Abstract

Early detection of growth and development disorders will provide an opportunity for earlier stimulation. Early detection of growth and development deviations needs to be done to detect early deviations in toddler growth and development, including following up on any complaints from parents about their child's growth and development problems. The absence of target data that must be detected causes low coverage of the SDIDTK program, because parents do not know that their children must be detected for growth and development. The existing system still cannot provide fast, precise and accurate early information on cases of growth and development disorders, so training is needed on accessibility of child growth and development examinations through the development of a website-based SDIDTK model. It is hoped that health cadres in Suranadi Village, Suranadi Health Center area, will be able to conduct early detection of child growth and development using the E-DDTKASIK web-based application. The Community Service Team coordinated with partners in implementing this community service, namely the Suranadi Health Center. The target of the activity is 45 cadres in the Suranadi Health Center work area, the first stage is a pretest then socialization of the delivery of child growth and development materials and e-DDTK ASIK, after that a demonstration of the use of e-DDTK ASIK and a redemonstration for the participants and ending with a posttest to evaluate the knowledge of the cadres. All socialization and demonstration program activities were carried out well and smoothly, the location was appropriate and the participants actively participated in the activities.

The focus of the case study is nursing care through providing chair exercises and leg exercises, which are carried out for 30 minutes for 3 days. Data collection through interviews, observation and physical examination. Results: In Mrs. N, before being given the chair exercise intervention, the blood sugar level was 328 mg/dl, and for Mrs. S, before being given the leg exercise intervention, the blood sugar level was 199 mg/dl. After implementation for 3 days, Mrs. N's blood sugar level was 244 mg/dl, and Mrs. S's was 181 mg/dl. Conclusion: Chair exercises and leg exercises effectively overcome the problem of unstable blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: Chair exercise and leg exercises effectively overcome the problem of unstable blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Devices or gadgets are an example of technology that is developing and helping many jobs in various fields, including in hospitals. One profession that uses a lot of devices (laptops, computers and cellphones) is medical records.  Currently, recording patient medical records in several hospitals has switched to using Electronic Medical Records (RME) so that it requires being in front of a laptop for a long time. The development of computerized systems does not always have a positive impact on users, there are several health problems that often occur, one of which is eye fatigue (asthenopia). The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between intensity and body posture on eye fatigue in medical records students at the Tasikmalaya Health Polytechnic. The research design in this study uses a cross-sectional. The respondents were 57 students of Polytechnic Tasikmalaya and experince using personal computer and gadgets. The analysis used is univariate to obtain an overview and describe each variable by presenting the data using cross tabulation. The result showed a significant effect on intensity of using gadget on eye fatigue (astenophia) with a p-value : 0.035. It is important to maintain a good posture and manage the intensity of using gadget in order to maintain eye health.

Studies indicate that the use of interactive and engaging animation videos and flashcard games can enhance adolescent knowledge. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Animation Videos and Flashcard Games in Improving Knowledge about Adolescent Reproductive Health among Students of State Junior High School 2 Batu Layar in 2024. The research method used  quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent two groups design on 51 respondents using Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Animation videos and flashcard games were provided for 3 sessions per week. Data collection on knowledge was conducted using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). Before the intervention, respondents had sufficient knowledge about adolescent reproductive health, with 14 respondents (54%) in the animation video group and 10 respondents (40%) in the flashcard game group falling into the category of insufficient knowledge. After the provision of animation videos, the majority of respondents, 14 individuals (54%), reached the category of good knowledge. Meanwhile, following the use of flashcard games, the results showed that 22 respondents (88%) achieved good knowledge category. There is a difference in the effectiveness of animation videos and flashcard games in improving knowledge about adolescent reproductive health among students of State Junior High School 2 Batu Layar in 2024.
