Abstract

Family travel destinations developed after the Covid-19 pandemic. Kedung Ayu is one of the tourist destinations with local wisdom in Ledug Village, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency. The village of Ledug, where most of the residents are farming ornamental flowers, only rely on income from selling ornamental flowers, even though in that village there are other potentials that can be developed, one of which is a river with three waterfalls. Previously, this river had been filled with plastic waste for decades and various wastes, both dry and liquid. Its smells not good, plus many dry waste, also anonymous. The Abdimas program which aim developed digital branding with four programs has made the river a new family tourist destination named Kedung Ayu. The four programs are the socialization of family tourism, optimization of river cleaning, making Instagrammable photo spots and social media branding. The four programs are expected to empower villagers by increasing the number of visits through promotions both online and offline.Keywords:  Digital Branding; Kedung Ayu; Family Travel Destination; Local Wisdom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi partisipatif Resimen Mahasiswa Koordinator Wilayah 1 Surabaya dalam meningkatkan minat mahasiswa terhadap bela negara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumplan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Resimen Mahasiswa adalah salah satu organisasi yang berada di Perguruan Tinggi untuk membentuk potensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa dalam bidang semi militer, mengembangkan sikap kedisiplinan dan keprajuritan ke arah perluasan keikutsertaan dalam upaya bela negara. Tujuan adanya Resimen Mahasiswa di tiap Perguruan Tinggi diharapkan untuk membantu dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa yang mempunyai wawasan, etika, disiplin, fisik, serta berpengetahuan kebangsaan akan upaya bela negara. Resimen Mahasiswa Koordinator Wilayah 1 Surabaya menerapkan prinsip dasar komunikasi partisipatif dalam melibatkan anggota secara aktif mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, mencari solusi, hingga pengambilan keputusan. Adapun bentuk komunikasi partisipatif yang terjadi pada Resimen Mahasiswa Koordinator Wilayah 1 Surabaya adalah heteroglasia, dialogis, poliponi, dan karnaval. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan kepada setiap universitas untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi tentang Menwa dan wawasan bela negara kepada mahasiswa umum.
