Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the quality of e-banking services and customer loyalty through e-satisfaction. It also aims to consider the role of self-efficacy as moderation from the perspective of internet banking and mobile banking in Islamic banking. This study employs WebQualTM and E-S-Qual as a measurement scale for e-banking service quality. In addition, the study also utilizes the moderated mediation approach to verifying the variables that influence customer loyalty in the context of Islamic banking e-platforms. Empirically, the findings show that self-efficacy, when operating as a moderator, has a considerable impact on the nexus between e-banking service quality and customer loyalty via e-satisfaction. This study also provides several theoretical contributions to the existing literature that underline the insight into loyalty, e-banking service quality, and customer psychological characteristics.

Abstract

UMKM adalah usaha produktif milik orang perorang dan atau badan usaha perorangan yang memenuhi kriteria usaha mikro. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 membuat sektor perekonomian menurun, hal tersebut juga dirasakan oleh sektor pariwisata dan perdagangan industri usaha mikro kecil menengah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pada pelaku UMKM agar usaha yang dijalankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Pemberdayaan dan pengembangan UMKM ini dilakukan dengan pendataan, melakukan survey, dan melakukan kerjasama dengan DKUPP Purwakarta. Sosialisasi ini membahas mengenai manajemen uang, persyaratan dan izin penjualan, labelling halal, pembuatan NIB, serta inovasi produk dan teknik pemasaran. Program sosialisasi pemberdayaan UMKM ini cukup dapat membantu pelaku UMKM di Desa Dangdeur untuk meningkatkan branding produk dan memperluas target pemasaran. Abstract

Research Aims: HR information systems, competencies, and work discipline are the independent variables while work productivity is the dependent variable used. Methodology: The case studies that became the research population were employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Mataram Pejanggik 1 Branch Office. This research is a quantitative research with saturated sampling technique used in determining the sample. The distribution of respondents obtained was 40 filled out questionnaires. Data analysis method with IBM SPSS 26 because it uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research Findings: The results of this study were obtained   simultaneously from the three variables influencing employee work productivity. Meanwhile, if partially obtained the results of information system variables, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. But the competency variable partially has no positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. The results of this study are that Bank Syariah Indonesia Pejanggik 1 Branch has implemented an HR information system that is accurate and clear, as well as good work discipline, even though there are still employees who are not competent in their fields.

Abstract

Research Aims: The study aims to explore the influence of income, company reputation, and waiting lists for hajj on the interest of Generation Z in saving for hajj deposits in Islamic banks. Methodology: This research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology, using regression analysis tools and the SPSS 24 software. A total of 128 respondents from Cirebon Regency were surveyed to gather relevant data. Research Findings: The findings reveal that each independent variable, including income, company reputation, and waiting lists, significantly influences the dependent variable, with the highest impact attributed to company reputation. This demonstrates that a positive image of the bank plays a crucial role in attracting potential customers. Theoretical Contribution: This study contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the key factors influencing Generation Z's motivation to save for hajj in Islamic banks, specifically emphasizing the importance of company reputation in this context. Research limitation and implication: The study is limited to the Cirebon Regency and may not be generalizable to other regions. Future research could expand the demographic scope and examine additional factors that influence saving behaviors among different populations. The findings imply that banks should strive to maintain a positive reputation to effectively attract and retain customers, alongside considering other relevant factors in product marketing.

Abstract

Tidak stabilnya kinerja keuangan menjadi permasalahan meski kuantitas bank umum syariah sudah berkembang pesat. Kondisi kinerja keuangan menjadi faktor penting bagi prospek masa depan bank umum syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor lain yang berpotensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan bank umum syariah. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 9 bank terpilih dari 14 populasi bank umum syariah di Indonesia selama periode 2016-2021. Perolehan data bersumber dari data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan triwulan dan data inflasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan alat olah data Eviews. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan pembiayaan murabahah dan capital (CAR) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), risk profile (NPF) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), namun inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA)

Abstract

Abstrak Tarif Efektif Rata-rata (TER) menjadi indikator penting dalam mengevaluasi kebijakan perdagangan suatu negara. Perubahan dalam TER tidak hanya mencerminkan dinamika kebijakan perdagangan suatu negara, tetapi juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap struktur perdagangan global dan proses negosiasi internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan TER tahun 2024 serta mengkaji dampaknya terhadap kebijakan perdagangan global. Melalui pengumpulan data dan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan TER, serta melalui studi kasus terhadap sektor tertentu, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang implikasi kebijakan perdagangan pada tingkat TER dan struktur perdagangan global. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis menunjukkan dengan menggabungkan data sekunder dari berbagai sumber terpercaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perubahan TER tahun 2024 dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya, serta implikasinya terhadap kebijakan perdagangan global dan proses negosiasi internasional. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang dinamika kebijakan perdagangan global pada tahu 2024 dan rekomendasi kebijakan yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan efisiensi perdagangan internasional.
