Abstract

This study investigates the effect of tourism infrastructure and marketing strategy on tourist arrivals and local economic growth in Bali. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from a sample of 290 respondents using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze the data and test the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that both tourism infrastructure and marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on tourist arrivals, which, in turn, contributes to local economic growth. The findings highlight the critical role of strategic investments in infrastructure development and marketing efforts in enhancing Bali's appeal as a global tourist destination. These insights provide valuable guidance for policymakers and stakeholders aiming to optimize the benefits of tourism and drive sustainable economic development in Bali.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of environmental education and plastic waste management on ecological awareness and pollution reduction in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 190 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that both environmental education and plastic waste management significantly enhance ecological awareness, which in turn drives pollution reduction. Plastic waste management also exhibits a strong direct effect on pollution reduction, highlighting its critical role in mitigating environmental degradation. These findings underscore the importance of integrating educational programs with effective waste management systems to foster sustainable urban development. The study provides actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and environmental practitioners in addressing Jakarta's pressing environmental challenges.

Abstract

Perkembangan informasi menuntut kecepatan dan ketepatan sehingga dibutuhkan suatu media dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Setiap organisasi baik pemerintahan maupun swasta harus dapat mengelola informasi secara cepat dan tepat agar informasi terserdia saat dibutuhkan juga berkaitan dengan kepentingan banyak pihak di dalam organisasi tersebut. Di Indonesia perkembangan sistem infomasi eGovernment menjadi acuan dalam pengaplikasian aplikasi pada bidang kearsipan. Dilihat dari Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia tahun 2003 tentang Pengembangan e-Government menjelaskan bahwa setiap lembaga pemerintah di Indonesia harus mengikuti perkembangan e-Government terkait dengan sistem kepemerintahan Republik Indonesia yang transparan dan demokratisRiset ini mencoba untuk melihat Penerapan Aplikasi E-Surat Dalam Pengelolaan Arsip Elektronik Untuk Mendukung E-Goverment Pada Desa Palimanan Timur. Untuk melihat hal tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara. Dengan mengumpulkan data dari penggunakan layanan dan pemerintah setempat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi E-surat dapat diterapkan dalam pengelolaan arsip, sumber daya desa Palimanan Timur telah siap menggunakan E-surat dan memberikan masukan yang sesuai dengan keadaan dilapangan.

Drawing upon recent surveys and industry reports, it highlights the ethical and digital drivers behind this trend, analyzes the current market landscape, identifies key barriers to adoption, and outlines significant opportunities. The paper argues that as this demographic increasingly seeks alignment between their values and consumption habits, the halal and Sharia sectors are poised for substantial growth, necessitating strategic adaptation and innovation from industry players.

Abstract

ISO 9001 certification audit process for PT. Halal Syariah Integration (PT.HSI) by Mutu Certification with findings in the form of twelve  non-conformity findings, and seven opportunities for improvement.  The implications of the results of the findings are in the form of nine main steps to improvement at PT. HSI, namely: 1. Business process that describes the interaction of each organizational function, 2. Socialization of Quality Policy  can be accessed by interested parties and be  programmed systematically, 3. Determines General Company Regulations which contain the authority, responsibilities, requirements and competencies, 4. Prepares standardization of the learning process at LPK and LSP which includes infrastructure standards, educational staff, curriculum and learning module, 5. Infodok Standard SOP ensure that all organizational functions are equipped with work processes procedures, 6. Each organizational function should monitor, measure, analyze, evaluate the achievement of SMART Quality Goal targets, take corrective steps, and prevent failed targets, 7. Carry out analysis and evaluation of the perceptions of customers satisfaction, 8. Carry out internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 rules, with audit topics in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements that are relevant to the organization's functions , 9. Management Review Meetings are carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and contain recommendations and verification from Top Management regarding the results of management review meetings.
