Abstract

Evaluation of the Islamic education curriculum is an activity to determine the level of progress of students in an educational process that can be used as a reference and indication to revise or develop the Islamic religious education curriculum. While the evaluation results become a reference for the development of the Islamic education curriculum, namely an activity to create an Islamic religious education curriculum through a process that combines one component with another in order to realize a better Islamic religious education curriculum in the future. This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of evaluation and development of the concept of Islamic education curriculum as an academic rationalization in high school. This research uses a qualitative method of phenomenology type whose unit of analysis is Daar El-Azhar High School. The data collection uses observation and interviews as well as documents, with the analysis of the research data using data reduction, display model and conclusion drawing. The results of the research findings found that the implementation of Islamic education curriculum evaluation in senior high schools has been based on academic rationalization in the form of: formative and summative assessments, supervision of the learning process, peer assessment learning communities and measuring the level of satisfaction with stakeholders. The implementation of Islamic education curriculum development in senior high schools has been based on academic rationalization in the form of: detailed learning modules, diverse teaching material sources, specific Islamic education subjects and extracurricular Islamic education. The Islamic religious education curriculum in senior high schools according to the development results, in the form of; specific teaching modules, taking teaching material sources from package books, reference books, journals, the internet, classical and modern books and specific Islamic religious education subjects, namely; Qur'an hadith and aqidah akhlak and tafsir, fiqh and Islamic history and Arabic.

Abstract

The aim is to find out what meanings are contained in journalistic photos in West Java Cultural Photos in the June 2022 Edition of the Arts, Culture and Entertainment Rubric of Antarafoto.com concerning Culture and Entertainment Arts in West Java. This research is a qualitative interpretive research. The method used in this study is Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The results of this study are that all photos on Antarafoto.com Online Media have denotative meanings, connotations and myths that operate in them. The meaning of the denotation contained in the photo can be seen from the object displayed and the signs that appear from the photo so that it shows meaning. The connotation meaning of photojournalism in research can be seen from the photo production process.

Abstract

The research used is a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. The quantitative phase involved a survey with questionnaires administered to teachers and guardians to measure their perceptions of the implementation and benefits of extracurricular programs. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The qualitative stage was conducted through in-depth interviews with school officials, extracurricular supervising teachers, and student guardian representatives to explore more in-depth information regarding the experiences, challenges, and successes of the program in shaping student character. The quantitative research results showed a high level of satisfaction and positive perceptions of the extracurricular program from teachers and student guardians. Qualitative analysis reinforces these findings by revealing how various extracurricular activities such as scouting, arts, and sports provide opportunities for students to develop character values such as discipline, cooperation, responsibility, independence, and self-confidence. Further discussion elaborates on the factors that support the success of the program and provides recommendations for improving the implementation of extracurricular programs at SDIT Al Izzah Serang so that their contribution to students' character development becomes more optimal. Abstract

Cooperation in the form of wage-hire transactions, known as ijarah contracts, is one of the important forms of muamalah in everyday life, including in gold pawn financing at Pegadaian Syariah. In the gold pawn scheme, Pegadaian Syariah implements two contracts simultaneously, namely the rahn contract for debt guarantee and the ijarah contract for charging storage fees, whose compliance with sharia principles is a major concern. This research aims to fill the knowledge gap related to the application of two contracts in one transaction in Islamic Pawnshops, especially in the context of the DSN-MUI fatwa and Islamic law. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation at Pegadaian Syariah Jambi Branch. The results showed that the application of the ijarah contract and rahn contract in the gold pawn product at Pegadaian Syariah is in accordance with sharia principles, as regulated in DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 concerning Rahn and DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 26/DSN-MUI/III/2002 concerning Gold Rahn. Pegadaian Syariah does not use an interest system, but applies ijarah fees based on the value of the goods and the storage period. The financing facility of 95% of the gold's appraised value provides a fair financial solution for the community. The implications of this research provide a practical and theoretical basis for the development of sharia-based pawn products that are more transparent and equitable. ­
