The purpose of writing this article is to determine the implementation of prophetic in basic education institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the prophetic leadership paradigm is a leadership paradigm that refers to the leadership concept of the prophets or Apostles of Allah SWT. Where this prophetic paradigm is a set of theories that not only describes and transforms social phenomena, and does not just change things for the sake of change, but more than that, it is hoped that it can direct change on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. From the description of the verses of the Koran, hadith, and theoretical views, which are relevant to the values of the mission sent by the prophets, there are several indications or characteristics that could be seen as a prophetic leadership paradigm. Among these characteristics are: a) Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); b) Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; c) Gentleness and compassion; d) Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental). Then, other prophetic leadership values or characteristics include: Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; Gentleness and compassion; Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental); have a progressive vision; Have moral responsibility; Have managerial abilities; Sincere and have a spirit of dedication and devotion; Trustworthy and fair; Carrying the mission of worship and monotheism; Zuhud, honest and good at socializing or interacting with others; Become a role model for subordinates; Wise, forgiving and tolerant; Optimistic, patient and moral al-Karimah; has a reforming spirit and professionalism. Apart from that, the prophetic leadership paradigm is a necessity to be implemented and at the same time becomes the spirit in the implementation of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Everything is a means to create the benefit of the people and solely.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the implementation of prophetics in higher education institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the importance of education is found in various Islamic literature, especially in the Qur'an as a guide for humans in implementing life and life. The implementation of prophetic in higher education is carried out through a program of instilling character values and developing a grand design for character education adapted to the vision and mission of higher education. Character configuration in the context of the totality of psychological and socio-cultural processes can be grouped into: spiritual and emotional development, intellectual development, physical and kinesthetic development, and affective exercise. and creativity development). The development of education implementation based on prophetic values in higher education is carried out in an integrated manner through three channels, namely: integration in learning, management of departments and study programs, as well as student activities. The steps include design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up which will be developed and implemented in the development of the higher education institution concerned itself.

This research aims to explore the prophetic leadership in the story of the prophet Solomon. First, this story is one of the stories that contains many lessons and can be taken by subsequent leaders with Solomon's firm, clever and disciplined leadership style. Everything is explained in QS. Al-Naml verses 15-44. Second, Prophet Solomon was a prophet and king who did not make wealth a priority even though he had perfect power, but led according to God's rules. Third, the stories in the Qur'an are certainly inseparable from warnings and lessons, so it is necessary for every group to emulate what is taught in the Qur'an, one of which is emulating the leadership attitude of Prophet Solomon. The leadership criteria are: thorough and firm in leading, intellectual, sharp in decisions, virtuous, anti-bribery, physically fit, and always praying.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan aktualisasi nilai-nilai etik dalam membentuk keefektifan budaya organisasi di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan studi kasus lembaga pendidikan yang berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etik dalam praktik sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Oktober 2024. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa madrasah secara aktif mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etik dalam berbagai program seperti studi kampus, Khotmil Quran, dan kegiatan silaturahim. Inisiatif tersebut berhasil memotivasi siswa dan memperkuat karakter serta keterampilan sosial mereka. Kolaborasi dengan institusi eksternal dan kegiatan outbond juga mendukung pembelajaran yang partisipatif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa MAS Abu Darrin Kab. Bojonegoro telah menciptakan budaya organisasi yang efektif, menghasilkan siswa berprestasi yang berakhlak baik dan siap berkontribusi positif di masyarakat.

The rapid advancement of technology and increasing global competition necessitate educational adaptation to 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration (4C). This study aims to analyze how innovative curriculum adaptation aligns learning content with these essential skills in several senior high schools (SMA) in Bojonegoro. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with school principals and teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that schools have integrated digital technology into learning, implemented project-based learning (PBL), and conducted teacher training to enhance 21st-century skills. However, challenges such as inadequate technological facilities, varying levels of teacher readiness, and resistance to new teaching methodologies were identified. These findings suggest that innovative curriculum adaptation plays a significant role in preparing students for future challenges. Therefore, stronger support from schools, policymakers, and society is required to optimize the effectiveness of curriculum adaptation in fostering 21st-century competencies

Education is a conscious and structured effort aimed at creating an environment and process that actively facilitates learners in developing their full potential. This includes nurturing their spiritual and moral values, self-control, intelligence, strong character, and essential life skills required for personal development and meaningful contributions to society, the nation, and the global community. At its core, education serves to empower students to realize and utilize their capabilities for future life challenges. It acts as a foundational medium through which younger generations acquire essential life skills, enabling them to integrate effectively into society. Moreover, education plays a pivotal role not only in the personal growth of individuals but also in the advancement of a nation. High-quality education is defined by its capacity to equip students with the competence to confront and resolve real-world problems. This notion becomes increasingly critical as learners transition from academic settings to the workforce and community life, where they are expected to apply their knowledge and skills practically. However, the success or failure of educational outcomes is largely determined by the curriculum. A well-designed curriculum should cultivate critical awareness and empower students to navigate complex social and professional environments. It should also promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, which are essential skills in today’s rapidly changing world. Furthermore, education should not be viewed merely as a means to acquire knowledge but as a holistic process that fosters emotional intelligence and social responsibility. By integrating various disciplines and encouraging interdisciplinary learning, education can help students develop a broader perspective on global issues, such as climate change, social justice, and economic inequality. In addition, the role of educators is crucial in this process.

The damage to the character of adolescents and students in educational institutions has been felt by many perpetrators and observers of education. This condition requires educational institutions to be serious in forming character, one of which is by organizing adab education. Educational institutions that are considered successful in organizing the management of adab education so that they are able to produce a generation with Islamic character, one of which is Islamic boarding schools. This research reveals the phenomenon of adab education management carried out by PP Darul falah Ponorogo which is one of the institutions with success in character education. The results obtained from this study that the management design of adab education in forming Islamic akrkater implemented at PP Darul Falah Ponorogo include; 1) Planning Traditional Education Management, 2) Mapping the Potential, Talents and Interests of Students, 3) Distribution of Main Tasks and Functions, 4) Making Commitments, 5) Determining Programs and Activities, 6) Formulating Monitoring and Evaluation Models. This design has proven to be successful in shaping the Islamic character of students at PP Darul Falah Ponorogo.

Penelitian dalam tesis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemandirian pada siswa di era pandemic covid 19 ini, karena dalam pembelajaran daring belum sepenuhnya bisa di terima oleh siswa terkendala dengan sinyal yang kurang bagus. Namun guru selalu berusaha untuk melakukan inovasi pembelajaran, agar pembelajaran daring dapat diterima oleh siswa dengan baik. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi: 1). wawancara, (2). observasi, (3). dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui ketiga teknik tersebut dianalisis dari kasus tunggal dan analisis lintas kasus. Pada saat pengumpulan data, data yang telah diperoleh diuji dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan dan keabsahan data. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar di SMPN 1 Tugu dan MTs Qomarul Hidayah Tugu dilakukan dengan proses pelaksanaan model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan berkaitan dengan kehidupan dan menyangkut aktivitas yang dilaksanakan siswa, sehingga siswa diharapkan dapat menggali materi tersebut berdasarkan inisiatif dan kreativitasnya dan Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, Menyenangkan dan Islami disini lebih ditunjang dalam hal ke sarana atau fasilitas dari sekolah pada siswa. 2) Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan belajar di SMPN 1 Tugu dan MTs Qomarul Hidayah Tugu dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini dalam penyajiannya di kelas, utamanya dalam proses belajar mengajar harus terencana yang tersusun dalam bentuk program persiapan yaitu mempersiapkan materi pembelajaran, merumuskan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, mempersiapkan alat-alat atau media yang diperlukan, mengatur tempat dan memperkirakan waktu yang akan dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Selain itu Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan belajar di MTs Qomarul Hidayah, yang dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) pada pembelajaran PAI meliputi persiapan pembelajaran, penyajian materi, kegiatan belajar kelompok, pemeriksaan terhadap hasil kerja kelompok, siswa mengerjakan soal-soal tes secara individual, pemeriksaan hasil tes dan penghargaan kelompok. 3) Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan refleksi belajar di SMPN 1 Tugu dan MTs Qomarul Hidayah Tugu yang dilakukan dapat membantu siswa memahami materi berdasarkan pengalaman yang dimiliki sehingga mereka memiliki kemampuan menganalisis pengalaman pribadi dalam menjelaskan materi yang dipelajari.
