Abstract

yang tidak baik akibat buruknya proses komunikasinya, minat dan motivasi belajar agama belum optimal, siswa yang memiliki sikap mementingkan diri sendiri, dan siswa yang tidak menghormati guru saat proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Perhatian Orang Tua Terhadap Perilaku Belajar Siswa SMP Swasta Daerah di Air Joman yang Beragama Buddha Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Field Research. Subjek penelitian ialah Siswa SMP Swasta Daerah di Air Joman yang Beragama Buddha yang terdiri dari 17 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dengan skala likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis data dengan rumus regresi linear sederhana diperoleh besarnya adalah R Square yang memiliki nilai 0,852, dengan demikian berarti 85,2% perilaku peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh Perhatian orang tua sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam persamaan regresi tersebut. Faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku, antara lain: motivasi berinteraksi peserta didik yang masih kurang, ketakutan dalam status sosial yang masih ada dalam diri peserta didik, maupun kurangnya kepercayaan diri pada peserta didik itu sendiri.

Abstract

Education has an important role because education is a means to improve quality human resources (HR). There are many students who only have high academic grades but in fact they don't understand it. The difference from the ability of students to memorize the lesson they have learned different from the ability of students to understand the lesson they have learned. One way that educators can do to improve the quality of education is new learning strategy. Educators are obliged to help students understand the concept of subject matter to improve student learning outcomes like Cooperative Learning Think Pair Share. Cooperatif Learning think pair share provides opportunities for students to discuss learning subject matter together and share the results of discussions of subject matter. This study uses data collection techniques, that is cognitive test, in the form of a written test through pre-test and post-test given to students, psychomotor tests in the form of practice tests and affective tests in the form of a questionnaire. The results obtained indicate that students have work together and cooperative skills in cooperative learning think pair share. The magnitude of the influence of think pair share cooperative learning is 3,69% which has a positive direction of 6,08%, then the researchers draw the conclusion that there is a positive influence from cooperative learning think pair share for learning outcomes subject matter Buddhist Studies class XI SMA Singosari Delitua school year 2019/2020.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of transformational leadership in increasing job satisfaction and teacher performance. Writing this scientific article uses literature study. Data was collected through text studies and relevant research results. Data analysis is carried out in steps, namely. First, the data that has been collected is classified based on the formulation of the problem being studied. Second, analyze the data that has been studied using content analysis. Third, drawing conclusions accompanied by suggestions based on the results of the analysis carried out previously in the first and second steps. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the role of transformational leadership in increasing job satisfaction and teacher performance is very effective and efficient. These efforts are applied through education or leadership training to foster teachers who are innovative, reflective, creative and charismatic in carrying out their responsibilities effectively, education or leadership training to foster changes in behavior and the main responsibility of teachers in carrying out their responsibilities effectively, by delegating authority to lead. The ability to manage class administration and create programs, as well as providing education about self-evaluation and authority to carry out activities based on personality and independence, as well as recognizing awards and improving incentive systems, are all very important. In addition, the ability to improve the reward system for good behavior is also important.
