Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Peran Remaja Masjid Baitul Mustofa Qauman Dalam Meningkatkan Dakwah” ,merupakan penelitian yang meneliti tentang Perjuangan REMAS di dalam memajukan Dakwah di Kab. Nganjuk. Penelitian ini berusaha mengetahui : 1) Bagaimana Peran remaja masjid Baitul Mustofa Qouman dalam kemajuan dakwah? Metode Penelitian : Berdasarkan Sumber datanya penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan, dan ditinjau dari segi sifat-sifat data termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif, berdasarkan pembahasannya termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian : Menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan remaja masjid memiliki fungsi dan peranan yang sangat penting di dalam komunitas tersendiri. Dalam menjalankan peranannya, aktivitas kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh remaja masjid yang ada di Desa Plosoharjo tidak hanya fokus pada bidang keremajaan, melainkan bidang kemasjidan untuk memperluas jangkauan aktivitas dan pelayanannya dalam mencapai kemakmuran masjid yang dicita-citakan. Adanya Remas dalam memakmurkan masjid yaitu dengan cara Melakukan Shalat berjamaah di Masjid, dan Melakukan Peringatan hari-haribesar di Masjid , Dampak adanya Remas ini dari pengurus dan anggota aktif sendiri juga menunjukkan kepada masyarakat kalau organisasi mereka ini adalah organisasi yang positif. Sampai saat ini pun masyarakat juga sangat antusias dalam mendukung organisasi remaja masjid ini, dan ini pun juga berdampak positif bagi anggota yaitu, menjadikan banyak nya anggota baru.

Abstract

Motivation is the most basic factor in educational institutions to mobilize the potential of human resources to foster enthusiasm in working with organizational goals. The second factor is the leader as a leader who is able to mobilize human resources. Sensitivity leaders are expected to understand the nature and human needs. The hierarchy of human needs is expected to be another consideration in motivating staff, teachers (ustadz) or employees. Five things human needs that need to be considered are: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization needs. If a leader puts forward human values ​​in motivating his subordinates, then productivity and success can be realized in the institution or agency he leads.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of social media in enhancing the branding of Jolotundo Glamping and Edupark Nganjuk. The main challenges in improving tourism branding include competition with other destinations, the growth of global connectivity, information technology, and competition among destinations. These factors require effective marketing strategies. Additionally, changes in consumer trends and technology can affect the effectiveness of social media strategies. Social media has significant power in reaching a broad audience and influencing public perception of a destination. In the context of tourism, social media plays a crucial role in increasing widespread popularity and building a positive image of this destination. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative descriptive methods. The research findings show that social media can enhance the branding of Jolotundo Glamping and Edupark through the planning of forming a special social media team, selecting social media platforms, and engaging third parties. The implementation involves having a dedicated social media team, choosing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and collaborating with third parties such as Niken Salindri and Woko Chanel. The impact of social media includes an increase in the number of tourists, a rise in social media engagement, and an increase in the diversity of visitor origins.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and structured effort aimed at creating an environment and process that actively facilitates learners in developing their full potential. This includes nurturing their spiritual and moral values, self-control, intelligence, strong character, and essential life skills required for personal development and meaningful contributions to society, the nation, and the global community. At its core, education serves to empower students to realize and utilize their capabilities for future life challenges. It acts as a foundational medium through which younger generations acquire essential life skills, enabling them to integrate effectively into society. Moreover, education plays a pivotal role not only in the personal growth of individuals but also in the advancement of a nation. High-quality education is defined by its capacity to equip students with the competence to confront and resolve real-world problems. This notion becomes increasingly critical as learners transition from academic settings to the workforce and community life, where they are expected to apply their knowledge and skills practically. However, the success or failure of educational outcomes is largely determined by the curriculum. A well-designed curriculum should cultivate critical awareness and empower students to navigate complex social and professional environments. It should also promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, which are essential skills in today’s rapidly changing world. Furthermore, education should not be viewed merely as a means to acquire knowledge but as a holistic process that fosters emotional intelligence and social responsibility. By integrating various disciplines and encouraging interdisciplinary learning, education can help students develop a broader perspective on global issues, such as climate change, social justice, and economic inequality. In addition, the role of educators is crucial in this process.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring yang berkembang pesat selama pandemi COVID-19 telah meninggalkan dampak jangka panjang dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk pada ranah pendidikan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi calon guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) terhadap keberlanjutan pembelajaran daring di masa pasca-pandemi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) di salah satu perguruan tinggi Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar calon guru memandang pembelajaran daring sebagai solusi alternatif yang efisien, meskipun tidak dapat sepenuhnya menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan interaksi, kendala jaringan, dan motivasi belajar masih menjadi hambatan utama. Namun, mereka juga menyadari pentingnya literasi digital dan blended learning sebagai pendekatan masa depan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat kurikulum PGMI dengan kompetensi teknologi pendidikan dan pedagogi digital.
