Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer reviews and Price on the decision to purchase Fashion products on the Shopee Marketplace in Bekasi. This study is quantitative research with the type of descriptive research. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The population in this study is Shopee users who live in Bekasi with the number of unaccounted for. Sampling using Cochran's formula as many as 96 people with purposive sampling type of sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and using SPSS applications 25. Results of this study show that the influence of online customer reviews on purchase decisions by 40.6%, prices affect the purchase decisions by 62.8%. So that online customer reviews and prices influence significantly to the decision to purchase fashion products on the Shopee marketplace in Bekasi. Variable online customer review and price significant effect against simultaneous purchase decisions by 67.5%, of which 32.5% influenced by other variables not studied in this study.

Abstract

The image of tourism destinations has become the focus of research in recent decades. Tourism has an important role in the economies of developing countries that depend on tourism revenues as the main source of income. The tourism industry players are trying hard to attract more tourists and increase tourism revenue, in which the competition among these destinations is increasing day by day. Sendang Senjoyo is one of the tourism objects located in Tegal Weton Village, Tingkir District, Salatiga Regency, Semarang. This tourist attraction offers a spring tour known as the Spring Senjoyo spring or Umbul Senjoyo which promises natural beauty with a cool atmosphere and the freshness of the clear water.This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the purpose of this study is to find out how the Image Branding Destination for Tourism Village Development in Senjang Senjoyo Tourism Object, Salatiga. The resource persons taken in this study amounted to 3 people consisting of the Head of Tegalwaton Village, Semarang Regency, the tourism object manager (BUMDES) Sendang Senjoyo, and the surrounding community or tourists. The results of this study indicate that the management of the Senjoyo tourist attraction is carried out by the Tegalwaton Village government in collaboration with the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) and local communities. Image Branding Destination Sendang Senjoyo tourist attraction was built with the concept of spiritual, nature, entertainment, tree museum and springs. The lack of facilities and infrastructure at the Senjang Senjoyo tourist attraction which is still not optimal and not functioning properly, as well as the absence of natural resource development for tourism object managers to be given training in improving the ability to manage tourist attractions.Keywords:,The image of tourism destinations has become the focus of research in recent decades. Abstract

The raw material inventory control system at PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada has not been well-planned, resulting in raw materials running out during the production process. Excessive orders of raw materials often occur, leading to changes in texture that render them unusable. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) on raw material inventory control at PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada in North Cikarang. The study employs a quantitative research approach with a descriptive method. The population consists of 20 employees of PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada, and a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturation sampling, is utilized. The discussion includes calculations assisted by the SPSS for Windows Version 26 computer program. The research results indicate a positive influence between the Economic Order Quantity variable and the effect on raw material inventory control by 10.5%, while the remaining 89.5% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study. The hypothesis test results show that the t-value > t-table (1.452 > 3.1), indicating the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of H1, or there is an influence between Economic Order Quantity and the effect on raw material inventory control.

Abstract

Government regulation number 23 of 2018 which is an amendment to government regulation number 46 of 2013 focuses on research on corporate taxpayers CV Djanti Medika in Bekasi in 2021 regarding tariff changes. The purpose of this observation is to find out the implementation of government regulations CV Djanti Medika for the 2021 period starting from calculation, deposit, and reporting based on the applicable Tax Regulations.The legal basis for Government Regulation number 23 of 2018, Minister of Finance Regulation number 99/PMK.03/2018, and Article 3 paragraph (3) letter c UU KUP. The method used is a qualitative method, data collection techniques by observation and interviews with employees of the tax consultant CV Djanti Medika. The results of observations that occurred at CV Djanti Medika in 2021 were that there was an administrative fine of 2% due to delays in reporting every month. The results obtained in the implementation of government regulation No. 23 of 2018 are not fully in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

This observation focuses on the green channel Import Declaration data modification service at the Prime Customs and Excise Office type A Tanjung Priok. The scope of observation includes service processes, constraint identification, and efforts to overcome constraints in service implementation. The observation employed a qualitative approach through six months of observation and interviews with three informants from relevant units. The findings indicate that the service has been digitalized through the implementation of Independent Information Service System (SLIM) and New Generation Employee Administration and Information System (SIAP NG), and have been certified Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Anti-Bribery Management System ISO 37001:2016 with a 12-hour service promise. Data from January to June 2024 shows that from 4,942 applications, 77.6% were approved, 19.3% were returned for revision, and 3.1% were rejected. The main constraints identified include online system disruptions and lengthy cargo position confirmation processes. Handling efforts were conducted through force majeure procedures according to Work Instruction Number ISK/KPU.1/131 Rev.03 and intensive inter-unit coordination. The implications of this observation encourage the need for increased information technology infrastructure capacity and system integration to optimize service quality.

This journal article explores the burgeoning demand for halal products and Sharia-compliant services among the young generation, specifically Millennials and Gen Z. Drawing upon recent surveys and industry reports, it highlights the ethical and digital drivers behind this trend, analyzes the current market landscape, identifies key barriers to adoption, and outlines significant opportunities. The paper argues that as this demographic increasingly seeks alignment between their values and consumption habits, the halal and Sharia sectors are poised for substantial growth, necessitating strategic adaptation and innovation from industry players.
