Abstract

This research was written because of the low poetry reading skills of the fifth grade students of SDN 041 Cibuntu Warung Muncang. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning achievement of fifth grade elementary school students towards learning Indonesian, especially reading poetry through the Class Wide Peer Tutoring (CWPT) method. In addition, the study also aims to improve teacher performance in applying appropriate learning methods. After implementing the CWPT method, there were 87.6% who could reach the KKM of 30 students. Based on the data on student learning outcomes, it was found that with increased self-confidence, their learning outcomes would also increase. This self-confidence was obtained after the implementation of the CWPT development method which used peer tutors to improve their ability to read poetry. The results of this study are expected to have a positive impact on improving teacher performance and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The reading corner program in Arjasari Village aims to increase people's interest in reading. This research identified various challenges faced in implementing the program, such as limited resources, lack of interest in early reading in the community, and lack of variety of reading books. The reading corner program not only increases people's interest in reading, but also has a positive impact on other social aspects, such as increasing knowledge, communication skills and a sense of togetherness. Apart from that, this program also contributes to the development of a more advanced and cultured society. This research highlights the importance of literacy programs as an effort to empower society. Through a participatory approach, various solutions have been implemented to overcome these challenges, such as collaborating with regional libraries, involving community leaders, and holding sustainable literacy activities. This research concludes that with the right strategy, the reading corner program can be an effective solution for increasing literacy in rural areas.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance merupakan pelaksanaan kerangka tanggung jawab yang tepat, jelas dan tulus, pelaksanaan dan peningkatan dapat terjadi secara produktif, layak, bersih dan bebas dari Korupsi, Kolusi, Nepotisme. Penelitian ini untuk mengukur dan menganalisis mengenai pengendalian intern, Komite Audit dan Audit Intern mempengaruhi Good Corporate Governance. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif, sampel sebanyak 100 orang dari karyawan PT. Bio Farma Bandung. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Validitas diuji menggunakan metode korelasi dan hasilnya valid karena koefisien korelasi. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach dan hasilnya reliabel karena angka Alpha Cronbach. Uji normalitas menggunakan metode Kolmogorov Smirnov. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan software SPSS 23.Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa pengendalian intern, komite audit, audit intern dan Good Corporate Governance dalam kondisi baik, kemudian tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengendalian intern terhadap Good Corporate Governance, adapun komite audit dan audit intern berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance, selanjutnya pengendalian intern, komite audit, dan audit Intern secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Good Corporate Governance di PT. Bio Farma Bandung.
