Abstract

Indonesia is ranked 115th in the most corrupt countries based on the Transparency International the Global Coalition Against Corruption report in 2023, scoring 34 out of 180 countries. Decree of the Head of PPSDMK No. HK.02.05 / I / III / 2/06238/2014 concerning the Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education and Culture in the Health Worker Education Environment of the Ministry of Health. The purpose of the study was to determine the learning methods, student perceptions and strategies for anti-corruption education at universities to suppress corruption in Indonesia. The research approach used empirical juridical, namely field research, descriptive specifications and qualitative data. The sample of students of the DIII Midwifery Study Program in North Tapanuli was 113 people (total sampling). The location of the study was the DIII Midwifery Study Program in North Tapanuli, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Medan. The results of the study, the most effective method in PBAK with case studies, students have the perception of being Agents of Change and can form anti-corruption characters and most students agree with the strategy to suppress corruption in Indonesia with PBAK in universities.

Abstract

 Survey awal di bulan September dan Oktober 2024 di RSU Tarutung , jumlah ibu post partum sectio caesaria sebanyak 60 orang. Pada umumnya hari ke 2 dan ke 3 belum menyusui bayinya .Ibu postpartum yang mengikuti edukasi sebanyak. 30 orang, semuanya memiliki keluhan belum dapat menyusui bayi nya dengan baik.Metode yang dilakukan, Sosialisasi, Penyuluhan, Demonstrasi Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan kepada 30 orang ibu post partum . Dilakukan pretest untuk pengetahuan ibu post partum tentang perawatan payudara.. pada umumnya kurang baik sebanyak 21 orang (70%).Pengetahuan ibu menyusui  kurang baik sebanyak 18 orang (60 %) waktu dan lama menyusui ,15-20 menit kurang baik sebanyak 14 orang ( 46 %) Frekuensi ibu mencoba menyusui bayinya kurang baik sebanyak 16 orang ( 53.3 % )  hasil post test yang dilakukan.mayoritas pengetahuan ibu post partum meningkat frekuensi menyususi 8-12 x sehari sebanyak 13 orang (52%) dan lama menyusui mayoritas 10-20 menit , 16 orang (64%). Pengetahuan ibu menyusui setelah  ibu post partum sectio caesaria. edukasi hasil post test dan demonstrasi perawatan payudara 26 orang (86,6 %) .pengetahuan ibu menyusui baik sebanyak 28 orang (93,3%). Mayoritas lama menyususi antar 10 -15 menit per payudara  sebanyak 27 orang (90 %) frekwensi menyusui lebih dari 12 x perhari 26 orang (86.6%) kegiatan edukasi yang diberikan pada ibu postpartum sectiocaesaria dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang menyusui, perawatan payudara dalam menambah produksi ASI

Abstract

Fetus in the womb until the child is 2 years old is a very important period in the growth and development of children. Good and adequate nutrition, good health status, proper parenting and proper stimulation during this period will help children to grow up healthy and able to achieve their optimal abilities so that they can contribute better. In the community, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused parents to limit themselves from visiting hospitals, Puskesmas, Posyandu, etc. Primaku is an application that makes it easier for parents to monitor children's growth and development on a regular and ongoing basis and this application is recommended by IDAI. Mothers who have toddlers in monitoring the growth of their children's development in home by applying the Primaku Application. The method of implementing the activity is to record data on mothers who have toddlers in the working area of the Sitadatada Health Center from an initial survey of stabilization and determination of locations and facilities and breastfeeding of matent materials. Implementation of service with pre-test training and post-test/evaluation. The results of the majority of ash are already skilled in using the Primaku application to detect the growth and development of Toddlers.
