sistem informasi manajemen sebesar 0,824 atau 82,4%, sedangkan sisanya 17,6% persen lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Sistem informasi manejemen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Big Data sebesar 0,775 atau 77,5% dan sisanya 22,5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh adopsi sistem ERP terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kualitas sistem informasi manajemen di PT Semen Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Semen Padang yang berjumlah 1562 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari populasi penelitian, untuk menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dan mendapatkan sebanyak 94 sampel. Tekni analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adopsi sistem ERP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi manajemen. Adopsi sistem ERP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kualitas sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adopsi sistem ERP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kualitas sistem informasi manajemen pada PT Semen Padang. Variabel kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Adopsi Sistem ERP dan sistem informasi manajemen sebesar 0,782 atau 78,2%, sedangkan sisanya 21,8% persen lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Sistem informasi manejemen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Adopsi Sistem ERP sebesar 0,778 atau77,8% dan sisanya 22,2% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is a systematic literature review that aims to understand the influence of entrepreneurial learning and information technology utilization on the entrepreneurial interest of information technology (IT) students, especially in the context of digital startup development. Using the theoretical framework of planned behavior (TPB), this study identifies how entrepreneurship education directly shapes positive attitudes and subjective norms, while technological mastery increases students' perception of behavioral control. The PRISMA methodology was used to select and synthesize 25 empirical studies from different regions, focusing on the relationship between these variables. The results showed that the integration of the entrepreneurship curriculum and the mastery of technology synergistically strengthened students' intentions in starting start-ups, as well as changing their perception and motivation towards entrepreneurship. These findings affirm the importance of a holistic and interdisciplinary approach in preparing IT students as competent future technopreneurs in the digital age.  Keywords: Systematic literature, prism method, student entrepreneurship,                 entrepreneurial interest, digital startup Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan literatur sistematis yang bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa teknologi informasi (TI), khususnya dalam konteks pengembangan startup digital. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori of planned behavior (TPB), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana pendidikan kewirausahaan secara langsung membentuk sikap positif dan norma subjektif, sementara penguasaan teknologi meningkatkan persepsi kontrol perilaku mahasiswa. Metodologi PRISMA digunakan untuk menyeleksi dan mensintesis 25 studi empiris dari berbagai kawasan, dengan fokus pada hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulum kewirausahaan dan penguasaan teknologi secara sinergis memperkuat niat mahasiswa dalam memulai usaha rintisan, serta mengubah persepsi dan motivasi mereka terhadap kewirausahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan interdisipliner dalam menyiapkan mahasiswa TI sebagai teknopreneur masa depan yang kompeten di era digital. Kata kunci: Litaratur sistematis, metode prisma, kewirausahaan mahasiswa, minat                    berwirausaha, startup digital

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, particularly in the field of computer vision, has made a significant contribution to medical image analysis. Skin disease in toddlers is a common health problem, especially in developing countries. Toddlers' skin is highly susceptible to various infections and dermatological conditions, ranging from bacterial and viral infections to allergies. Some skin diseases frequently found in toddlers include eczema, dermatitis, impetigo, and fungal infections. This study aims to develop a skin disease classification system in toddlers using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method that can be implemented in applications. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method and the U-Net architecture are used to identify skin diseases in toddlers, requiring a fast and accurate diagnosis, but limited medical personnel and examination time are challenges. A deep learning-based system is proposed to assist the automatic identification process. The research dataset consists of 100 toddler skin images obtained from Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital, covering various types of common skin diseases. The preprocessing process includes cropping, resizing to 128x128 pixels, normalization, and data augmentation to increase the diversity of the dataset. The CNN architecture is used in the feature extraction stage through convolution and pooling layers, while the U-Net is applied in the segmentation stage to separate the wound area from healthy skin with high precision through the encoder-decoder mechanism and skip connection. The model is trained using the Adam optimization algorithm with the Binary Cross-Entropy loss function and the accuracy evaluation metric and Mean Intersection over Union (IoU). The results show that the system is able to segment the wound area with 95.7% accuracy on the test data, and produces fast and efficient detection. The application of the CNN and U-Net methods in this study proves its effectiveness in supporting the medical diagnosis process, especially in cases of toddler skin diseases, as well as can be a reference in contributing to improving the quality of health services, especially in the diagnosis of skin diseases in toddlers and the development of computer vision-based decision support systems in the health sector.

Abstract

The Effect of Locus of Control, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable at BKPSDMD Kerinci Regency focuses on the employees of the BKPSDMD Office in Kerinci Regency. This study uses a quantitative causal research design, with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression, aided by the SmartPLS program. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample, analyzing responses from 70 participants. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. However, organizational culture does not affect organizational commitment. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style similarly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, however, does not affect employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment does not affect employee performance and does not mediate the effect of locus of control on employee performance. However, organizational commitment mediates the effect of leadership style on employee performance and the effect of organizational culture on employee performance.

Penggunaan iklan berbayar seperti Google Ads dan iklan media sosial dapat menjangkau audiens yang lebih spesifik dan meningkatkan konversi penjualan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai strategi digital marketing yang digunakan dalam penjualan produk dan mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja penjualan.
