Restaurant Tax is a tax on services provided by restaurants. The phenomenon in this research is the Restaurant Tax Revenue that has not yet reached the specified target due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Taxpayers have faced difficulties in paying taxes, resulting in reduced income collection. Many registered Restaurant Tax taxpayers do not meet their Tax Payment Obligations. Furthermore, public awareness of taxation remains limited. This research aims to investigate and analyze the intensification of restaurant tax collection and its impact on the increase in Regional Tax Revenue in DKI Jakarta. It also explores the obstacles faced and the efforts made by the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of DKI Jakarta to boost Regional Tax Revenue. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, collecting data through Observation, Interviews, and Documentation at the BAPENDA DKI Jakarta Office. The research findings indicate that the intensification of Restaurant Tax Collection for the increase in Regional Tax Revenue has not been successful. This is evident from the failure to achieve the revenue target and realization of Restaurant Tax Collection in DKI Jakarta from 2020 to 2022. This situation can be attributed to the Covid-19 pandemic and inadequate Tax Payment outreach efforts. BAPENDA DKI Jakarta’s initiatives include conducting Inspections, Providing Socialization and Education, Improving Service Quality, Implementing Tax Collection for Restaurant Tax taxpayers and Offering Extended Time for Restaurant Tax Calculations.

The raw material inventory control system at PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada has not been well-planned, resulting in raw materials running out during the production process. Excessive orders of raw materials often occur, leading to changes in texture that render them unusable. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) on raw material inventory control at PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada in North Cikarang. The study employs a quantitative research approach with a descriptive method. The population consists of 20 employees of PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada, and a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturation sampling, is utilized. The discussion includes calculations assisted by the SPSS for Windows Version 26 computer program. The research results indicate a positive influence between the Economic Order Quantity variable and the effect on raw material inventory control by 10.5%, while the remaining 89.5% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study. The hypothesis test results show that the t-value > t-table (1.452 > 3.1), indicating the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of H1, or there is an influence between Economic Order Quantity and the effect on raw material inventory control.

This study aims to uncover the ideology embedded in the folk tale scrapbook of Timun Mas and Buto Ijo through the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach based on Norman Fairclough's model. Folk tales, as a form of cultural narrative, not only convey moral messages but also represent social constructions, power relations, and ideological values that exist within society. Using Fairclough's three-dimensional analysis (text, discourse practice, and social practice), this research explores how the visuals and narrative in the scrapbook reflect and reproduce certain ideologies, such as the relationship between power and bravery, the representation of female characters, and moral antagonism. The analysis results show that the text structure and visual elements in the scrapbook contribute to a re-interpretation of gender roles, power dominance, and resistance through the symbolism of the Timun Mas character. This study emphasizes the importance of a critical reading of culture-based learning media in revealing the hidden ideologies that shape the way young people think. Sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam undang-undang yayasan bahwasanya Perguruan Tinggi Swasta didirikan oleh sebuah yayasan yang berorientasi pada pengembangan pendidikan tanpa orientasi provit dalam aktivitas dilapangan. Namun demikian untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungannya pihak yayasan harus mampu membiayai segala kebutuhan pendidikan tersebut melalui beberapa sumber dana yang dimungkinkan seperti SPP Mahasiswa, dana hibah, dan berbagai bentuk kerjasama dengan pihak tertentu dalam kegiatan penelitian, pengabdian pada masyarakat dan beberapa kegiatan lainnya. Perguruan tinggi tidak hanya perlu dilihat sebagai pusat ilmu pengetahuan, pusat penelitian, dan pusat pengabdian kepada masyarakat, tetapi juga suatu entitas korporat ˜’penghasil ilmu pengetahuan’’ yang perlu ˜’bersaing’’ untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup. Persaingan, sebagaimana dialami oleh perusahaan profit, meliputi persaingan di bidang mutu, harga, dan layanan. Perguruan tinggi sebagai suatu entitas non-profit, menghadapi hal yang sama pula. Pengelolaan semuanya memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen, yaitu manajemen pendidikan tinggi.

The phenomenon in this research was that KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung had implemented a volunteer tax program to facilitate the public in reporting their Annual Tax Returns (SPT). However, many individual taxpayers still needed to be made aware of their obligations to write their Annual Tax Returns. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the tax volunteer program in increasing the compliance of annual SPT reporting for individuals at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung and to find out the efforts and obstacles in implementing the volunteer tax program. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques from this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The study results showed that the tax volunteer program has effectively increased compliance with annual SPT reporting for individuals at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung. However, it has yet to be able to improve taxpayer compliance. It could be seen from the compliance ratio of individual taxpayers, which was still very low due to the lack of knowledge and awareness of taxpayers in reporting their Annual Tax Returns promptly, many taxpayers who were concerned about the confidentiality of financial information, and the disruptions on the DGT Online server. Several efforts made by KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung were the tax volunteers and tax extension officers should get closer to taxpayers by providing outreach and information so the taxpayers report their Annual SPT on time; providing professional and trustworthy services, and making improvements to the DGT Online server

Cases of toddlers at risk of stunting always exist in Semanan Village. Access to health information is recognized as a major factor in community empowerment efforts. Health problems in the Semanan District, West Jakarta, are the task of Working Group IV for Family Welfare Empowerment as a government empowerment organization to become a pioneer in empowering families and communities. This research aims to analyze the role and performance of Working Group IV Empowerment of Family Welfare in Semanan Village and determine the Supporters and Barriers in handling stunting in Semanan Village. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type with data collection techniques through direct interviews with informants with indicators of performance dimensions by Robbins, and data analysis techniques are inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalizations. From the research results, it was found that Working Group IV Empowerment of Family Welfare in Semanan Village has a role in planning and implementing stunting handling activities and has structured performance in coordination with related parties and is also scheduled in the implementation of activities. There are obstacles such as the insight of posyandu officers regarding stunting and from residents who are still reluctant to open up and are lazy to come regularly to monitor the growth and development of their toddlers and also support activities for handling stunting such as the existence of CSR.

In order to achieve quality effectiveness, it is necessary to be supported by the professionalism of its employees and the environment in which the employees work. To foster the effectiveness of employee work, leaders must pay attention to several aspects, namely employee professionalism and work environment. This study aims to analyze how much influence work professionalism and work environment have on employee work effectiveness at the Koja Village Office. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all 20 Koja Village employees, the sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques in this study were primary data and secondary data. The results of the study showed that: (1) work professionalism has a positive and significant effect of 56.2% on work effectiveness with a significance value of <0.001 (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect of 39.5% on work effectiveness with a significance value of 0.003 (3) work professionalism and work environment have a positive and significant effect of 58.3% on work effectiveness with a significance value of <0.001. The better the work professionalism and work environment, the better the employee work effectiveness.

Payment of rental levies for residential units and business units was previously done manually. This has the potential to reduce revenue and reduce the quality of service provided to residents. The research method used is qualitative approach. The results showed that the Flat Management Unit II in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of various sectors, including the housing sector. In Indonesia, one of the technological innovations applied to support the flat management is the Sistem Informasi Rumah Susun dan Komersial (SIRUKIM) application.
