Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat penting dalam mendapatkan informasi secara cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Di Komando Cadangan Strategis Angkatan Darat (Kostrad), media sosial berbasis pesan instan digunakan untuk mendukung komunikasi dan koordinasi antara personel di lapangan dalam operasi pertahanan dan keamanan. Namun, penggunaan media sosial tersebut memiliki kekurangan dalam hal koordinasi, seperti pelacakan personel dan sentralisasi laporan kegiatan. Hal ini dapat mengganggu proses koordinasi tim dan menyebabkan penyebaran informasi yang salah. Dari permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan pengembangan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh Komandan Brigadir dan staf Komando Cadangan Strategis Angkatan Darat (Kostrad) guna memperoleh komunikasi yang cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaporan kegiatan harian, serta memberikan informasi lokasi personel secara real-time dalam laporan tersebut. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan framework Vue, memanfaatkan fitur geolokasi, dan push-notification untuk menerima informasi lokasi personel secara real-time. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pelaporan kegiatan harian menggunakan Vue dengan fitur geolokasi real-time dan push notifications. Sistem ini memiliki manfaat dalam sentralisasi laporan kegiatan dan memberikan kemampuan untuk melihat lokasi personel secara real-time. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat memberikan pengumuman langsung kepada personel yang berada di lapangan, sehingga memperkuat komunikasi dan koordinasi antara personel di dalam operasi.

Abstract

The Forest Management Unit Information System (SIKPH) is a platform that integrates information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of forest management. This research aims to develop a web-based SIKPH as a modern solution for the Forest Management Unit in Yogyakarta. The system development method uses the scrum methodology, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. Requirements analysis was conducted by understanding the demands and challenges faced by the Yogyakarta Forest Management Unit. Based on this analysis, the system design includes web architecture, user interface, database, and functionality that supports forest management processes. System implementation using the Laravel framework with performance testing shows an average response time of 1.2 seconds for 20 simultaneous users and 2.0 seconds for 30 users. User acceptance evaluation involved 30 respondents with beta testing results showing an average satisfaction level of 4.4 out of 5 for aspects of ease of use (4.3), feature compatibility (4.5), and system benefits (4.6). The system includes modules for forest sustainability monitoring, inventory management, and reporting with a 96% implementation success rate based on functional testing. The results of this research provide a positive contribution to forest management in Yogyakarta by improving process efficiency by 40% compared to the previous manual system.

Abstract

Industri perumahan telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Peningkatan dalam performa industri properti tidak berimbang dengan penerapan teknologi yang mengakibatkan pembelian rumah masih dapat menimbulkan kebingungan dan beban bagi banyak konsumen. Aktivitas transaksi properti perumahan yang memerlukan banyak sumber daya seringkali tidak efisien. Perkembangan teknologi perangkat keras saat ini memungkinkan komputasi untuk menampilkan objek 3D dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Kemudahan dalam pembuatan model 3D pada komputer dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih detail tentang rumah yang akan ditransaksikan, tanpa harus menunggu pembangunan rumah sampel dari agen industri perumahan. Model 3D rumah yang telah dibuat dapat disampaikan kepada calon pembeli melalui berbagai cara, salah satunya menggunakan teknologi augmented reality (AR) berbasis Android. Aplikasi AR ini menggunakan metode Marker-Based dan dikembangkan menggunakan Unity dan Vuforia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi augmented reality dapat membantu dalam pemasaran properti perumahan. Aplikasi ini memberikan pengalaman yang lebih interaktif dan memudahkan calon pembeli untuk memahami dengan lebih jelas tentang properti yang ditawarkan. AR memungkinkan calon pembeli melihat model 3D rumah secara nyata melalui perangkat mobile mereka. Aplikasi AR ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pemasaran properti perumahan.

Abstract

Eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy affect approximately 2.2 billion people globally, with 1 billion cases being preventable. In Indonesia, cataracts remain the leading cause of blindness. This research presents SCANOCULAR, a mobile application that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology for early detection of eye diseases. The system utilizes a modified EfficientNetB4 Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for analyzing eye images, achieving 95.50% accuracy, 95.92% precision, and 94.95% recall in cataract detection with an AUC of 0.9932. The blockchain implementation using Polygon Amoy platform ensures secure data transmission and storage while maintaining efficient transaction processing. Testing results demonstrate the system's capability in identifying various eye conditions while maintaining data integrity through blockchain verification. SCANOCULAR contributes to informatics by implementing a hybrid AI-blockchain architecture optimized for medical imaging applications, with a lightweight CNN model design that reduces computational requirements while maintaining diagnostic accuracy. This integration of technologies provides a potential solution for improving accessibility to eye disease screening and early intervention in Indonesia.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia face uneven network infrastructure, with more than 20% of smartphone users having download speeds below 10 Mbps. This condition hampers the efficiency of data processing between client and server, while MSMEs need innovations such as digitization of bookkeeping to increase competitiveness. The selection of HTTP networking libraries such as Retrofit and Ktor Client is very important, because both play a role in the process of sending and receiving data from the server. This research aims to analyze the performance of both libraries in the Lulu POS application to determine the most optimal library in supporting MSME operations in various network conditions. The test is conducted in two scenarios: the first scenario uses text data and the second scenario uses text and image data. Each scenario has several test cases that will be tested at six different internet speeds. The results show that Retrofit excels in response time for text data with a performance improvement of 18.85% and network usage of 21.33%. Ktor Client is superior in scenarios involving text and image data, with a response time advantage of 7.20% and network usage of 0.08%. On the other hand, Retrofit is more efficient in memory usage in both scenarios, with an advantage of 16.49% in text data and 4.70% in text and image data. In conclusion, Retrofit is more stable for applications focusing on text data such as Lulu POS, while Ktor Client is more suitable for applications that manage images. These results make MSMEs get cashier applications with optimal libraries for various network conditions, so that operations are smoother and data management efficiency increases.
