Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. The study population was employees in the Hj. Bunda Halimah hospital, which consists of doctors and health workers such as nurses, midwives and administrative staff. The sample is determined by the number of sample members (sample size) 55 people with proportional random sampling technique. 15 doctors and 40 health employees. This research is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely Transformational Leadership, Work Culture, Work Facilities, Job Satisfaction towards Performance in The Hj Bunda Halimah Hospital. The instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results.

Background : During menstruation, the most common complaint is menstrual pain or what is known as dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea is characterized by lower abdominal pain. Ways how to overcome dysmenorrhea can be done by various treatments, one of them is drinking nutritious herbal drinks, namely carrot juice. Giving carrot juice contains vitamin E and beta-carotene which can provide analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects with the mechanism of action, namely inhibiting the activity enzymes and cyclooxygenase-2 enzymes so that these enzymes cannot convert arachidonic acid into prostaglandins as a cause of pain. Method: This research method is Pre-Experimental with One Group Pretest Post Test Design which was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru in November 2021. The number of samples was 66 young women who were taken using the Simple Purposive Sampling technique. The result was analyzed by using the Dependent Sample T Test. Result: The result of the Dependent Sample T Test shows that there is an effect of giving carrot juice in decreasing the degree of dysmenorrhea of adolescent girls of SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru with a p- value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: Based on the result of this study, it can be conclude that there is reduction of the degree of dysmenorrhea of adolescent girls of SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru after giving carrot juices. Abstract

This study's purpose is to examine the effects of motivational variables on the organizational citizenship behavior of teaching staff, both directly and through organizational commitment. In addition, this study aims to provide lecturers and teaching staff with the motivation necessary to enhance the quality of education in the future. The study approach employs path analysis with a total sample size of one hundred lecturers from several universities in the Riau Islands. Data is obtained by using primary data that comes from questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data comes from books and journals related to research. The research results showed that the R square value for the organizational commitment variable is 0.796, which means that the percentage of motivational influence on organizational commitment is 79.6%, which means it is included in the high category. The R square value for the OCB variable is 0.630, which means that the percentage of influence of organizational motivation and commitment on OCB is 63%, which means it is included in the moderate category. The coefficient value of organizational commitment to OCB is reported to be 2,498. Therefore, organizational commitment has a positive effect on OCB and the p-value is 0.013 less than 0.05, which is statistically significant. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The coefficient value between motivation and organizational commitment is reported to be 40,199. Therefore, motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment and the p value is 0.000 less than 0.05, which is statistically significant. It may be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. The coefficient value between motivation and OCB is 2.389, indicating that motivation has a positive impact on OCB, and the p-value is 0.017 less than 0.05, which is statistically significant. It may be stated that motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB

Abstract

Background:Dysmenorrhea is a gynecological problem defined as cramping pain in the lower abdomen that occurs during menstruation. Management of dysmenorrhea can use non-pharmacological therapy such as warm compresses. Warm compresses can cause blood vessel dilation (vasodilation) so that it can increase blood circulation, relieve ischemia in myometrial cells, decrease myometrial smooth muscle contraction, increase muscle relaxation and reduce pain due to spasm or stiffness. Methods: This research is a quantitative research. This research method is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 74 students who experienced dysmenorrhea in January 2022. Data was collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) dysmenorrhea pain scale observation sheet before (pretest) and after (posttest) warm compresses were given. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: After the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the results showed a p-value of 0.000. The p value is smaller than the significant value or Sig. (2-tailed), which is 0.05(p < 0.05) so that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Conclusion:Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving warm compresses to the decrease in the degree of dysmenorrhea in students of MAS Ushuluddin Singkawang City in 2022.
