Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDESA) adalah kelembagaan usaha ekonomi masyarakat yang didirikan dengan tujuan sebagai kekuatan masyarakat dalam mengelola kekuatan ekonomi masyarakat, bukan hanya kekuatan dari sisi produksi akan tetapi juga potensi ekonomi, pemasaran, distribusi dan juga pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia dan diharapkan mampu menjadi perusahaan yang bertempat di desa dan menjadi perusahaan milik masyarakat desa Badan usaha milik desa dituntut untuk mampu berinovasi dan mengembangkan kemampuan pengelolaan modal yang dimiliki, baik pengembangan modal sumberdaya manusia,modal teknologi, pengembangan modal keuangan (financial) serta modal kelembagaan lain yang dimiliki. Salah satu bentuk modal penting adalah kekuatan modal sosial. Modal sosial yang diwujudkan dalam pola interaksi yang baik antar individu dalam badan usaha atau perusahaan akan menciptakan kenyamanan bekerja serta menumbuhkan kepercayaan (Trust) antar masing-masing individu, sehingga melahirkan kekuatan untuk meningkatkan kinerja lebih dari yang sudah ditentukan (OCB). Abstract

Aim this study to examine the effect of price image on the intention to make a purchase in modern retail in the region Gedangan Sidoarjo. The population of this study is consumers who make purchases at five modern retail stores. The sampling technique using accidental sampling, analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that all independent variables price level perception, value for money, price processibility positive and significant effect on the intention of making a purchase and price perceptibility have no positive and significance effect on  intention of making a purchase.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Perubahan Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di PT. Spesialis Tas Travel Sartika Ratu Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT.Sartika Ratu Spesialis Tas Travel Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo sebanyak 100 responden dan diambil dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling. Sumber data aktif. Penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software Statistical Product and Service Solution versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karyawan pertunjukan. Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Sedangkan Stres Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture on Work Effectiveness with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening Variable at PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were 150 employees of PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri. The sample in this study were 60 employees of PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri. Sampling using propability sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis, using the SmartPLS 3.0 application program. The results of the research conducted prove that the work environment has a significant effect on work effectiveness, organizational commitment has no significant effect on work effectiveness, organizational culture has a significant effect on work effectiveness, the work environment does not have a significant effect on work effectiveness through organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment does not significant effect on work effectiveness through organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture has no significant effect on work effectiveness through organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has no significant effect on work effectiveness at PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri.

Abstract

The background of this research is the decrease in employee job satisfaction due to a mismatch of compensation obtained with what has been done. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, education level, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indonesia Post Office Surabaya This research uses quantitative research by testing the hypothesis. The analytical tool used is a questionnaire. The population in this study were 300 employees of PT. Indonesia Post Office Surabaya. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. The analytical tool in this study uses the SPSS application. The results show that (1) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (2) Education level has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) Organizational Culture, Education Level and Compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skills, work experience, and education level on employee performance at the Fifa Jaya Leather SME bag in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency and to determine the skills, work experience, and level of education simultaneously affect employee performance at Fifa Jaya Leather bag UKM in Kedensari. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The total population and sample in this study were 47 employees using a saturated sample where the entire population was sampled. The data obtained using a questionnaire with testing using various instruments measured using the SPSS version 22 software application. The results of this study indicate that skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the level of education has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously skills, work experience, and education level have a significant effect.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, income expectations and resilience on single mothers' entrepreneurial interest. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study used the Lemeshow formula to take the sample size, namely 96 people. To avoid lack of information, the researcher rounded the number to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The research results show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect because entrepreneurial knowledge is a strong basis for single mothers to run entrepreneurship. Income expectations also have a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, because the income expectations that single mothers have in their interest in entrepreneurship can become more financially independent. Resilience also has a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, because the abilities that single mothers have on their potential. those possessed in entrepreneurship can become stronger in facing economic difficulties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, wprk motivation, adn employee welfare on employee productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. J&T EXPRESS Surabaya Branch. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing questuonnaires to 80 respondents who are employee of PT. J&T Express. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Program of Social Science). This results of this study incicate that work discipline affects employee productivity, work motivatuon affects employee productivity, employee welfare affect employee productivity, work discipline does not affect work goals, work motivation affects work goals, employee welfare affects productivity employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel – variabel yang mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja yang meliputi variabel Kompetensi Karyawan, Semangat Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia sebanyak 150 karyawan dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 90 karyawan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Pengelolaan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah program SPSS 26.0. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi Karyawan, Semangat Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel Kompetensi Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, variabel Semangat Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dan variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemberian punishment, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. East Java Match. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 karyawan pada PT. East Java Match dengan menggunakan metode Proporsional Random Sampling. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tektik analisis jalur (part analysis) dan menggunakan data kuesioner. pada uji hipotesis analisis jalur yaitu dengan analisis linier berganda, asumsi klasik, dan uji intervening menggunakan program SPSS versi 18.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa variabel pemberian punishment, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. variabel pemberian punishment, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap disiplin kerja. variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dan variabel pemberian punishment, gaya kepemimpinan demoktatis dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening.
