Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif, khususnya keterampilan lempar tangkap, pada siswa/i kelas IX SMPN 3 Banjarmasin. Kemampuan gerak dasar ini sangat penting dalam pengembangan motorik siswa dan sering kali menjadi fokus dalam pendidikan jasmani. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang melibatkan dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dalam tahap perencanaan, peneliti menyiapkan materi dan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif serta menyusun instrumen pengumpulan data. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, metode pembelajaran diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari. Observasi dilakukan untuk memantau perkembangan dan keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Refleksi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi hasil dan menentukan langkah-langkah perbaikan untuk siklus berikutnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan lempar tangkap, observasi, dan wawancara dengan siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan lempar tangkap siswa/i setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berfokus pada keterlibatan aktif siswa. Pada siklus pertama, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 20%, dan pada siklus kedua, peningkatan mencapai 35%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dan menggunakan alat bantu yang menarik efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi guru untuk terus mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran kreatif dalam pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to explore the practice of buying and selling online game accounts in Sungai Bakau Besar Darat Village, Mempawah Regency, as well as the legal views of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) regarding this matter. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a description method to systematically describe existing phenomena. The research location is Sungai Bakau Besar Darat Village, Sungai Pinyuh Sub-district, Mempawah Regency. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling online game accounts often involves transactions without intermediaries, but is also prone to fraud such as the mismatch of the account sold with the buyer's expectations or the delay in delivery of the account after payment. From NU's perspective, this practice should be considered in accordance with the principles of Islamic muamalah. Although transactions are an important part of social life, they should be in accordance with the flexible teachings of Islam that are grounded in the texts of the Quran and sunnah. Buying and selling in Islamic law is an exchange of wealth that requires moral and ethical considerations in its implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, supervision and work motivation on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable at UD. Ridzil Jaya Utama. The research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all UD employees. Ridzil Jaya Utama with a total of 60 people. Collecting data in this study in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out using path analysis using partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous testing, multiple correlation coefficient tests and multiple determination coefficients. The results showed that: 1) Leadership had an effect on work effectiveness, 2) Leadership had an effect on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable, 3) Supervision had an effect on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable, 4) Supervision had an effect on work effectiveness with discipline. work as an intervening variable, 5) work motivation affects work effectiveness, 6) motivation affects work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable, and 7) work discipline affects work effectiveness.

Abstract

Fernando BSM U-19 players continue to experience confusion in implementing defensive collaboration, which hinders their ability to execute defensive strategies effectively. This coaching clinic activity aims to facilitate coaches and players in understanding, implementing, and developing defensive system patterns, particularly mixed defense patterns in futsal. This community service was carried out through three meetings, beginning with a pre-test in the form of a questionnaire containing 15 questions regarding defensive pattern strategies. After the coaching clinic, a similar questionnaire was administered again as a post-test. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of up to 80% among players and coaches after participating in the training. This finding confirms that the coaching clinic method is able to deliver material systematically and easily understood, so it can be an effective alternative strategy in improving the understanding of defensive tactics in futsal.
