Abstract

Financial inclusion is one of the interesting discussions in global economic development. Indonesia is a country in ASEAN which has the most rapid increase in financial inclusion in recent years. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, everyone is required to be able to follow the development of existing technology and information. This study aims to determine the influence of independent variables (financial literacy, financial technology, demographics) on the dependent variable (financial inclusion) in the City of Surabaya. This study is a causality study with quota sampling. The data of this study is quantitative by collecting data by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this study based on t statistical tests show that financial literacy, age, and education have a positive effect on financial inclusion. While the variables financial technology, gender, and income did not affect on financial inclusion. Based on the statistical test f, all of the independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable (financial inclusion).

Abstract

The tendency of the community in assessing the existence of LGBT in social life that tends to be pro, contra or even do not care. This research is literature review and field data using relevant theoretical references, namely criminology. According to a criminological perspective, how LGBT which is a deviation is seen as a crime or not. The existence of legal rules to regulate LGBT in relation to the protection of LGBT individuals. This study aims to determine what factors are behind LGBT individuals becoming part of LGBT and LGBT views in criminology and the community's response to the existence of LGBT. This researcg used a normative empirical with a qualitative approach using descriptive narrative research design and using In Depth Interviews to obtain research data. The results of this research indicate that many people do not care about LGBT. It is highlighted that LGBT is not a crime, it will be a crime if it violates the positive laws in force in Indonesia. The rsearch indicated that many people do not care about LGBT. The conclusion from this research is that LGBT is not a crime, it will be a crime if it violates the positive laws in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia is a Republican State that has a variety of cultures, a maritime country with waters covering two-thirds of its land area, which makes it clear that Indonesia is a large country. The increasing number of poor people has resulted in an increasing number of people who prefer to work as street vendors because the work is in accordance with their expertise. The City Government has made efforts to reduce the difficulties caused by the presence of street vendors by passing Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2018 concerning Arrangement and Empowerment of Street Vendors. The purpose of this research is to find out and examine the implementation of these regional regulations on Jalan Pandanaran 2 Semarang City, as well as the obstacles that hinder its implementation. The problems discussed in this study include how the Regional Regulation of the City of Semarang Number 3 of 2018 concerning Jalan Pandanaran II Semarang City is implemented, as well as the challenges faced. This research uses a juridical-empirical research type, the resources used consist of primary and secondary data. The research results obtained are (1) the implementation of this regional regulation can be said to have been going quite well even though it has not been implemented effectively. (2) there are still several obstacles encountered in the field such as lack of land availability, lack of human resources to support the effective implementation of regional regulations. (3) The solution that can be concluded from the results of interviews with several street vendors, the majority of them voiced a desire for the government to be more aggressive in providing socialization regarding a more orderly arrangement of street vendors, more accomodated collection of fees and clear coordination.

Abstract

Menurut perkiraan dari WHO (World Health Organization), terdapat kurang lebih 1 milyar penderita hipertensi diseluruh dunia. Berdasarkan hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2018 prevalensi hipertensi berdasarkan hasil pengukuran pada penduduk usia 18 tahun di Indonesia didapatkan 658.201 penderita terdiagnosa hipertensi. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi mengenai penting mengenal hipertensi sejak dini di Lingkungan SMA Santo Lukas Penginjil I Jakarta. Tempat dan waktu penyuluhan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2023 pukul 09.30 - 10.30 WIB yang dilakukan secara langsung di SMA Santo Lukas Penginjil I Jakarta. Sasaran utama penyuluhan ini adalah para siswa-siswi SMA Santo Lukas Penginjil I Jakarta Kelas 12 (baik MIPA maupun IPS) dengan target jumlah peserta sebanyak 70 orang. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pemaparan materi secara langsung melalui powerpoint. Indikator keberhasilan diukur menggunakan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang telah dilakukan dengan hasil yang ditunjukkan oleh diagram 1 dan diagram 2 terlihat bahwa peserta penyuluhan telah mampu menerima dan memahami informasi serta pengetahuan dengan baik setelah dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan ini yang mana ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan rata-rata persentase benar dari 78.4% menjadi 93.4%. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang ditunjukkan pada tabel 1 dan 2 terlihat bahwa peserta penyuluhan dapat menerima pengetahuan dan meningkatkan pemahaman terkait bahaya penyakit hipertensi dan cara mencegah atau mengurangi hipertensi dan dapat dikatakan bahwa penyuluhan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta.
