Abstract

This research is to analyze the behavior and intentions of students to transact ZISWAF digitally through sharia m-banking services. This study uses the expansion of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use to Technology (UTAUT) model by adding the trust construct. Data collection used the Google form with a sample of students who had ZISWAF digitally through sharia m-banking with a sample of 97 respondents. The research findings show that the intention to participate in ZISWAF through sharia m-banking is influenced by social influence, facilitating conditions and trust. However, the variable performance expectations and effort expectations are not significant to behavioral intentions. Meanwhile, adoption behavior (usage adoption) is influenced by beliefs and behavioral intentions which significantly influence the adoption of sharia m-banking services for students with ZISWAF among students in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance, work environment, and compensation on employee performance in Islamic banks in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a comparative quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique on employees classified as millennials and Generation Z. Data was collected from 100 respondents who met the criteria. Data collection methods include literature review and questionnaire surveys. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance does not significantly influence millennial employees, while the other two variables have a significant influence. For Generation Z employees, compensation does not significantly influence them, while the other two variables have a significant influence. The results of the simultaneous test indicate that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable for both generations. The results of the Independent T-Test comparison indicate no significant difference in the effect of all independent variables on employee performance between the two generations. This study is expected to be beneficial for the Islamic banking industry, particularly in understanding the differences in characteristics between millennial and Generation Z employees to maximize their performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors influencing consumers’ intention to use Electronic Money Cards in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). A quantitative research approach was employed using an online survey of 257 Electronic Money Card users, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive and significant effects on attitude toward using, while perceived ease of use also positively influences perceived usefulness. Furthermore, attitude toward using, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control significantly affect intention to use, whereas perceived usefulness does not have a significant direct effect on intention to use. These findings suggest that improving the ease of use of Electronic Money Cards, fostering positive user attitudes, strengthening social influence, and enhancing users’ perceived behavioral control are essential strategies for increasing consumers’ intention to use this payment instrument. This study contributes to the digital payment literature by integrating TAM and TPB to explain consumers’ intention to use Electronic Money Cards, a payment technology that has received relatively limited scholarly attention compared with e-wallets, QR-based payments, and mobile banking, thereby extending the application of technology adoption theories in the Indonesian digital payment context. Keywords : Electronic Money Card, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB)

In addition to relationship marketing, the bank also needs to pay attention to the brand image that is considered, because the brand image is also the key to maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of trust, commitment, and empathy which are dimensions of relationship marketing on customer loyalty with the brand image as a moderating variable. The research subjects used in this study were Generation Z customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) which opened 105 respondents. This research uses a quantitative analysis method with the moderator regression analysis (MRA) method. The partial test results show that the trust and commitment variables significantly affect customer loyalty, while the empathy variable has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the test results also show that brand image is not able to moderate the effect of trust, commitment, and empathy variables on customer loyalty. Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Brand Image.
