Abstract

Noble character is a mirror of someone's personality, besides that noble character will be able to deliver someone to high dignity. One of the attention of the Messenger of All?h Muhammad sawis to make his peopleto have good personality. A noble character can be trained by individuals so that they become characters in themselves, one of the place which can train individual to doing good morality is by education. Islamic boarding school education is an educational institution that highly upholds the morals of itsstudents.Islamic boarding school education in perpetuating moral teaching always comes from classic books, one of which is the book is Al-Minah al-Saniyyah written by Abd al-Wahhab al-Sya'rani which is a direct description of the Prophet Muhammad, who was directly nuked by author of his hadiths. Some types of akhak in it are repentance, sincerity, resignation, dzikrullah, generous and honest.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa vokasi yang melakukan magang industri. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah melakukan magang industri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 mahasiswa yang berasal dari Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Pengumpulan data terhadap 4 subjek tersebut dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 5 tema tentang bagaimana dinamika kesiapan kerja mahasiswa vokasi. Subjek menemukan kesulitan saat melakukan magang industri, dalam hal ini apa yang diajarkan di kampus dengan yang dialami saat di lokasi magang berbeda. Subjek beradaptasi dengan cara mengikuti dan menerima tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepadanya di lokasi magang. Setelah beradaptasi, subjek mampu berinisiatif dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dengan cara membantu pekerjaan rekannya dan mencatat hal-hal penting yang diperlukan. Subjek benar-benar belajar dilokasi magang untuk meningkatkan kesiapannya dalam bekerja.  Dengan berbagai dinamika dan pengalaman saat magang tersebut subjek jadi lebih memahami gambaran dunia kerjanya dan keterampilan apa yang harus dikuasai untuk menunjang kemampuannya.

Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to increase the income of corn farmers in Pematang Kasih Village, Pantai Cermin District, through the introduction and application of corn threshing tools. The background of this activity is the low productivity of corn farmers caused by the threshing process which is still done manually, so it takes a lot of time and energy. Through this activity, socialization, training, and distribution of corn threshing tools to local farmers are carried out. The methods used in this activity include designing and making machines, theory and lectures, and training in using the tools. For a corn harvest of 1 hectare, if the corn cobs from the corn harvest are sold to collectors by corn farmers in the amount of 1 ton with the price provision from the collector of Rp. 3,100 / kg, then the funds obtained are Rp. 3,100,000. With the acquisition of Rp. 3,100,000, corn farmers have made a profit including the cost of jetting the land, buying seeds and fertilizers, spraying pests. The use of corn threshing tools will certainly make corn farmers experience even greater profits after drying the corn that is ready to be sold for Rp. 6,500/kg to each animal feed store with the consequence of having land for drying. The results of the activity show that the use of corn shellers can increase the efficiency of the shelling process by up to 70% and significantly increase farmers' income ≥75% including operational costs. In addition, this activity also improves farmers' skills in utilizing modern agricultural technology. Thus, this PKM activity is expected to be a model for empowering rural communities through technology, which not only improves farmers' welfare but also contributes to local economic development.

Abstract

It is not easy to learn a language especially a foreign language. Arabic is one of the foreign languages that many people learn in schools and colleges. In society and especially among Muslims, Arabic is seen as a religious language. As for schools and universities, learning Arabic requires the right goals, strategies, techniques, methods, and approaches. This study looked at communicative strategies that are usually taken when teaching Arabic as a foreign language. Students will be able to communicate using the Arabic they have learned in class if they choose a communicative approach to learning Arabic. This will encourage students to be more active participants in the process of learning Arabic. In this study, the method used was field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Learning Arabic with a communicative approach also pays attention to the characteristics of students who are in the transition period from high school (SMA / MA) to college.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji internalisasi nilai-nilai Qur’ani dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Dasar melalui metode studi pustaka. Kajian ini menyoroti proses integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik siswa, serta strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai utama seperti keimanan, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, toleransi, dan kasih sayang. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, keteladanan guru, pembiasaan praktik keagamaan, dan refleksi nilai sangat penting dalam memperkuat internalisasi nilai Qur’ani. Selain itu, peran kurikulum responsif dan media pembelajaran digital juga menunjang efektivitas proses internalisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan pelatihan guru, keterlibatan keluarga, dan kolaborasi lintas lingkungan sebagai kunci keberhasilan implementasi nilai-nilai Qur’ani dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar.
